For example, when the wind-up pulley 74 rotates clockwise to wind up the variable power scroll spring, the wind-down pulley 75 rotates counterclockwise to wind out the variable power scroll spring; when the winding wheel 74 rotates counterclockwise to release the variable spiral spring, the unwinding wheel 75 rotates clockwise to wind the variable spiral spring.
As will be appreciated by those skilled in the art, when the variable force spiral spring is completely wound on the unwinding wheel 75, the elastic force of the variable force spiral spring is the largest; and as the variable wrap spring is gradually unwound from the unwinding wheel 75, the elastic force of the variable wrap spring is gradually reduced.
As can be seen from the above description, the reel 73 is used for reeling in and unreeling the second rope 82, and the reel 73 is meshed with the reeling-in wheel 74, when the reel 73 rotates clockwise and reels in the second rope 82, the reeling-in wheel 74 rotates counterclockwise and the unreeling wheel 75 rotates clockwise, at this time, the second cone 202 unreels the rope, the second rope 82 moves from the large head end to the small head end of the second cone 202, the unreeling wheel 75 gradually reels in the variable force scroll spring, and the elastic force of the variable force spring gradually increases. The structure can realize that: a smaller moment arm is provided for a larger spring force to balance the force of the second pull cord 82 on one side of the second pulley 202.
In the present invention, the winding direction of the second rope 82 on the reel 73 is the same as the winding direction of the variable force scroll spring on the winding wheel 74, so that the reel 73 and the winding wheel 74 perform the same winding and unwinding actions (i.e. the reel 73 emits the second rope 82, and the winding wheel 74 emits the variable force scroll spring; the reel 73 winds up the second rope 82, and the winding wheel 74 winds up the variable force scroll spring). In the present embodiment, both the winding direction of the second rope 82 on the reel 73 and the winding direction of the variable-power scroll spring on the takeup reel 74 are counterclockwise, and therefore: when the reel 73 rotates clockwise, the second pull rope 82 is wound; the winding wheel 74 rotates clockwise, winding up the variable force scroll spring.
Therefore, the driving wheel assembly 7 of the present invention is used for providing the force for autonomously recovering the second pulling rope 82, and the force is variable force, and the force arm of the second pulling rope 82 on the second cone-shaped wheel 202 is changed to balance the variable force.
In an alternative embodiment, the driving wheel set 7 further comprises a reverse spare wheel 76, the reverse spare wheel 76 is connected with the unwinding wheel 75 in a meshing manner, the reverse spare wheel 76 rotates in the opposite direction to the rotation direction of the winding wheel 73 and can also be used for winding the pulling rope, and the driving wheel set 7 is provided with one more outlet end.
The technical features of the above embodiments can be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the above embodiments are not described, but should be considered as the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
The above examples only represent some embodiments of the present invention, and the description thereof is more specific and detailed, but not to be construed as limiting the scope of the present invention. It should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, without departing from the concept of the present invention, several variations and modifications can be made, which all fall within the scope of the present invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the present invention should be subject to the appended claims.
