The first cover 210 also has a second plugging section 131 and a cover plate 211 located on one side of the second plugging section 131, and after the first cover 210 is connected to the first connector 10 in the first embodiment, the cover plate 211 completely closes the plugging area 150, thereby playing a role in safety protection and dust prevention.

The second cover 310 has a receiving slot 311, and when the second cover 310 is mated with the second connector 130, the second plug section 131 enters the receiving slot 311, although according to the operation steps of the first embodiment, the second cover 310 is rotated to achieve axial locking with the second connector 130.

Referring to fig. 12 and 13, an electrical connector is provided for making an electrically conductive connection between two wires. Including the locking mechanism 100 of the first embodiment, the connecting sleeve 400 screwed to one end of the first connecting member 10 and the second connecting member 130, and the packing nut 500 screwed to one end of the connecting sleeve 400. The first connector 10 includes a first conductor 160 installed in the first body 110, the second connector 130 includes a second conductor 133 installed in the second body, and two connection sleeves 400 are respectively screwed to one ends of the first body 110 and the second body.
The connection sleeve 400 has a wire passage 410 with a hollow inside, and a flexible claw 420 is provided at one end of the connection sleeve 400. The specific construction is different from the fourth embodiment in that a connection sleeve 400 is threadedly connected only to the first connection member 10 or the second connection member 130. The electric wire is connected to the connector having one side of the connection sleeve 400, and one end portion of the other connector passes through the appliance mounting plate 700 to be connected to the electric wire inside the appliance and is fixed by the locking nut 800.

Referring to fig. 16 and 17 together, an electrical connector is used to realize the electrical connection between electrical appliances. The specific construction is different from the fourth embodiment in that two connecting sleeves 400 and corresponding tightening nuts 500 are eliminated, the first connecting member 10 and the second connecting member 130 respectively penetrate through the electrical appliance mounting plates 700 to be butted, and the first connecting member 10 and the second connecting member 130 are fixed by using the locking nut 800. The butt joint method is convenient, and meanwhile, the first conductor 160 and the second conductor 133 are in plug fit with each other through the plug bushes and the pins, are in stable contact, and are suitable for butt joint between high-power electrical appliances.

1. A locking mechanism, comprising:
the first connecting piece (10) comprises a first plugging section (111) and a lock releasing sleeve (120) which surrounds the outer wall of the first plugging section (111) and can rotate relative to the first plugging section (111), and a gap is reserved between the lock releasing sleeve (120) and the outer wall of the first plugging section (111) to form a plugging area (150); and
a second connecting piece (130) having a second plug section (131) with one end which can be plugged into the plug region (150);
the inner wall of the lock releasing sleeve (120) is provided with at least one convex block (122) arranged in the inserting region (150), the outer wall of the second inserting section (131) is provided with at least one embedding part (140), the embedding part (140) comprises a first position and a second position, the convex block (122) is clamped with the convex block (122), the convex block (122) can be switched between the first position and the second position, and when the convex block (122) is located at the first position, the first connecting piece (10) and the second connecting piece (130) are located in an axial locking state; when the projection (122) is in the second position, the first connector (10) is axially displaceable relative to the second connector (130).
2. A locking mechanism, comprising:
the first connecting piece (10) comprises a first plugging section (111) and a lock releasing sleeve (120) which surrounds the outer wall of the first plugging section (111) and can rotate relative to the first plugging section (111), and a gap is reserved between the lock releasing sleeve (120) and the outer wall of the first plugging section (111) to form a plugging area (150); and
a first cover (210) having a second plug section (131) with one end that can be plugged into the plug region (150) and a cover plate (211) that is connected to the second plug section (131) and closes the plug region (150);
the inner wall of the lock releasing sleeve (120) is provided with at least one convex block (122) arranged in the inserting region (150), the outer wall of the second inserting section (131) is provided with at least one embedding part (140), the embedding part (140) comprises a first position and a second position, the convex block (122) is clamped with the convex block (122), the convex block (122) can be switched between the first position and the second position, and when the convex block (122) is located at the first position, the first connecting piece (10) and the second connecting piece (130) are located in an axial locking state; when the projection (122) is in the second position, the first connector (10) is axially displaceable relative to the second connector (130).

The locking mechanism according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the first connector (10) further comprises an abutting ring (116) at the end of the first plug section (111), a limiting ring (112) is disposed on the outer wall of the first plug section (111), a space is left between the limiting ring (112) and the abutting ring (116) to form a buckling area (117), the lock releasing sleeve (120) has a flange (123) extending towards the inner hole on one end face (132), and the flange (123) is buckled in the buckling area (117).

The locking mechanism according to claim 3, characterized in that the flange (123) is provided with at least one opening (1232), the first plug section (111) being provided with a stop (113) which can pass through the opening (1232); the inner wall of the lock releasing sleeve (120) is provided with a first stop block (124) and a second stop block (125) which are spaced at a certain angle, the limiting block (113) is arranged in a rotating area (127) formed by enclosing the first stop block (124), the second stop block (125) and the inner wall of the lock releasing sleeve (120), and two abutting positions of the limiting block (113) in the rotating area (127) respectively correspond to a first position and a second position.

The locking mechanism according to claim 3, wherein the retainer ring (112) is provided with a first retainer opening (114) and a second retainer opening (115) which are spaced at a certain angle, and the inner wall of the lock releasing sleeve (120) is provided with a protrusion (126) which can be clamped in the first retainer opening (114) or the second retainer opening (115); when the protrusion (126) is clamped in the first limiting opening (114) or the second limiting opening (115), the bump (122) is located at the first position or the second position.

the second sealing cover (310) is provided with a containing groove (311); and

The locking mechanism according to claim 1 or 2 or 6, characterized in that the first position is a locking groove (141) provided on the outer wall of the second plug section (131); the second position is an unlocking groove (142) which is arranged on the outer wall of the second inserting section (131) and is adjacent to the locking groove (141); the second plug section (131) is further provided with a guide notch (143) extending from the end face (132) to one side of the locking groove (141), and the unlocking groove (142) is provided with a guide surface (145) extending to one side of the end face (132) of the second plug section (131).
8. The locking mechanism of claim 7, wherein the connection between the locking groove (141) and the unlocking groove (142) is a guide surface (146) having a curvature.
9. An electrical connector comprising a locking mechanism (100) according to claim 1, wherein the first connector (10) comprises a first electrical conductor (160) and the second connector (130) comprises a second electrical conductor (133) connectable to the first electrical conductor (160).
10. The electrical connector of claim 9, further comprising:
a connection sleeve (400) screwed to one end of the first connection member (10) and/or the second connection member (130), the connection sleeve (400) having a hollow wire passage (410) and a flexible jaw (420) at an end of the connection sleeve (400); and
and the tightening nut (500) is in threaded connection with one end of the connecting sleeve (400) and can force the flexible claws (420) to contract towards one side of the wire passing channel (410).
