The stretch film wrapping machine disclosed therein has an output belt at the machine outlet, which is configured to transport the finished packages away after they have been separated. For this purpose, roller tables are also used on conventional stretch film packaging machines, which roller tables receive the separated packages in the conveying direction downstream of the cutting device and supply them for further conveyance.
In the area of such a dispensing device, i.e. downstream of the cutting device in the conveying direction, sufficient protection against penetration must be ensured on the stretch film packaging machine, so that the operator cannot reach his hands into the hazardous area of the cutting device.
SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
The object of the invention is to provide a cost-effective and improved-safety package output unit at the outlet of a stretch film packaging machine for transporting away finished, separated packages.
This object is achieved by a stretch film wrapping machine having the following features. Advantageous developments of the invention are given in further preferred embodiments.

it is characterized in that the preparation method is characterized in that,
the pack output unit has an exit gap at an outlet formed on the pack output unit, through which the separated packs can leave the pack output unit, and the gap width of the exit gap is at most 30 mm.
Preferably, said discharge gap is provided at said package output unit at least 230mm from a cutting knife of said longitudinal cutting device.
Preferably, the gap width of the discharge gap is adjustable.
Preferably, the package output unit has a chute and a cover covering at least the chute upward, the chute and the cover being assembled to form the discharge gap at the outlet of the package output unit.
Preferably, the slide and/or the cover are supported in an adjustable manner in order to vary the gap width of the discharge gap.
Preferably, the cover is fixed at the slideway as a lockable protective device.
Preferably, the pack output unit has at least one sensor unit for detecting at least one operating setting preset on the pack output unit.
Preferably, the package output unit is configured to be at least partially transparent.
Preferably, the pack output unit is mounted in a modular manner on a machine frame, in particular on a protective wall of the stretch film packaging machine which is fastened to the machine frame.
Preferably, the pack output unit has at least one transport guide for the directed removal of the separated packs transported by the pack output unit.
According to the utility model discloses a stretch film packagine machine constructs and causes to be used for making the packing that has preset packing height. The stretch film wrapping machine comprises a forming station for drawing out a groove in the film, a filling station for filling the groove with a product, a sealing station for sealing the groove, a chain guide for guiding a conveyor chain for the carrier film, a transverse cutting device, a longitudinal cutting device, and a unit for conveying away the separated packages, which is arranged downstream of the longitudinal cutting device in the conveying direction.
According to the invention, the outlet of the pack output unit, at which the pack output unit is formed, has a discharge gap, through which the separated packs can leave the pack output unit, and the gap width of which is maximally 30 mm. This prevents the operator from intruding his or her hands into the pack dispensing unit.
Preferably, the gap width is configured to be a maximum of 15% greater than the height of the finished package. The discharge gap can thus prevent the operator from entering the hazardous area of the longitudinal cutting device by hand.
The pack output unit can be designed as a closed housing between an inlet opening formed thereon, which is assigned to the outlet opening of the longitudinal cutting device, and the discharge gap, and through which the separated packs from the longitudinal cutting device enter the pack output unit. For example, the pack output unit can be at least partially constructed in the form of a closed box shape tapering in the conveying direction towards the discharge gap, so that the throughput of packs conveyed therethrough is ensured against any possibility of intrusion from the outside.
The discharge gap may be in the form of a slit, which for example just allows the passage of the finished package, but in no way allows any intrusion in the direction of the cutting knife of the longitudinal cutting device. The packaging output unit used at the outlet of the stretch film packaging machine according to the invention therefore not only fulfils the conveying function for the manufactured packages but also an anti-intrusion protection function to avoid an intrusion of the operator into the danger zone of the longitudinal cutting device positioned in front of it.
In particular, the package output unit can be configured for protection against the possibility of intrusion into the hazardous area of the longitudinal cutting device in combination with at least one further component or additional unit fixed at the outlet of the stretch film packaging machine, for example with a protective hood covering the cutting knife, with the structure of the residual film winding station and/or with a protective wall positioned below the package output unit, as an assembled protective device.
An advantageous embodiment provides that, in the mounted state of the pack output unit, the discharge gap is arranged at least 230mm from the cutting knife of the longitudinal cutting device. In order to prevent the operator from touching the cutting knife by hand through the discharge gap, this is a sufficient distance from the cutting knife.
In order to produce different package sizes, it is advantageous if the gap width of the discharge gap is adjustable. It is conceivable that the gap width of the discharge gap can be adjusted in a manual or even automatic manner, in a stepless manner, depending on the height of the packages to be produced.
A variant which facilitates the removal of the separated packs provides that the pack output unit has a chute and a cover which covers the chute at least upwards and which is assembled at the outlet of the pack output unit to form the discharge gap. By means of the slide provided by means of the chute, the separated packages entering the package output unit from the longitudinal cutting device can be slid independently, i.e. without additional work effort, to the outlet of the package output unit and there through the discharge gap to leave the stretch film packaging machine. The packages slid out of the package output unit may for example fall into a carton box provided at the machine outlet.
The chute and the cover attached thereto are preferably designed in an assembled manner in such a way that the pack output unit is present in a completely enclosed manner, except at its inlet and at its outlet. The cover may be configured in the form of a plate or roof for improved protection.
According to one variant, the chute and/or the cover are fixed in an adjustable manner relative to one another in order to vary the gap width of the discharge gap. Preferably, the inclination angle of the chute can be adjusted relative to the horizontal transport plane of the stretch film packaging machine, whereby the gap width can be dimensioned in the cover, which is fixedly mounted if necessary, and in addition to this, the output speed of the slide through the chute can also be set for the packaging. The cover can be adjustably supported directly on the chute or independently of the chute, directly on the stretch film wrapping machine, for example, on the structure of the residual film winding station. In practice, it is particularly expedient to fix the pack output unit, in particular the chute thereof, optionally in an adjustable manner on a rear wall which is fixed on the outlet side of the machine frame and which is at the same time present as protection against intrusion.
Advantageously, the cover is fixed as a lockable protective device at the slideway. This means that the cover can be opened, in particular, without tools, in order, for example, to allow maintenance or cleaning work to be carried out on the package output unit. Proper operation of stretch film wrapping machines may require the cover to be locked.
An advantageous embodiment of the invention provides that the stretch film packaging machine has at least one sensor unit, for example a magnetic switch and/or a counter, for the purpose of ascertaining at least one operating setting (Betriebseinstellung) predetermined at the packaging output unit and/or an operating state present at the operating setting, for example a conveying rate of the packages conveyed through. It is conceivable that the sensor unit is configured to check, as a preset operating setting, the fit of the cover on the slide in accordance with regulations in terms of the height of the packages produced and/or to check the gap width set on the package output unit of the discharge gap, thereby adjusting it correctly according to the invention. An emergency stop function of the stretch film wrapping machine may be triggered upon detection of a jam in the package output unit. It is possible as a safety measure to emergency control (notauseguern) the full operation of the stretch film wrapping machine in the event of detection that at least one preset operating setting is not present at the wrapping output unit.
It is conceivable that the sensor unit is positioned at the outlet of the frame of the stretch film packaging machine, if appropriate directly on the packaging output unit, for example as a magnetic switch, in order to detect at least one operating setting predefined on the packaging output unit. In particular, therefore, a defined arrangement of the cover used as a protective device on the package output unit can be checked. If the cover is not properly supported on the package output unit for machine operation, for example because the cover is open, the magnetic switch is also opened, which prevents operation or interrupts operation of the stretch film packaging machine.
Preferably, the package output unit is configured to be at least partially transparent. It is conceivable that at least a part of the cover is constructed transparent, thus providing the operator with the possibility to see the inner space of the package output unit.
An effective variant provides that the wrapping output unit is supported as a module in a screwed-on manner, optionally without tools, by its own weight in a suspended manner on the frame of the stretch film wrapping machine, on the structure of the residual film winding station or on a transverse wall fixed to the outlet side of the frame. The transverse walls can be configured between the frames as protective walls which prevent an intrusion (Eingriff) from below the longitudinal cutting device towards the cutting knives.
For improved ergonomics and hygiene of the stretch film wrapping machine, it can be provided that the stretch film wrapping machine is provided, for example, on its frame, with a support point for the placement of the wrapping output unit during this time, so that the wrapping output unit does not have to be placed on the floor, for example, during the setup or cleaning of the stretch film wrapping machine.
The pack output unit is preferably assembled from sanitary sheet parts, in particular made of stainless steel. In particular, the pack output unit can be assembled from only vertical or inclined sheet metal parts, whereby the cleaning fluid can flow off thereon without problems.
According to a preferred variant, the pack output unit comprises at least one transport guide for the directed transport of the separated packs transported by the pack output unit. For example, the guide rails may be provided along a slide constructed on the package output unit.
The package output unit provides a cost-effective and improved safety at the exit of the stretch film wrapping machine for carrying away the finished, separated packages.

Detailed Description
Fig. 1 shows a perspective view of an intermittently operating stretch film wrapping machine 1 according to the present invention. The stretch film wrapping machine 1 has a forming station 2, a sealing station 3, a transverse cutting device 4, and a longitudinal cutting device 5, which are arranged in this order on a frame 6 in a conveying direction R. On the input side, a supply roll 7 is arranged on the machine frame 6, from which a carrier film 8 is drawn off. The stretch film wrapping machine 1 furthermore has a conveyor chain 11, in particular a conveyor chain or gripper chain 11 arranged on both sides, which grips the carrier film 8 and conveys the carrier film 8 further in the conveying direction R in each main operating cycle.
In the embodiment shown, the shaping station 2 is designed as a stretching station, in which recesses are formed in the carrier film 8 by stretching, for example by means of compressed air and/or vacuum. Here, the forming station 2 may be configured such that a plurality of grooves are formed side by side in a direction perpendicular to the conveying direction R. After the shaping station 2 in the conveying direction R, a filling section 12 is provided, in which filling section 12 the recesses formed in the carrier film 8 are filled with the product.
The sealing station 3 has a sealably closed chamber 3a in which the atmosphere in the recess can be evacuated and/or replaced by filling with an exchange gas or a gas mixture, for example, before sealing by means of the upper film 10 output from the upper film receptacle 9.
The transverse cutting device 4 may be configured as a blanking machine which severs the bottom film 8 and the top film 10 between adjacent recesses in a direction transverse to the conveying direction R. The transverse cutting device 4 is operated in such a way that the carrier film 8 is not cut over the entire width, but at least in the edge regions.
The longitudinal cutting device 5 can be configured as a knife device, by means of which the base film 8 and the upper film 10 are cut off between adjacent recesses and at the side edges of the base film 8 in the conveying direction R, so that separated packages are present after the longitudinal cutting device 5.
The right-side conveyor chain 11 and the left-side conveyor chain 11 of the stretch film wrapping machine 1, which grip the base film 8 on both sides, are respectively guided in chain guides 13. The chain guides 13 are each protected to the outside by a side wall 14 of the stretch film wrapping machine 1 and are optionally fastened to the side wall 14. The side dams 14 may be plate members.
Further, the stretch film wrapping machine 1 has a control section 19. The task is to control and monitor the processes taking place in stretch film wrapping machine 1. A display device 20 with operating elements 21 is used to display or to influence the process sequence in the stretch film wrapping machine 1 to an operator.
Central electrical and/or electronic components of the stretch film wrapping machine 1, for example, connections to an external power source, are arranged in the switch cabinet 22. The side of the stretch film wrapping machine 1 facing the viewer in fig. 1 is an operating side B, on which an operator is positioned to actuate the operating elements 21 or, if appropriate, to fill the packaging pockets along the filling section 12. The switch cabinet 22 is disposed on the side of the stretch film wrapping machine 1 opposite the operation side B.
Fig. 2 shows the stretch film wrapping machine 1 to an observer from the direction of view of the operation side B. The residual film winding station 15 is located downstream of the longitudinal cutting device 5 in the conveying direction R. The remaining film winding station 15 is configured for winding the film material remaining after the longitudinal cutting device 5, in particular a film strip. Furthermore, at the outlet of the packaging machine 1 shown in fig. 2, a package output unit 16 is provided for conveying away the separated packages V.
Fig. 3 shows, in a perspective view, a package output unit 16 at the outlet of the stretch film wrapping machine 1, which is directly connected to the longitudinal cutting device 5. Fig. 3 shows schematically the finished packages V being transported inside the package output unit 16. The package V has a preset package height H. At the pack output 16, an outlet opening 17 formed thereon is formed with an outlet gap 18, through which the separated packs V can leave the pack output 16. The discharge gap 18 forms a gap width W which is at most 30mm, for example at most 15% greater than the package height H of the finished package V.
According to fig. 3, the pack output unit 16 has a slide 23 which is fastened to a transverse or protective wall 27, configured as a protective plate at the machine outlet, supported on the machine frame 6, in particular to a holder 28 formed thereon. In fig. 3, the slideway 23 is configured as a bent plate. The inclination angle of the chute 23 is adjustable relative to the conveying direction R.
Fig. 3 furthermore shows that the pack output unit 16 comprises a cover 24, which cover 24 is fastened to the slide 23 and is assembled with the slide 23 to form the discharge gap 18. The cover 24 is configured in a plate shape. However, it is also conceivable for the cover 24 to be constructed roof-shaped. The functional, in particular defined, assembly of the slide 23 and the cover 24 can be checked according to fig. 3 by means of a magnetic switch 25. If the chute 23 and the cover 24 fixed thereto as a protection device are assembled in conformity, the magnetic switch 25 is in a closed state, which allows the operation of the stretch film wrapping machine 1.
Fig. 3 also shows in a schematic view that at the chute 23 there is an optional transport guide 26 in the form of a track for the packages V, so that the packages V can slide through the discharge gap 18 in a preset orientation.
Fig. 4 shows the package output unit 16 in an open state, in which an improved cleaning and/or conditioning operation can be performed at the package output unit 16. In contrast, the stretch film wrapping machine 1 cannot operate with the opened wrapping output unit 16. The open state of the wrapping output unit 16 is communicated to the control unit 19 of the stretch film wrapping machine 1 by opening the magnetic switch 25, whereby the control unit 19 directly interrupts the operation of the stretch film wrapping machine 1 or does not allow the operation at all.
The pack dispensing unit 16 according to the invention can be completely closed in other respects than the inlet and outlet, for example in a box-shaped construction, in order to provide excellent protection against ingress. According to the utility model discloses a structure of discharge gap prevents the invasion to the danger area who sets up in vertical cutting device department to can reduce injured risk to the at utmost.
