The position relationship between the movable engaging mechanism 22 and the movable member 12 in the X-axis direction is further limited by the limiting action of the limiting member 222 and the limiting portion 122, so as to prevent the positioning member 223a from being separated from the limiting groove 121a, and further prevent the ink cartridge 2 from being separated from the ink cartridge mounting base 1.
Further, as shown in fig. 2, when the ink cartridge 2 is mounted to the ink cartridge mounting base 1, the acting force applied to the ink cartridge 2 by the ink tube 14 is F1, the acting force applied to the ink cartridge 2 by the contact portion 15 is F2, the acting force applied to the positioning groove 111 and the stopper groove 121a of the ink cartridge 2 is F3, and the counterforce F3' opposite to the acting force F3 is applied to the movable member 12 by the stopper 223a of the ink cartridge 2. When the forces F1 and F2 are large, although the reaction force F3' is also increased, the stopper 222 prevents the movable member 12 from rotating, and thus prevents the ink cartridge 2 from being detached from the cartridge mounting base 1.
As shown in fig. 2, when the ink cartridge 2 is removed, the user pushes the pushing portion 123 by hand to rotate the movable element 12 counterclockwise, and the engaging mechanism 22 moves in the + Z direction, so that the engaging mechanism 22 is inclined relative to the mounting hole 211 by a certain angle, that is, the engaging mechanism 22 is inclined by a certain angle in the + Z axis direction relative to the ink cartridge 2, and the limiting member 222 is separated from the limiting portion 122. At this time, the user continues to push the pushing portion 123 for a certain distance, and then stops pushing the pushing portion 123, releases the hand, and the movable member 12 is rapidly restored under the action of the restoring force thereof (the cartridge mounting base 1 is provided with a restoring force spring for returning the movable member 12 to the initial position). The restoring speed of the engaging mechanism 22 is slow, and the engaging surface 223b is separated from the inner wall of the limiting groove 121a, the positioning member 223a is separated from the limiting groove 121a, the ink cartridge 2 bounces under the acting force of the ink tube 14 and the contact pin portion 15, the positioning member 223a is separated from the limiting groove 121a, and the ink cartridge 2 is separated from the ink cartridge mounting seat 1, so that the ink cartridge 2 can be detached.
Based on the above embodiment, the present application further discloses a specific implementation manner, please refer to fig. 10, which is different from the above embodiment in that in the present embodiment, the limiting member 222 and the engaging portion 223 are of a split structure, that is, the limiting member 222 and the engaging portion 223 are 2 separate components and are separately disposed.
The stopper 222 further includes an operating portion 222e, and the operating portion 222e is disposed in the + Z-axis direction of the extending portion 223b, that is, the operating portion 222e is disposed in the + X-axis direction of the first side surface 202. When the ink cartridge 2 is detached from the ink cartridge mounting base 1, the user pushes the operation portion 222e to separate the stopper 222 from the stopper 122, then pushes the push portion 123 to separate the positioning member 223a from the stopper groove 121a, and further separates the ink cartridge 2 from the ink cartridge mounting base 1, so that the ink cartridge 2 can be detached. The separate arrangement of the stopper 222 and the engaging portion 223 is more advantageous for the separation of the stopper 222 from the stopper portion 122 and the separation of the positioning member 223a from the stopper groove 121a when the ink cartridge 2 is removed from the cartridge mounting base 1.
The application further discloses a specific implementation manner, the operation portion 222e of the limiting member 222 can be disposed on the top surface 206 (i.e., the top surface 206 is provided with an opening, and the operation portion 222e is exposed on the top surface 206), so that when the ink cartridge 2 is detached from the ink cartridge installation seat 1, a user can operate the operation portion 222e on the top surface 206, which is more convenient.
Further, the operation portion 222e of the limiting member 222 may also be disposed on the third side 203 or the fourth side 204, so that the beneficial effects of the present embodiment can be achieved as long as the operation is convenient for the user.
Based on the above embodiment, the present application further discloses a specific implementation manner, please refer to fig. 11, which is different from the above embodiment in that in the present embodiment, the engaging mechanism 22 includes a handle 227, a limiting member 222, an engaging portion 223, and a pushing portion 222 f. The handle 227 is connected to the ink cartridge body 21, and the handle 227 can rotate about the connection of the handle 227 to the ink cartridge body 21. The stopper 222, the engaging portion 223, and the pushing portion 222f are respectively provided on the handle 227.
When the ink cartridge 2 is mounted to the cartridge mounting base 1, the positioning member 223a engages with the stopper groove 121a, and the stopper 222 abuts against the stopper portion 122. When the user removes the ink cartridge 2 from the ink cartridge mounting base 1, the user pushes the pushing portion 222f to separate the limiting member 222 from the limiting portion 122, and then the positioning member 223a is separated from the limiting groove 121a, so that the ink cartridge 2 is separated from the ink cartridge mounting base 1, and the ink cartridge 2 can be removed.
In order to protect the ink cartridge when the ink cartridge is not in use, the ink cartridge device further includes a protective cover 3, and the ink cartridge outlet 25 may be placed in the protective cover 3 when the ink cartridge 2 is removed.
Based on the above-mentioned embodiment, referring to fig. 12 and 13, the solid line represents the engaging mechanism 22, the broken line represents the movable member 12, and the limiting surface 222c may be disposed in the + Z + X direction of the engaging surface 223b (as shown in fig. 12), the + Z-X direction (as shown in fig. 13), or the + Z-positive direction.
The above description is only for the preferred embodiment of the present application, but the scope of the present application is not limited thereto, and any changes or substitutions that can be easily conceived by those skilled in the art within the technical scope of the present application should be covered within the scope of the present application. Therefore, the protection scope of the present application shall be subject to the protection scope of the claims.
