Most of the underwear sales unit packages in the traditional form are folded, and although the folded underwear is neat in appearance and various in packaging form and color, the visual display effect of the underwear is not ideal. Detailed Description

Example 1

A400 g A3 paperboard with thickness specification is used, the paperboard is folded in half along the width 297mm, and is cut into two pieces, and after cutting, each piece of rectangular paperboard with the length 420mm and the width 148.5 mm is obtained. The slit rectangular paperboard is manufactured into a structure shown in an attached drawing 1, an attached drawing 2 and an attached drawing 3 according to the specification, the widths of an upper corrugated turnover surface 5 and a lower corrugated turnover surface 7 are about 9mm, the widths of an outer turnover surface 4, a main turnover surface 6 and an inner turnover surface 8 are about 42mm, the widths of four turnover impression lines are about 1 mm, the middle part of the upper corrugated turnover surface 5 is provided with a strip-shaped flat hole with the length of 12 mm and the width of 3mm for a hook, and two double-sided adhesive tapes are respectively stuck on two length edges on the back surface of the rectangular paper by using the double-sided adhesive tape with the width of 3 mm. Sometimes, when the folding crease line needs to be folded on the inner surface after being folded, the double-sided adhesive tape needs to be adhered to the same surface of one side of the crease line on the paper, so that the corresponding joint part on the folding surface can be adhered and fixed, and the shaping joint after the folding forming is completed. During manufacturing, characters or patterns which are required to be marked on the sales unit package and are also used for decoration can be printed on the front surfaces of the outer turnover surface 4, the upper edge turnover surface 5 and the main turnover surface 6 according to requirements. When the adhesive tape is manufactured, the adhesive tape can be manufactured by printing, cutting and impressing, cutting and forming and finally adhering a double-sided adhesive tape. When in use, after the folding forming, the protective layer on the double-sided adhesive tape is removed, and the corresponding part on the corresponding turnover surface is pasted. After the pasting is finished, the paper tube with the full-square tube or half-square tube structure is formed, wherein the size of the paper tube is 420mm long, the height of the paper tube is 42mm, and the thickness of the paper tube is 9mm, and the paper tube is shown in figures 4, 5 and 6 in the specification. When in use, the hook is matched, as shown in the attached figure 8 of the specification. Example 1 the overall bending resistance after folding and forming is sufficient to hang conventional undershirts or pants in underwear as shown in figures 24 and 25 of the specification. When the shirt or trousers are hung, two short sides in the length direction of the formed paperboard can be symmetrically trimmed according to the shoulder width or waist width of the shirt or trousers before being folded, so that the length of the square tube after being folded and formed can adapt to the sweaters or trousers with different specifications and sizes. For undershirts or trousers with extra large waist width and shoulder width, the length of the formed square tube is larger than the 420mm length of A3 paper, and the length of the rectangular paper is larger than the length of A3 paper during manufacturing. The full tubular type is mainly used when the undershirt or the long-sleeve jacket is hung, the full tubular type or the half tubular type is used when the trousers are hung, and the full tubular type is preferably used when the trousers with heavy weight are hung. The undershirt or the long-sleeve jacket can be hung, characters and patterns can be printed on the middle of the front surfaces of the outer turnover surface 4 and the main turnover surface 6, and when the trousers are hung in a semi-square tube mode, the characters and the patterns can be printed on the front surface of the outer turnover surface 4. When the all-round pipe is applied, if the all-round pipe is fixedly connected in a semi-covering structure mode, characters and patterns can be printed on the upper part of the main turnover surface 6 close to the upper edge turnover surface 5. The embodiment 1 can also be applied to other underwear or trousers with larger weight, the thickness and the hardness of the paper are only required to be improved, the paper is usually changed into multi-layer corrugated paper which is commonly used as a packing box to meet the requirement of higher bending deformation resistance structural strength, and the paper can be applied to the packing of thick cotton underwear and pajamas after the shape change, and can also be applied to the packing of common outerwear, such as coats, jeans, T-shirts and the like. If the length of the embodiment 1 is further shortened to 300mm-350mm, the whole bending deformation resistance after folding and forming can completely meet the packaging requirements of various brassieres, underpants and various shorts, and when the packaging material is used for packaging brassieres and underpants, the packaging material is shown in the specifications of figure 18, figure 19 and figure 21. When applied to a bra package, the positioning openings 10 can be formed directly, as shown in figure 7 of the specification, in the shape of the front face after formation, and as shown in figure 22 of the specification, after application. For example, when the positioning opening 10 is used as a universal package for underwear and bras, the positioning opening 10 can be made into a structure form of easily-torn indentation tooth lines, and when the positioning opening 10 is used, a user determines whether to remove the middle paper of the positioning opening 10 according to specific application conditions, so that the positioning opening 10 is reserved.

When the half-square tube type towel hanging support is applied in the embodiment 1, two ends of the folded towel can be fixed on the hanging support in the embodiment 1 like the waist of pants, the folding line is left below the hanging support and is directly used for the towel hanging and displaying package, and because most of the patterns on the towel are symmetrically arranged with the folding line, the embodiment 1 can well hang and display the whole effect of the towel and visually display the whole effect of the towel.

Example 2

A paperboard with the thickness specification of 300g, the length of 300-350mm and the width of 148.5 mm is used for manufacturing a structure main body which has the same size with the line widths of an upper stupefied turn-over 5 and a lower stupefied turn-over 7, an outer turn-over 4, a main turn-over 6, an inner turn-over 8 and four turning-over indentations of the embodiment 1 according to the structure shown in the specification, the line widths of the upper stupefied turn-over 5 and the lower stupefied turn-over 7, hanging lugs 15 are cut on the upper stupefied turn-over face of the main body and the middle part of the upper stupefied turn-over 5, an opening 17 for hanging during display is cut on the hanging lugs. When in use, after the folding is finished, as shown in the specification, fig. 12 and fig. 13. The hanger 15 is turned over, the lower part of the hanger is connected with the main turning surface 6, the opening 17 is used for being hung on a hanging hook of the display rack during display, and the hanger 15 integrally replaces the matching hook in the embodiment 1. When the present embodiment is used for bra display, the positioning holes 10 can be cut out at the same time of manufacturing, and the use condition when the positioning holes 10 are present is shown in the description of figure 23. The embodiment is mainly used for packing underpants, shorts and bras after being manufactured. When the packaging bag is used for packing underpants and shorts, the packaging bag can be applied in an all-square tube or a semi-square tube mode, can completely cover the fixing mode of the main turning-over surface 6, and can also be applied in a partial covering mode of the main turning-over surface 6. When packing underpants, the multipurpose semi-square tube form and the fixing form which totally covers the main turn-over 6 can print the words and pattern description which must be added by the unit package on the front surface of the outer turn-over 4. When the bra is packaged, the bra can be generally packaged in an all-round tube form, at the moment, paper can be replaced by sheet materials made of transparent or colored plastic materials, and the middle parts of the two positioning holes of the main turning surface 6 and the outward turning surface 4 are printed with colored decorations such as characters, pattern instructions and the like which need to be added, so that the attractive effect of the bra in display and exhibition can be further enhanced.

Example 3

The width of an upper stupefied turn-over 5 and a lower stupefied turn-over 7 is about 9mm, the width of an outer turn-over 4 and a main turn-over 6 is about 63 mm, the width of an inner turn-over 8 is about 42mm, the width of four folding indentation lines is about 1 mm, an opening 20 for hanging during display is arranged on the outer turn-over 4 and the main turn-over 6, and the diameter of the opening 20 is about 8mm by using a paperboard with the thickness specification of 300g, the length of 300-350mm and the width of 190 mm according to the structure shown in the specification, attached drawings 14 and 15. The folded and formed structure is shown in figure 15 in the specification when in use. When the structure is used, the full-square tube type or half-square tube type can be applied, and the full-square tube type or half-square tube type can be applied more frequently, and is mainly used for packaging trousers, undershirts, vests, bras and the like, so that the hanging open holes 20 can be completely exposed, and the hanging is convenient for hanging during display. When this construction is used for fastening the waist of trousers, it must be packaged in a manner that partially covers the fastening of the main flap 6, so that the hanging opening 20 is completely exposed. When the structure is applied, the characters and pattern description or the colors and patterns for decoration which are needed to be added to the unit package can be printed on the part, which is exposed out of the hanging opening 20, of the main turnover surface 6, is close to the upper part of the upper edge turnover surface 5, so that the characters and pattern description of the unit package can be visually displayed, and the aesthetic effect of the whole display and exhibition can be improved. This structure is used in underpants and underpants packaging especially, underpants packaging can be made into airplane hole or butterfly hole by making the width of main turning-over surface 6 and turning-over surface 4 higher, as shown in figure 21 of the specification. At this moment, because the fixed back of the waist of the underwear is main 6 upper portions of turn-over expose the part more, can print various exquisite for the decoration patterns on this part exposes the part to increase the whole pleasing to the eye effect when the display demonstrates, if be used for pants, print this part into the belly part pattern above the waist of human trousers, can simulate the direct effect when the pants of showing were put on one's body, increase the visual pleasing to the eye effect of display show. This is particularly suitable for the packaging of women's underpants.

All the structural types of the underwear hanging supports can be suitably applied to the packaging of corresponding outer clothes and trousers, and can be used for hanging display of the outer clothes and trousers in sales instead of the traditional clothes rack. The packaging bag can also replace the traditional inverted U-shaped hanging card and be applied to the packaging of a large number of other soft goods with soft weight.

Claims (4)

1. A foldable clothes hanger is composed of a rectangular sheet material with press mark, which is divided into an outward turned surface, a main turned surface, an inward turned surface, an upward turned surface, a downward turned surface, two double-sided adhesive tapes adhered to the edges of said outward turned surface and inward turned surface in length direction, a hanging structure on said main turned surface, inward turned surface and upward turned surface, and a locating structure on both sides when needed, and features that when it is folded, it can be used in semi-square tube mode or full-square tube mode, and when it is used in semi-square tube mode, the double-sided adhesive tapes on inward turned surface can be used to connect and fix the end of inward turned surface to the inner side of main turned surface, so omitting the double-sided adhesive tapes on outward turned surface when it is used in full-square tube mode, the end of outward turned surface can be connected and fixed to inward turned surface, and the hanging function can be realized by its own hanging structure, the product can be printed on the proper position of the part of the underwear which is not covered by the underwear, and the product characters or pattern descriptions and decorative characters or patterns which are necessary to be added to the sales unit package can be printed on the proper position of the main turnover surface, the upper edge turnover surface and the outer turnover surface.

The folding underwear hanging brace according to claim 1, characterized in that the hanging structure has three forms, one is that a strip-shaped flat hole capable of being added with an externally-matched hook is arranged in the middle of the turnover surface of the upper edge, and the externally-matched hook is added through the flat hole when in use and is combined to realize the hanging function; second, the middle parts of the outer turnover surface and the upper edge turnover surface are provided with hanging lugs, hanging holes are formed in the hanging lugs, the hanging lugs are connected with the main turnover surface after being folded, and the hanging function is realized by the hanging lugs; and thirdly, arranging hanging openings at corresponding positions on the outer turning surface and the main turning surface, and communicating the hanging openings at corresponding positions on the outer turning surface and the main turning surface after folding to realize a hanging function, wherein the hanging openings mainly comprise three types, namely a round shape, an airplane shape and a butterfly shape.

The foldable underwear hanger according to claim 1, wherein the positioning structures are provided on both sides when necessary, and when it is determined that the underwear hanger is not used, the positioning structures can be omitted, and when it is determined that the positioning structures are likely to be used, the positioning structures are realized by folding positioning openings provided on the main turn-over, the inner turn-over, and the upper ridge turn-over, and the positioning openings are provided in two forms, one is that when it is determined that the positioning openings must be used, the positioning openings are directly cut; secondly, when the positioning hole is not determined to be used, the positioning hole can be made into a structure with easily torn indentation tooth lines, when the positioning hole is determined to be used, the easily torn indentation tooth lines are utilized to remove the sheet material at the middle part of the easily torn indentation tooth lines, the positioning hole is exposed, and the sheet material at the middle part of the easily torn indentation tooth lines is reserved instead and is directly folded for use.

4. The folding undergarment hanger of claim 1 wherein the sheet material is primarily paper or plastic material, transparent or opaque, or a composite material of single or multiple layer construction.
