SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides an adjustable wrist splint, which can pivot and adjust the angle of the arm and the palm.
An embodiment of the present invention provides an adjustable wrist splint, which comprises an arm supporting member, a palm supporting member and a fastening member. The arm support comprises a first pivot part which is positioned at one end of the arm support. The palm support member includes a second pivot portion located at one end of the palm support member. The fastener is arranged in the first pivoting part and the second pivoting part in a penetrating way, so that the palm support piece can pivot relative to the arm support piece. When the fastener is in the locked state, the palm support and the arm support cannot pivot relative to each other.
The adjustable wrist splint further comprises at least two fixing members respectively connected to the arm supporting member and the palm supporting member, wherein the fixing members are used for fixing the limbs of a user. The at least two fixing pieces can be at least two double-sided sticky buckles, one end of one double-sided sticky buckle is connected with the arm support piece, and one end of the other double-sided sticky buckle is connected with the palm support piece.
According to the adjustable wrist splint, a plurality of air holes can be respectively arranged on the arm supporting piece and the palm supporting piece in a penetrating way.
According to the above adjustable wrist splint, the palm support member may further include a palm portion and a finger portion, an included angle between the palm portion and the finger portion is a, which satisfies the following conditions: a is more than or equal to 90 degrees and less than or equal to 180 degrees. In addition, the palm and fingers may together form a smooth curved surface, and the palm support may further include a thumb portion connected to one side of the palm.
According to the adjustable wrist splint, the fastening member may comprise a nut and a screw. The nut is fixedly arranged on the first pivoting portion or the second pivoting portion, and the screw penetrates through the first pivoting portion, the second pivoting portion and the nut. When the fastener is in a locked state, the screw is screwed, so that the first pivot portion and the second pivot portion are abutted to each other and cannot pivot.
According to the above-mentioned adjustable wrist splint, the arm support member may further include an arm attaching portion and an abutting portion connected to each other, the arm attaching portion and the abutting portion together form an L-shaped structure, the first pivot portion is located at an end of the abutting portion away from the arm attaching portion, and the abutting portion is for the wrist of the user to abut against.
According to the adjustable wrist splint, two sides of the palm support member may respectively include side edges, so that the cross section of the palm support member is U-shaped.
Therefore, the adjustable wrist splint of the utility model is provided with the arm supporting piece and the palm supporting piece which can pivot mutually, when the wrist splint is worn, the arm supporting piece can be fixed firstly, and then the palm supporting piece is adjusted and fixed, so that the splint is not easy to shift, and the difficulty of self wearing of a patient is reduced; also can freely adjust arm support piece and palm support piece's angle after the dress, reuse the fastener locking, promoted the convenience of adjustment splint angle to and the comfort level when dressing.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. For the purpose of clarity, numerous implementation details are set forth in the following description. In addition, some conventional structures and elements are shown in simplified schematic form in the drawings.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, fig. 1 is a perspective view of an adjustable wrist splint 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 2 is an exploded view of the adjustable wrist splint 100 shown in fig. 1. The adjustable wrist splint 100 includes an arm support 110, a palm support 120 and a fastener 130, wherein the fastener 130 is disposed through the arm support 110 and the palm support 120, so that the palm support 120 can pivot relative to the arm support 110.
In detail, the arm supporting member 110 may be shaped like the semi-cylindrical curved surface of fig. 1, and partially covers the abdomen of the forearm of the patient when worn, so that the stuffiness feeling during wearing can be reduced if the covering range of the arm supporting member 110 is small, and the fixing property and the supporting property can be improved if the covering range is large, so that the structure of the arm supporting member 110 can be adjusted as required during manufacturing. The arm support 110 includes a first pivot portion 111 located at one end of the arm support 110, the first pivot portion 111 is for the fastener 130 to pass through so as to be pivotally connected to the palm support 120, and the pivot structure and the operation manner thereof will be described in detail in the following paragraphs, which are not repeated herein.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a partial side view of the adjustable wrist splint 100 of fig. 1. It should be noted that the arm supporting member 110 may further include an attaching arm portion 112 and an abutting portion 113 connected to each other, the attaching arm portion 112 and the abutting portion 113 together form an L-shaped structure, and the first pivot portion 111 is located at an end of the abutting portion 113 far away from the attaching arm portion 112, so that when the patient wears the adjustable wrist splint 100, the abutting portion 113 may be located at the wrist and abutted by the wrist of the patient.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the palm support 120 includes a second pivot portion 121 located at one end of the palm support 120, and the fastener 130 is inserted through the first pivot portion 111 and the second pivot portion 121 to serve as a rotation axis, so that the palm support 120 can pivot relative to the arm support 110.
The size of palm support 120 may depend on the range to be supported. Palm support 120 only needs to extend to the palm of the patient to provide adequate support; alternatively, the palm support 120 may further include a palm portion 122 and a finger portion 123 for leaning of the whole palm of the patient, so as to improve the support. The included angle between the palm portion 122 and the finger portion 123 can be a, and the following condition is satisfied: a is more than or equal to 90 degrees and less than or equal to 180 degrees, so that the fingers can be propped open while the palm is supported, and the muscle contracture patient can be helped to stretch the muscles of the fingers. In addition, referring to fig. 3, the palm portion 122 and the fingers 123 can form a smooth curved surface together, so as to avoid the corner at the connection position of the palm portion 122 and the fingers 123, and increase the comfort level when wearing.
Palm support 120 may further include a thumb portion 124 connected to one side of palm portion 122, and thumb portion 124 is used for placing the thumb of the patient, so that the muscles of the first web and the thumb are in a relaxed state, further increasing comfort when wearing.
The two sides of the palm support 120 may include lateral edges 125, respectively, so that the cross section of the palm support 120 is U-shaped, thereby providing better wrapping performance and reducing the displacement of the palm due to movement.
The fastening member 130 can be used as a rotating shaft for pivoting the palm support 120 relative to the arm support 110, and the fastening member 130 can also have an unlocked state and a locked state. When the fastener 130 is in the unlocked state, the palm support 120 and the arm support 110 can pivot, and when the fastener 130 is in the locked state, the palm support 120 and the arm support 110 cannot pivot relative to each other, so that the patient can adjust and fix the angle between the arm support 110 and the palm support 120 by himself, and the adjustable wrist splint 100 can be worn in a most comfortable manner.
The fastener 130 may include a nut 131 and a screw 132, the nut 131 is fixedly disposed on the first pivot portion 111 or the second pivot portion 121, and the screw 132 penetrates the first pivot portion 111, the second pivot portion 121 and the nut 131; when the fastener 130 is in the locked state, the screw 132 is tightened, so that the first pivot portion 111 and the second pivot portion 121 abut against each other and cannot pivot, thereby achieving the purpose of fixing the angle. Wherein the head of the screw 132 may be directed toward the side of the palm support 120 having the thumb 124 to facilitate the patient's use of the non-splint-wearing hand to release the locking screw 132.

Referring to fig. 4A and 4B, fig. 4A and 4B are schematic views illustrating the adjustable wrist splint 100 of fig. 1 when worn. When the adjustable wrist splint 100 is worn, the fastening member 130 may be first adjusted to the unlocked state, so that the angle between the arm support 110 and the palm support 120 is not affected when the adjustable wrist splint is worn, and then the arm support 110 is fixed to the forearm by the fixing member 140, and the palm support 120 is lifted to the palm and fixed. Since the adjustable wrist splint 100 is divided into two sections, namely, the arm and the palm, the patient can adjust the position of the arm support 110 or the palm support 120 gradually with only one hand, thereby greatly reducing the difficulty of wearing the splint.
Referring to fig. 5A and 5B, fig. 5A and 5B are schematic views of the adjustable wrist splint 100 of fig. 1 during angle adjustment. As shown in fig. 5A, when the patient wears the adjustable wrist splint 100, the arm and the palm respectively fit the arm support 110 and the palm support 120, the wrist can lean against the abutting portion 113, and the abutting portion 113 can support the palm at the lower edge of the wrist and the palm when the patient vertically lifts the arm, thereby avoiding excessive pressure on the wrist joint. As shown in fig. 5B, after the patient wears the adjustable wrist splint 100, the angle between the arm support 110 and the palm support 120 can be adjusted by the loose-locking fastener 130, so as to greatly improve the convenience of adjusting the angle and increase the support and comfort.
To sum up, the adjustable wrist splint of the utility model is provided with the arm supporting piece and the palm supporting piece which can pivot mutually, when in wearing, the arm supporting piece can be fixed firstly, then the palm supporting piece is adjusted and fixed, the splint is not easy to shift, and the difficulty of self wearing of the patient is reduced; also can freely adjust arm support piece and palm support piece's angle after the dress, reuse the fastener locking, promoted the convenience of adjustment splint angle to and the comfort level when dressing.
