手持风扇是一种利用电机驱动扇叶旋转使空气加速流通的小型电器,其内部配置的扇叶通电后会进行转动,转动的扇叶会产生自然风,以达到清热解暑的效果。

为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型提供了一种手持风扇,所述手持风扇包括送风部和手持部,所述送风部包括壳体、与所述壳体可拆卸连接的进风罩及设于所述壳体内的电机、所述电机的轴孔内设有可相对于所述电机转动的电机转轴、所述电机转轴顶部连接有扇叶,所述电机与所述扇叶之间设有减震弹簧,所述减震弹簧套设于所述电机转轴上。
进一步的,所述进风罩包括进风板、连接所述进风板且绕设于预设轴的第一侧壁、绕设于所述第一侧壁外围的第二侧壁,所述第一侧壁与所述第二侧壁之间形成风道。
进一步的,所述扇叶包括锥形腔体及设于所述锥形腔体外侧的叶片。
进一步的,所述叶片为斜流状,相邻两个所述叶片之间形成斜流风道,所述斜流风道用于将所述进风罩的风引导至所述第一侧壁和所述第二侧壁之间形成的风道空间中。
进一步的,所述电机外套设有电机轴承,所述电机轴承设于所述锥形腔体内。
进一步的,所述电机转轴与扇叶一体成型,且所述电机转轴与所述扇叶之间固定有金属环,所述金属环穿过电机转轴固定所述电机转轴与所述扇叶。

具体的,本实用新型实施例中,用户在使用所述手持风扇时,所述扇叶15在所述电机13的驱动下转动,将来自所述进风罩12的风引导至所述第一侧壁122和所述第二侧壁123之间的空间并从出风口一侧吹出,用户可以通过握持所述手持风扇使风吹向需要降温的部位,达到快速降温,提升人体舒适度的目的。
进一步的,请参照图5,为本实用新型实施例提供的一种扇叶的示意图,所述扇叶15包括锥形腔体151及设于所述锥形腔体151外侧的叶片152,所述叶片152为斜流状,相邻两个所述叶片152之间形成斜流风道153,所述斜流风道153用于将所述进风罩12的风引导至所述第一侧壁122和所述第二侧壁123之间形成的风道16空间中,可以减少风撞击罩体内壁,减小风损,提高出风效率,在本实用新型实施例中,所述手持风扇的叶片152优选为斜流状,可以使所述手持风扇的风量更大,噪音更小,结构更加紧凑,便于手持和携带。
进一步的,请参考图6,为本实用新型实施例提供的一种送风部的下视图,所述电机13外套设有电机轴承14,所述电机轴承14设于所述锥形腔体151内,所述电机轴承14的设置保证了所述电机13高速旋转时的稳定性,进而保证了所述手持风扇整体的运行稳定性。
进一步的,请参考图7,为本实用新型实施例提供的一种电机转轴与扇叶一体成型示意图,在本实用新型实施例中,所述电机转轴131与扇叶15一体成型,且所述电机转轴131与所述扇叶15之间固定有金属环17,所述金属环17穿过电机转轴131固定所述电机转轴131与所述扇叶15,所述扇叶15和所述电机转轴131一体成型的结构设置有效地缩减了所述送风部10的占用空间。
进一步的,请参考图8,为本实用新型实施例提供的一种减震弹簧的示意图,在本实用新型实施例中,所述减震弹簧132与所述电机转轴131可拆卸连接,方便所述减震弹簧132损坏后可以更换,此外,由于不同位置所需的减震强度不同,所述减震弹簧132的弹簧内径以及相邻匝之间的间距均不相同。
具体的,所述减震弹簧132远离所述电机13的一端的弹簧内径1321大于所述减震弹簧132靠近所述电机13的一端的弹簧内径1322,所述减震弹簧132远离所述电机13的一端的相邻匝之间的间距1323小于所述减震弹簧132靠近所述电机13的一端的相邻匝之间的间距1324。
进一步的,请参考图9,图9为本实用新型实施例提供的一种送风部与手持部的连接图,所述送风部10上设有第一连接件18,所述手持部20上设有第二连接件21,所述送风部10与所述手持部20通过固定件22连接,所述固定件22穿过所述第一连接件18和所述第二连接件21连接所述送风部10和所述手持部20,示例地,所述固定件22可以为螺钉,也可以为其他用于连接送风部10和手持部20的固定件22,在此,本实用新型实施例不做进一步的限制。
本实用新型提供了一种手持风扇,所述手持风扇包括送风部和手持部,所述送风部包括壳体、与所述壳体可拆卸连接的进风罩及设于所述壳体内的电机、所述电机的轴孔内设有可相对于所述电机转动的电机转轴、所述电机转轴顶部连接有扇叶,所述电机与所述扇叶之间设有减震弹簧,所述减震弹簧套设于所述电机转轴上。本实用新型所提供的手持风扇,可以通过减震弹簧减小电机在高速旋转的情况下,扇叶转动所带来的摆动而产生的振动和噪音,使得用户在使用手持风扇时,整体使用的舒适度增加,以带来更好的用户体验。

Claims (10)
1.一种手持风扇,其特征在于,包括送风部(10)和手持部(20),所述送风部(10)包括壳体(11)、与所述壳体(11)连接的进风罩(12)及设于所述壳体(11)内的电机(13),所述电机(13)的轴孔内设有可相对于所述电机(13)转动的电机转轴(131),所述电机转轴(131)顶部连接有扇叶(15),所述电机(13)与所述扇叶(15)之间设有减震弹簧(132),所述减震弹簧(132)套设于所述电机转轴(131)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的手持风扇,其特征在于,所述进风罩(12)包括进风板(121)、连接所述进风板(121)且绕设于预设轴的第一侧壁(122)、绕设于所述第一侧壁(122)外围的第二侧壁(123),所述第一侧壁(122)与所述第二侧壁(123)之间形成风道(16)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的手持风扇,其特征在于,所述扇叶(15)包括锥形腔体(151)及设于所述锥形腔体(151)外侧的叶片(152)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的手持风扇,其特征在于,所述叶片(152)为斜流状,相邻两个所述叶片(152)之间形成斜流风道(153),所述斜流风道(153)用于将所述进风罩(12)的风引导至所述第一侧壁(122)和所述第二侧壁(123)之间形成的风道(16)空间中。
5.根据权利要求3所述的手持风扇,其特征在于,所述电机(13)外套设有电机轴承(14),所述电机轴承(14)设于所述锥形腔体(151)内。
6.根据权利要求1所述的手持风扇,其特征在于,所述电机转轴(131)与扇叶(15)一体成型,且所述电机转轴(131)与所述扇叶(15)之间固定有金属环(17),所述金属环(17)穿过电机转轴(131)固定所述电机转轴(131)与所述扇叶(15)。
7.根据权利要求1所述的手持风扇,其特征在于,所述减震弹簧(132)与所述电机转轴(131)可拆卸连接。
8.根据权利要求7所述的手持风扇,其特征在于,所述减震弹簧(132)远离所述电机(13)的一端的弹簧内径(1321)大于所述减震弹簧(132)靠近所述电机(13)的一端的弹簧内径(1322)。
9.根据权利要求8所述的手持风扇,其特征在于,所述减震弹簧(132)远离所述电机(13)的一端的相邻匝之间的间距(1323)小于所述减震弹簧(132)靠近所述电机(13)的一端的相邻匝之间的间距(1324)。
10.根据权利要求1所述的手持风扇,其特征在于,所述送风部(10)上设有第一连接件(18),所述手持部(20)上设有第二连接件(21),所述送风部(10)与所述手持部(20)通过固定件(22)连接,所述固定件(22)穿过所述第一连接件(18)和所述第二连接件(21)连接所述送风部(10)和所述手持部(20)。
