As shown in FIG1 , the cover 100100 includes paper 110, an adhesive layer 120, a first reinforcement layer 130, a second reinforcement layer 140 and embroidery thread 150. The paper 110 has a front side and a back side. The paper 110 may be coated paper, coated paper, offset paper, etc. When necessary, the paper 110 may be printed and subjected to surface finishing processes such as lamination and glazing. The first reinforcement layer 130 is connected to the back side of the paper 110 through the adhesive layer 120, and the second reinforcement layer 140 is arranged on the back side of the first reinforcement layer 130. The sizes of the first reinforcement layer 130 and the second reinforcement layer 140 may be determined according to requirements. For example, as shown in FIG1 , the first reinforcement layer 130 and the second reinforcement layer 140 may be arranged only in the area on the paper 110 where embroidery is required. Preferably, the first reinforcement layer 130 is slightly larger than this area. In some embodiments, the first reinforcement layer 130 may also be arranged to cover the entire area on the back side of the paper 110. As shown in FIG1 , the embroidery thread 150 penetrates the paper 110, the adhesive layer 120, the first reinforcement layer 130 and the second reinforcement layer 140, and forms an embroidery pattern 151 on the front of the paper 110. In addition, the embroidery thread 150 also fixes the second reinforcement layer 140 on the paper 110. The first reinforcement layer 130 and the second reinforcement layer 140 are made of different materials. The first reinforcement layer 130 can increase the strength of the paper 110 and improve the ability of the paper 110 to resist the pulling (tearing) of the embroidery thread 150, so that the paper 110 is not prone to problems such as too large needle holes and deformation of the paper 110 during the embroidery process. Similarly, the second reinforcement layer 140 can also increase the strength of the paper 110 and improve the ability of the paper 110 to resist the pulling (tearing) of the embroidery thread 150, so that the paper 110 is not prone to problems such as too large needle holes and deformation of the paper 110 during the embroidery process. In addition, the provision of the second reinforcement layer 140 also makes it difficult for the paper 110 to slide during the embroidery process. Specifically, when embroidering the paper 110, the material used for the second reinforcement layer 140 is fixed (for example, bonded) on the table surface of the embroidery equipment, thereby increasing the friction between the paper 110 and the table surface of the embroidery equipment, making it difficult for the paper 110 to slide during the embroidery process. After the embroidery is completed, the excess second reinforcement layer 140 can be cut off.

FIG2 shows an unfolded view of a paper 110 according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in FIG2 , the paper 110 may include a back cover 111, a spine 112, a front cover 113 and a flap 114 connected in sequence by folds. The above-mentioned adhesive layer 120, the first reinforcement layer 130 and the second reinforcement layer 140 are sequentially arranged on the back of the front cover 113. The flap 114 is folded to the back of the front cover 113 along the corresponding folds and adhered to the front cover 113. The pictures and texts printed on the front of the flap 114 can be used as the content of the second cover. In addition, the flap 114 also covers the adhesive layer 120, the first reinforcement layer 130, the second reinforcement layer 140 and the embroidery traces of the embroidery thread 150, thereby covering the stitches and thread ends of the embroidery. In other embodiments, as shown in Figure 3, the paper 110 may also include a back cover 111, a spine 112 and a front cover 113 connected in sequence by folds, wherein the adhesive layer 120, the first reinforcement layer 130 and the second reinforcement layer 140 are sequentially arranged on the back of the front cover 113; the cover 100 may also include a first board paper 160, a second board paper 170 and a third board paper 180, wherein the first board paper 160 is bonded to the back of the front cover 113 and covers the adhesive layer 120, the first reinforcement layer 130 and the second reinforcement layer 140, the second board paper 170 is bonded to the back of the spine 112, and the third board paper 180 is bonded to the back of the back cover 111. In the embodiment shown in FIG. 3 , preferably, the edge of the paper 110 is folded onto the back of the first board 160 , the second board 170 , and the third board 180 , and is bonded to the first board 160 , the second board 170 , and the third board 180 , respectively, so as to improve the connection stability between the paper 110 and the first board 160 , the second board 170 , and the third board 180 , and make the cover 100 more beautiful.

According to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in Fig. 1, the adhesive layer 120 is a hot melt adhesive film or a water-based adhesive with a solid content greater than 60%. The hot melt adhesive film and the water-based adhesive with a solid content greater than 60% have less water, which can reduce the absorption of water by the paper 110, thereby preventing the paper 110 from deforming due to adhesive coating.

According to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in FIG1 , the thickness of the first reinforcement layer 130 is less than 0.3 mm. The material of the first reinforcement layer 130 can be determined according to the binding method of the book to which the cover 100 is applied. When the cover 100 is applied to a hardbound book or a saddle-stitched book, the first reinforcement layer 130 can be a layer made of soft cloth material or silk material, such as a satin cloth layer, a non-woven cloth layer, a silk layer, a thin silk cloth layer, a nylon cloth layer, a polyester fiber cloth layer, and a cotton cloth layer, so as to keep the cover 100 soft. When the cover 100 is applied to a hardcover book, the first reinforcement layer 130 can be a layer made of cloth material, silk material or paper material, such as a satin cloth layer, a non-woven cloth layer, a silk layer, a thin silk cloth layer, a nylon cloth layer, a polyester fiber cloth layer, a cotton cloth layer, and a cardboard layer, etc.

According to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in FIG. 1 , the second reinforcement layer 140 includes one or two layers of paper, and the thickness of each layer of paper is less than 0.5 mm.

The embodiment of the utility model further provides a book, which comprises a book block and the cover 100 as described above, wherein the spine 112 of the cover 100 is connected to the book block.

Compared with the prior art, the embodiment of the utility model provides a cover 100 and a book, which can increase the strength of the paper 110 by arranging the first reinforcement layer 130 and the second reinforcement layer 140 on the back of the paper 110, so that the paper 110 is not prone to excessive needle holes and deformation during the embroidery process. In addition, the second reinforcement layer 140 also makes it difficult for the paper 110 to slide during the embroidery process.

1. A cover, comprising:

A sheet having a front side and a back side;

an adhesive layer provided on the back surface of the paper;

The first reinforcing layer is connected to the back surface of the paper through the bonding layer;

the second reinforcement layer is arranged on the back surface of the first reinforcement layer; and

Embroidery threads penetrate through the paper, the bonding layer, the first reinforcing layer and the second reinforcing layer, and embroidery patterns are formed on the front surface of the paper;

wherein the first reinforcing layer and the second reinforcing layer are made of different materials.

2. The cover of claim 1, wherein the adhesive layer is a hot melt adhesive film or a hydrocolloid having a solids content of greater than 60%.

3. The cover of claim 1, wherein the first reinforcing layer is one of a color Ding Buceng, a nonwoven layer, a silk layer, a tissue layer, a nylon layer, a polyester fiber layer, a cotton fine layer, or a cardboard layer.

4. A cover according to claim 3, wherein the thickness of the first reinforcing layer is less than 0.3mm.

5. The cover of claim 1, wherein the second reinforcing layer comprises one or two layers of paper, the thickness of the paper being less than 0.5mm.

6. The cover of claim 1, wherein the paper comprises a back cover, a spine, a front cover, and a gusset connected in sequence by a crease, wherein the adhesive layer, the first reinforcing layer, and the second reinforcing layer are disposed in sequence on a back side of the front cover, and the gusset is bonded to the back side of the front cover and covers the adhesive layer, the first reinforcing layer, and the second reinforcing layer.

7. The cover of claim 1, wherein the paper comprises a back cover, a spine, and a front cover connected in sequence by folds, wherein the adhesive layer, the first reinforcing layer, and the second reinforcing layer are disposed in sequence on the back of the front cover; the cover further includes:

The first paperboard is adhered to the back surface of the cover and covers the adhesive layer, the first reinforcing layer and the second reinforcing layer;

the second paperboard is adhered to the back surface of the spine; and

And the third paperboard is adhered to the back surface of the back cover.

8. The cover of claim 7, wherein edges of the sheets are folded over the back of the first, second, and third sheets and adhered to the first, second, and third sheets, respectively.

9. A book, comprising:

A book block; and
