Background
The well cover is a top closure of a deep well in a road or home, is used for preventing people or objects from falling, and serves as an entrance and an exit of underground facilities. The well lid is an important component of the infrastructure, and the well lid is required to be installed in places where public facilities such as tap water, telecom, electric power, gas, heating power, fire protection, sanitation and the like are installed. Along with the development of economy, the development of well lid technology is driven by the update of infrastructure construction.
The existing well lid generally comprises a well seat and a cover body, wherein the well seat is fixed with the ground or a supporting structure, and the cover body is movably covered at an opening on the well seat. When the cover body is to be opened, a T-shaped handle is usually adopted to hook an operation hole on the cover body, and then the cover body is directly lifted manually so as to be opened.
The well covers used in gas stations are often heavy because they must have a strong carrying capacity. The filling station not only serves small-size private car, still has large-scale freight train to pass, in order to guarantee safety and prevent well lid collapse under the heavy pressure, the well lid of filling station usually designs more heavy and firm. The design can ensure that the well cover can stably bear pressure even when a heavy vehicle frequently passes through, thereby avoiding accidents.
The heavy well cover can not be easily opened by workers, particularly the well cover with the cover body provided with the sealing structure has larger friction resistance between the edge of the cover body and the well seat, and a common adult man can not easily and conveniently open the cover body directly by using the handle.

A pedal type opening tool for a well lid comprises a lifting rod and a prying plate, wherein the lower end of the lifting rod is provided with a prying block matched with an operation hole in a lid body, the front end of the prying plate is hinged with the lower end of the lifting rod, the lower end of the middle of the prying plate is provided with a supporting block, when the prying block enters the operation hole, the supporting block can be abutted to a well seat by placing the prying plate, and a tension spring is connected between the lifting rod and the prying plate.
According to the technical scheme, when the opening tool is not used, the lifting rod and the prying plate can be rotated and folded, so that the opening tool is convenient to hold and carry, when the opening tool is required to be used for opening the well lid, the prying block at the end of the lifting rod is inserted into the operation hole and rotated to finish locking, then the prying plate is put down to enable the supporting block to be abutted on the well seat, one end of the prying plate far away from the well lid is tilted to form a lever, at the moment, the end is stepped down to lift the well lid body through the prying block, labor is saved, convenience is brought, the speed and the force of putting down the prying plate can be slowed down through the tension spring, foot smashing is prevented, and the use safety is improved.
Optionally, two ends of the tension spring are respectively connected to the side walls of the pry plate opposite to the lifting rod, and when the lifting rod rotates to be attached to the pry plate, the tension spring is in a stretching state.
By adopting the technical scheme, the prying plate and the lifting rod can not be separated at will after folding, and particularly, the folding state can be kept when the side surface is horizontally placed, so that the folding type lifting rod is convenient to store and carry.
Optionally, the upper end face of the pry plate is provided with a yielding groove, one end of the tension spring connected with the pry plate is connected in the yielding groove, and when the lifting rod rotates to be attached to the pry plate, the tension spring is integrally positioned in the yielding groove.
Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, make sled board and lifter can not receive the hindrance of extension spring volume when folding, make both laminate more, reduce the whole volume after the opening tool folds.
Optionally, the skid plate is provided with the backplate towards the terminal surface both sides of lifter, works as the lifter rotates to with the skid plate laminating, the lifter is located between the backplate of both sides.

Optionally, the upper end of sled board is provided with the circle jump ring between both sides backplate, the opening of circle jump ring is towards lifter one side, and the opening width is less than the lifter diameter.

Optionally, an extension column is arranged at the lower end of the lifting rod, the prying block is arranged at the lower end of the extension column, the extension column is rotationally connected with the lifting rod around the axis of the extension column, the lower end of the lifting rod is detachably connected with a locking pin for limiting the rotation of the extension column, and two groups of locking holes for inserting the locking pin are formed in the extension column at intervals of 90 degrees along the circumferential direction.
Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, according to the operation hole orientation difference on the different well lids, the angle orientation of adjustment sled piece to greatly increased opening tool's general suitability.
Optionally, a plurality of threaded holes are formed in the bottom of the pry plate at intervals along the length direction of the pry plate, threaded rods matched with the threaded holes are arranged at the upper ends of the supporting blocks, and the threaded rods are matched with the threaded holes to enable the supporting blocks to be detachably connected with the pry plate.
Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, according to the operation hole position difference (with well seat interval difference) on the different well lids, the interval between adjustment supporting shoe and the sled piece further increases opening tool's general suitability.
Optionally, the end of the pry plate far away from the hinged position of the lifting rod is provided with an anti-skid pedal.
By adopting the technical scheme, the novel sliding device is convenient to use in overcast and rainy weather or humid environment, and reduces the risk of sliding of operators.

When the opening tool is not used, the lifting rod and the pry plate can be rotated and folded, so that the opening tool is convenient to hold and carry, when the opening tool is required to be used for opening the well lid, the pry block at the end part of the lifting rod is inserted into the operation hole and rotated to lock, then the pry plate is put down to enable the support block to be abutted on the well seat, one end of the pry plate, which is far away from the well lid, is tilted to form a lever, and at the moment, the end is stepped down to lift the cover body of the well lid through the pry block, so that labor is saved and convenience is realized;
2. the lifting rod is fixed on the prying plate for limiting by using the circular clamp spring, and the lifting rod is opened without effort, so that the convenience of storage and carrying is further improved;
3. According to the different orientation of the operation holes on different well covers, the angle orientation of the prying block can be adjusted, and according to the different positions of the operation holes on different well covers (different distances from the well seat), the interval between the supporting block and the prying block can be adjusted, so that the universal adaptability of the opening tool is greatly increased.

The application is described in further detail below with reference to fig. 1-4.
The embodiment of the application discloses a pedal opening tool for a well lid. Referring to fig. 1, the foot-operated opening tool comprises a lifting rod 1 and a prying plate 3, wherein the upper end of the lifting rod 1 is fixedly connected with a lifting handle 11 which is convenient to lift, the lower end of the lifting rod is provided with an extending column 2, the extending column 2 is intersected with the axial lead of the lifting rod 1 to form an acute angle of 15-30 degrees, the bottom of the extending column 2 is welded with prying blocks 21, the prying blocks 21 extend towards two sides along the radial direction of the extending column 2, and the width of two ends of each prying block 21 is larger than the diameter of the extending column 2. After the prying block 21 enters the waist-shaped operation hole in the well cover along with the extension column 2, the lifting rod 1 is rotated, so that the extension column 2 drives the prying block 21 to rotate 90 degrees, the prying block 21 can be limited in the operation hole, and upward pulling force can be applied to the well cover by lifting the lifting rod 1 upward.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the front end of the pry plate 3 is hinged with the lower end of the lifting rod 1, the hinge position is close to the upper part of the extending column 2, and the extending lines of the lifting handle 11, the extending column 2 and the pry plate 3 are located in the same plane. The middle part lower extreme fixedly connected with supporting shoe 31 of sled board 3, the tip welding that the articulated department of lifter 1 was kept away from to sled board 3 has anti-skidding footboard 35, and in the operation downthehole and spacing back of entering is got into to sled piece 21, put down sled board 3 can make supporting shoe 31 butt in the well seat upper end, and pedal opening tool forms a lever this moment, just can mention the well lid through sled piece 21 with this one end step on of anti-skidding footboard 35, laborsaving and convenient.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a tension spring 4 is connected between a lifting rod 1 and a pry plate 3, two ends of the tension spring 4 are respectively connected to the side walls of the pry plate 3 opposite to the lifting rod 1, and the tension spring 4 is kept in a stretching state in the process of relative rotation of the lifting rod 1 and the pry plate 3 and when the lifting rod 1 rotates to be attached to the pry plate 3. The speed and the dynamics of putting down of sled board 3 can be slowed down through extension spring 4, the foot is prevented to pound, increases the security of use, and sled board 3 can not separate at will with the lifter 1 after folding, especially can keep folding state when the side is kept flat, conveniently accomodates and carries.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the upper end face of the pry plate 3 is provided with a yielding groove 34, one end of the tension spring 4 connected with the pry plate 3 is connected in the yielding groove 34, when the lifting rod 1 rotates to be attached to the pry plate 3, the tension spring 4 is integrally positioned in the yielding groove 34, so that the pry plate 3 and the lifting rod 1 are not blocked by the volume of the tension spring 4 when being folded, the pry plate 3 and the lifting rod 1 are attached to each other, and the integral volume of the pedal-type opening tool after being folded is reduced.
Referring to fig. 1 and 3, guard plates 32 are integrally formed on two sides of the end face of the pry plate 3, and when the lifting rod 1 rotates to be attached to the pry plate 3, the lifting rod 1 is located between the guard plates 32, and the lifting rod 1 after the closing of the guard plates 32 is limited and protected. And the upper end of sled board 3 is fixed connection has a circle jump ring 33 between both sides backplate 32, and the opening of circle jump ring 33 is towards carrier 1 one side, and the opening width is less than carrier 1 diameter, utilizes circle jump ring 33 to fix carrier 1 on sled board 3 spacing, and opens carrier 1 and also not hard, further increases the convenience of accomodating and carrying.
Referring to fig. 1 and 4, in order to increase the universal adaptability of the foot-operated opening tool, a detachable threaded connection mode is adopted between the extension column 2 and the lifting rod 1, so that the extension column 2 can rotate around the axis of the extension column 2, and the angle orientation of the prying block 21 can be adjusted according to different orientations of operation holes on different covers. Specifically, the bottom of the lifting rod 1 is provided with a connecting port 12 with internal threads, the upper end of the extending column 2 is provided with external threads matched with the connecting port 12, the outer wall of the lower end of the lifting rod 1 is provided with a through hole 13 penetrating into the connecting port 12, a pluggable locking pin 14 is arranged in the through hole 13 in a penetrating manner, the threaded part of the extending column 2 is provided with two locking holes 23 for inserting the locking pin 14 into the limiting locking holes, the two locking holes 23 are distributed along the external threads and are arranged at intervals of 90 degrees in the circumferential direction of the extending column 2, and the angle of the two locking holes can be adjusted in other embodiments.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in order to increase the universal adaptability of the pedal opening tool, a detachable threaded connection mode is adopted between the supporting block 31 and the pry plate 3. Specifically, the bottom of the pry plate 3 is provided with a plurality of threaded holes 312 at intervals along the length direction thereof, in this embodiment, 8 threaded holes 312, and the upper end of the supporting block 31 is welded with a threaded rod 311 matched with the threaded holes 312, so that the interval between the supporting block 31 and the pry block 21 can be adjusted according to different positions of the operating holes (different distances from the well seat) on different well covers
The embodiment of the application provides a pedal opening tool for a well lid, which is implemented by the following principle:
