The armrest box 100 and the vehicle provided by the present application are described below with reference to the drawings in conjunction with the specific embodiments.
Fig. 1 is a schematic partial perspective view of an armrest box 100 according to the present application. Fig. 2 is an enlarged schematic view of the structure at a in fig. 1. Fig. 3 is a schematic side view of the armrest cover 110 from inside the case 120 to outside the case 120. Fig. 4 is a schematic perspective view of an armrest cover 110 according to the present application. Fig. 5 is a cross-sectional view taken along the direction B-B in fig. 4.
Referring to fig. 1 to 5, the armrest box 100 of the embodiment of the present application may include an armrest cover 110, a box body 120, a connection hinge 130, and a shielding cover 140.
The armrest cover 110 may be coupled to the case 120 through a coupling hinge 130 for opening or closing an inner space of the case 120. The interior space of the case 120 may be used for storing articles. The connection hinge 130 may include a support segment 131. The support section 131 may refer to a portion of the connection hinge 130 that is easily exposed when the user opens the armrest cover 110.
The shielding cover 140 may include a first cover 141 and a second cover 142. The first and second cover bodies 141 and 142 may enclose an accommodation space 140a formed along the circumference of the support section 131 to accommodate the support section 131 such that the first and second cover bodies 141 and 142 shield the support section 131 when the armrest cover 110 opens the inner space of the case 120.
In the embodiment of the application, the first cover 141 and the second cover 142 can cover the peripheral side of the supporting section 131, so that the supporting section 131 of the connecting hinge 130 is not exposed out of the sight of the user when the armrest cover 110 is opened, and the metal hinge is not easy to form visual contrast with the interior trim of the vehicle, thereby being beneficial to improving the overall aesthetic property of the interior trim of the vehicle and improving the riding experience of the user.
In the embodiment of the present application, the first cover 141 and the second cover 142 may be covered by the peripheral side of the exposed portion of the metal hinge, so that the metal hinge is not easily observed by the front-row user and the rear-row user in the cab.
In some examples, the first and second covers 141 and 142 may be formed from a material that is compatible with the vehicle interior trim for improving the compatibility with the vehicle interior trim and improving the overall aesthetic appearance of the vehicle interior trim.
In some possible implementations, referring to fig. 3 and 5, the first cover 141 and the second cover 142 may be correspondingly disposed along the first direction X according to an embodiment of the present application. Wherein one of the first and second cover 141 and 142 has an accommodating space 140a in which the support section 131 can be accommodated. The other one of the first and second covers 141 and 142 may serve to shield the receiving space 140a.
In the embodiment of the present application, one of the first cover 141 and the second cover 142 is provided with the accommodating space 140a, which can be used for accommodating the support section 131 of the connection hinge 130, and the other of the first cover 141 and the second cover 142 is provided for shielding the accommodating space 140a, which can be used for shielding the support section 131, so that the peripheral sides of the support section 131 are not exposed easily.
In some examples, the first direction X may refer to a length direction of the vehicle.
Fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of the connection hinge 130 connected to the armrest cover 110 according to the present application. Fig. 7 is a schematic exploded view of the first cover 141 and the connecting hinge 130 according to the present application. Fig. 8 is a schematic structural diagram of a connection state between the first cover 141 and the connection hinge 130 according to the present application.
In some implementations, referring to fig. 4 and 6, one of the first and second covers 141 and 142 of the embodiment of the present application may be provided to the connection hinge 130. The other of the first and second covers 141 and 142 may be provided to the armrest cover 110. The connection hinge 130 is connected to the armrest cover 110 such that the first and second covers 141 and 142 are disposed correspondingly in the first direction X.
In an embodiment of the present application, one end of the connection hinge 130 may be connected to the armrest cover 110. By providing the first cover 141 and the second cover 142 to the connection hinge 130 and the armrest cover 110, respectively, the first cover 141 and the second cover 142 can be made to correspond to each other after the connection hinge 130 and the armrest cover 110 are mounted. Accordingly, it may not be necessary to provide a fixedly coupled structure between the first and second cover 141 and 142. When the first cover 141 and the second cover 142 correspond, the first cover 141 and the second cover 142 may shield the support section 131 in the accommodating space 140a formed by the two.
In some realizable forms, referring to fig. 2 and 5, the second cover 142 of the embodiment of the present application may have a receiving space 140a, and the receiving space 140a may have an opening toward the rear side of the vehicle. The support segment 131 may be located within the second housing 142. The first cover 141 may cover the opening of the second cover 142.
In the embodiment of the present application, the connection hinge 130 and the armrest cover 110 can be correspondingly arranged between the first cover 141 and the second cover 142 after the installation is completed, so that in order to reduce the assembly interference phenomenon generated between the first cover 141 and the second cover 142 when the connection hinge 130 is connected to the armrest cover 110, an installation gap meeting the installation tolerance is formed between the first cover 141 and the second cover 142. By providing the opening direction of the accommodation space 140a of the second cover 142 toward the vehicle rear side, the mounting slit can be directed toward the vehicle rear side, and the influence of the mounting slit on the aesthetic appearance of the vehicle interior can be reduced.
Also, it is easily understood that by providing the opening direction of the accommodation space 140a of the second cover 142 toward the vehicle rear side, it is possible to make it difficult for the front-row user to observe the mounting gap between the first cover 141 and the second cover 142. In addition, the armrest cover 110 can be turned over relative to the case 120 when opened, so that when the armrest cover 110 is opened for a rear-row user, the armrest cover 110 can shield part of the first cover 141 and the second cover 142, so that the part of the mounting gap exposed out of the sight of the rear-row user is less, and the influence of the mounting gap on the aesthetic property of the vehicle interior can be reduced more effectively.
In some examples, the second cover 142 may include a first side plate, a second side plate, and a third side plate that are connected. The first, second, and third side plates may enclose the receiving space 140a. The first side plate and the second side plate may be disposed opposite to each other. The third side plate may connect the first side plate and the second side plate, and the third side plate may correspond to the opening. When the first cover 141 shields the opening, the first cover 141 and the third side plate may correspond.
In some examples, at least a portion of the first cover 141 may be located within the receiving space 140a of the second cover 142 when the connection hinge 130 is connected with the armrest cover 110.
In some implementations, referring to fig. 7 and 8, the connection hinge 130 of an embodiment of the present application may include a hinge portion 132 and a base 133. The support segment 131 may connect the hinge 132 and the base 133. Hinge 132 may be used to hinge with case 120. The base 133 may be fixed to the armrest cover 110.
In the embodiment of the present application, the hinge 132 may be hinged to the case 120 so that the armrest cover 110 may be rotatably coupled to the case 120, thereby opening or closing the case 120. The connection hinge 130 may be fixed to the armrest cover 110 through a base 133.
In some examples, a larger contact area may be provided between the base 133 and the armrest cover 110 to improve connection reliability between the base 133 and the armrest cover 110, so that the connection hinge 130 may not be easily separated from the armrest cover 110 during opening or closing of the armrest cover 110.
In some examples, the base 133 and the armrest cover 110 may be lockingly coupled using a locking member.
In some implementations, referring to fig. 7 and 8, the first cover 141 of the embodiment of the present application may include a first shielding sheet 1411 and a connection seat 1412 connected. The first shielding sheet 1411 may be provided with a first connection portion 1411a connected to the support section 131. The connection seat 1412 may be provided with a second connection portion 1412a connected with the base 133.

The first cover 141 may be connected to the support section 131 through a first connection portion 1411a on the first shielding plate 1411, and the first cover 141 may be connected to the base 133 through a second connection portion 1412a on the connection seat 1412.
In some examples, the first shutter piece 1411 may be snap-connected to the support segment 131. The connection base 1412 may be clamped to the base 133.
Illustratively, the first connection 1411a may be a claw structure. The second connection portions 1412a may each be a convex structure. The support section 131 may be provided with a first fixing hole 131a that is matched with the first connection portion 1411a, and the base 133 may be provided with a second fixing hole 133a that is matched with the second connection portion 1412 a. When the first connection portion 1411a is positioned at the first fixing hole 131a and the second connection portion 1412a is positioned at the second fixing hole 133a, the fixed connection of the first cover 141 and the connection hinge 130 can be achieved.
Specifically, the connection seat 1412 may be located below the base 133. Referring to the directions shown in fig. 7 and 8, when the second connection portion 1412a is located at the second fixing hole 133a, the two are not easily relatively displaced on the surface parallel to the base 133.
In some possible implementations, referring to fig. 7 and 8, one of the connection base 1412 and the base 133 according to the embodiment of the present application may be provided with a limiting portion 1412b. The other of the connection seat 1412 and the base 133 may be provided with a guide portion 133b that is matched with the stopper portion 1412b.
In the process of installing the first cover 141 on the connection hinge 130 according to the embodiment of the present application, the guide portion 133b may be used to guide the first cover 141 to the connection hinge 130 so that the first connection portion 1411a is matched with the first fixing hole 131a and the second connection portion 1412a is matched with the second fixing hole 133a, thereby achieving the fixed connection of the first cover 141 and the connection hinge 130.
Specifically, the first cover 141 may be mounted to the connection hinge 130 in the first direction X. The limiting portion 1412b may protrude from a surface of the connecting seat 1412. The guide portion 133b may be a chute having an opening in the first direction X. The stopper 1412b is slidable in the first direction X within the chute. When the limiting portion 1412b slides to the end of the chute, the first connecting portion 1411a may be located in the first fixing hole 131a, and the second connecting portion 1412a may be located in the second fixing hole 133 a.
In some examples, referring to the direction shown in fig. 7, the stopper 1412b may have a groove along its circumferential direction. The groove of the limiting portion 1412b and the guiding portion 133b may be engaged with each other, at this time, the limiting portion 1412b may protrude from the surface of the base 133, so that the connecting seat 1412 and the base 133 are not easy to move relatively in the vertical direction.
In some examples, the connection hinge 130 may include two support segments 131. The two support sections 131 may be spaced apart in the second direction, and the base 133 may connect the two support sections 131. Correspondingly, the first cover 141 may include two first shielding sheets 1411. The two first shielding sheets 1411 may be disposed at intervals along the second direction, and the connection seat 1412 may connect the two first shielding sheets 1411. One of the first shielding tabs 1411 may be used to shield a corresponding one of the support segments 131 and the other first shielding tab 1411 may be used to shield a corresponding other of the support segments 131. Wherein the second direction may be a width direction of the vehicle.
In some implementations, referring to fig. 3 and 4, the armrest cover 110 of an embodiment of the present application may include an outer cover plate 111 and an inner shield 112 coupled. The base 133 may be disposed on a side of the outer cover 111 facing the inner shield 112. The inner shield 112 may shield the base 133.
