In a first aspect, an embodiment of the application provides a limiting device for maintaining a gap between a decorating part and a display screen of a vehicle, wherein the display screen comprises a frame body and the screen, the limiting device comprises a connecting seat, a first limiting part and a first limiting part, the first limiting part is arranged on the connecting seat, one side of the first limiting part is provided with a first limiting surface which is in butt joint with an end face of the frame body, the other side of the first limiting part is provided with a second limiting surface which is in butt joint with an inner side wall face of the decorating part, and the decorating part is suitable for forming clearance fit with the screen through the first limiting part.
The display screen has the beneficial effects that the first limiting surface and the second limiting surface are respectively arranged on the first limiting part, after the display screen is installed, the first limiting part can be directly installed near the position where the display screen is matched with the decorating part through the connecting structure of the connecting seat, the decorating part is in butt joint with the first limiting part through the second limiting surface while being installed, the first limiting part is in butt joint with the frame body of the display screen through the first limiting surface at the same time, after the decorating part is installed, the decorating part is in butt joint with the frame body through the first limiting part and then keeps a certain distance with the screen, the positions of the decorating part and the frame body are relatively fixed, and the positions of the decorating part and the screen are relatively fixed due to the fact that the positions of the frame body and the screen are relatively fixed, so that a preset gap can be stably kept between the decorating part and the screen, and the problem of poor matching reliability of the existing instrument board decorating part and the display screen is effectively solved.
In one possible implementation of the application, the number of first limiting elements is a plurality, and each first limiting element is distributed along the extending direction of the decoration piece.
The limiting device has the beneficial effects that the plurality of first limiting parts play a limiting role at the same time, so that the stress of a single first limiting part can be effectively reduced, the single first limiting part is prevented from being excessively stressed and being easy to fail, and the limiting reliability of the limiting device is improved.
In one possible implementation manner of the application, the automobile seat further comprises a second limiting piece, wherein the decorating piece and the display screen are arranged on an instrument panel of the automobile, the second limiting piece is arranged on the connecting seat, and the second limiting piece is provided with a third limiting surface matched with the matching surface of the instrument panel.
The beneficial effects are that after the third limiting surface is in butt fit with the instrument board, the second limiting surface can be formed on the basis of limiting the first limiting surface and the second limiting surface, so that the limiting device is in butt fit with the decoration, the frame body and the instrument board at the same time, and the accuracy of the fit position can be further ensured.
In one possible implementation manner of the application, at least two second limiting pieces are provided, and each second limiting piece is symmetrically distributed on two sides of the connecting seat, and/or the extending direction of the second limiting piece is perpendicular to the extending direction of the first limiting piece.
The beneficial effects are that the structure is simple and reliable, and the processing and the manufacturing are convenient.
In one possible implementation manner of the application, the connecting seat comprises a seat body and a connecting structure, wherein one end of the seat body forms a connecting end, the other end of the seat body forms a bearing end, the first limiting part is arranged at the bearing end, and the connecting structure is a clamping part arranged at the connecting end and is used for being clamped with an instrument board and/or a frame body of a vehicle.
The connecting seat can be directly connected with the preset position in a clamping manner, and the assembling mode is simple and rapid.
In one possible implementation of the present application, the clamping member is an elastic member.
The clamping piece has the beneficial effects that the clamping piece in the form has elasticity, after the connecting seat is assembled, the connecting seat can be detached by extruding the clamping piece, the clamping piece cannot be directly damaged at the moment, the clamping piece can be used again, and the disassembly and assembly flexibility is improved.
In a second aspect, the embodiment of the application provides an instrument board assembly structure, which comprises an instrument board, a display screen, at least one limiting device and a decoration piece, wherein the instrument board is provided with an installation position, the display screen is arranged at the installation position and comprises a screen and a frame body, the screen is connected with the instrument board through the frame body, the decoration piece is connected with the instrument board and is in abutting fit with the frame body through the limiting device, and the edge of the decoration piece is in clearance fit with the screen.
The instrument board assembling structure has the beneficial effects that the instrument board assembling structure can ensure reliable and consistent intervals among corresponding parts, improves the structural reliability and also improves the appearance effect after the structure is assembled.
In one possible embodiment of the application, the instrument panel has a first connection opening, with which the limiting device is connected by its connection structure.
The instrument board has the beneficial effects that the instrument board in the form can be effectively adapted to a display screen inconvenient for setting a connection port, and the limiting device can be directly mounted to the instrument board through the connection structure.
In one possible implementation of the application, the frame body of the display screen has a second connection opening, and the limiting device is connected with the second connection opening through a connection structure thereof.
The frame body in the form can be directly connected with the connecting structure of the limiting device, a connecting port is not required to be arranged on the instrument board, and the structure is simple and reliable.
In a third aspect, an embodiment of the present application provides a vehicle, which includes the above-described stopper device, or the above-described instrument panel assembly structure.

According to an embodiment of the present utility model, in one aspect, there is provided a limiting device for maintaining a gap between a trim 5 and a display screen 4 of a vehicle, the display screen 4 including a frame 402 and a screen 401, the limiting device including a connection base 1 and a first limiting member 2, the first limiting member 2 being provided to the connection base 1, one side of the first limiting member 2 having a first limiting surface 201 abutting an end surface of the frame 402, the other side of the first limiting member 2 having a second limiting surface 202 abutting an inner side wall surface of the trim 5, the trim 5 being adapted to form a clearance fit with the screen 401 through the first limiting member 2.
After the first limiting part 2 is respectively provided with the first limiting surface 201 and the second limiting surface 202, the display screen 4 is installed, the first limiting part 2 can be directly installed near the position where the display screen 4 is matched with the decoration 5 through the connecting structure of the connecting seat 1, the decoration 5 is installed and is matched with the first limiting part 2 in an abutting mode through the second limiting surface 202, the first limiting part 2 is matched with the frame 402 of the display screen 4 in an abutting mode through the first limiting surface 201, after the decoration 5 is installed, the decoration 5 is matched with the frame 402 in an abutting mode, then a certain distance is kept between the decoration 5 and the frame 402, the position of the frame 402 is relatively fixed, and the position of the decoration 5 is relatively fixed with the position of the screen 401 due to the fact that the frame 402 is relatively fixed with the position of the screen 401, so that a preset gap can be stably kept between the decoration 5 and the screen 401, and the problem of poor matching reliability of the existing instrument board and the display screen is effectively solved.
In addition, the specific form of the connection structure is not limited, the connection structure can be a through hole, the connection structure is fixedly connected with the matching hole at the corresponding position through a fastening component such as a bolt, the connection structure can also be a fixing pin or a fixing card, and the connection structure is directly fixedly connected with the matching hole at the corresponding position.
For example, for some stop devices, the stop device may be integrated directly into the body 402 or the instrument panel 6, without requiring separate components for installation, simplifying assembly steps.
In addition, it should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present application, when the first limiting member 2 is manufactured, the positions and shapes of the first limiting surface 201 and the second limiting surface 202 can be flexibly adjusted according to the gap requirement, so that the effects of supporting the gap and adjusting the height can be achieved, and different gap requirements of the decoration 5 and the display screen 4 can be satisfied.
In some embodiments of the present application, the number of the first limiting members 2 is plural, each first limiting member 2 is distributed along the extending direction of the decoration member 5, and the plurality of first limiting members 2 simultaneously play a role in limiting, so that the stress of a single first limiting member 2 can be effectively reduced, the single first limiting member 2 is prevented from being excessively stressed and being easy to fail, and the limiting reliability of the limiting device is improved.
For example, as shown in fig. 1, the limiting device in this form is connected to the frame 402, the number of the first limiting members 2 is four, two first limiting members 2 are located at two sides of the connecting seat 1, two other first limiting members 2 are located at the lower side of the connecting seat 1, the extending direction of the first limiting members 2 located at two sides of the connecting seat 1 is perpendicular to the extending direction of the two first limiting members 2 located at the lower side of the connecting seat 1, and the four first limiting members 2 are disposed along the extending direction of the decoration piece 5 at intervals.
It should be noted that the structure shown in fig. 1 is only a schematic illustration of one of the structural forms of the limiting device, and the number of the first limiting members 2 may be two, three, five or more, and may be selected according to the needs.
In addition, as shown in fig. 1, a protruding reinforcing rib is further disposed between two first limiting members 2 with different extending directions on the same side, the reinforcing rib can improve the strength of the whole structure, the number and the setting positions of the reinforcing ribs can be flexibly selected according to the structure, and redundant description is omitted here.
In some embodiments of the present application, the connecting seat 1 includes a seat body 101 and a connecting structure, wherein one end of the seat body 101 forms a connecting end 1011 and the other end forms a bearing end 1012, the first limiting member 2 is disposed on the bearing end 1012, and the connecting structure is a clamping member 102 disposed on the connecting end 1011 and is used for forming a clamping connection with the dashboard 6 and/or the frame 402 of the vehicle. The connecting seat 1 can be directly connected with the preset position in a clamping manner, and the assembly mode is simple and quick.
Note that, the connection position of the connection structure of the connection base 1 is not particularly limited, and the connection structure may be connected to the frame 402, or may be connected to the instrument panel 6 to which the decorative member 5 and the display screen 4 are attached, or may be connected to both the frame 402 and the instrument panel 6.
In some embodiments of the present application, the clamping member 102 is an elastic member, and after the connecting seat 1 is assembled, the connecting seat 1 can be disassembled by pressing the clamping member 102, so that the clamping member 102 is not damaged directly, and can be reused, thereby improving the flexibility of disassembly.
Next, a second embodiment of the present utility model will be described with reference to fig. 5 to 9.
The difference between the second embodiment and the first embodiment is that whether the limiting device is provided with the second limiting member 3 or not, in some embodiments of the present application, the limiting device further comprises the second limiting member 3, the decoration 5 and the display screen 4 are both arranged on the dashboard 6 of the vehicle, the second limiting member 3 is arranged on the connecting seat 1, and the second limiting member 3 has a third limiting surface 301 matched with the matching surface of the dashboard 6. After the third limiting surface 301 is in butt fit with the instrument panel 6, a secondary limiting can be formed on the basis that the first limiting surface 201 and the second limiting surface 202 form limiting, so that the limiting device is in butt fit with the decorating part 5, the frame 402 and the instrument panel 6 at the same time, and the accuracy of the matching position can be further ensured.
In some embodiments of the present application, at least two second limiting members 3 are provided, and each second limiting member 3 is symmetrically distributed on two sides of the connection seat 1, and/or the extending direction of the second limiting member 3 is perpendicular to the extending direction of the first limiting member 2, which is simple and reliable in structural form and convenient for processing and manufacturing.
As shown in fig. 5, the limiting device in this form is connected to the instrument panel 6, the number of the first limiting members 2 is two and the first limiting members are spaced apart from one side of the connecting seat 1, and the number of the second limiting members 3 is two and the second limiting members are positioned on two sides of the connecting seat 1 along the arrangement direction of the first limiting members 2.
As shown in fig. 7 to 9, after the limiting device is connected to the instrument panel 6, the third limiting surface 301 is in abutting engagement with the instrument panel 6, and meanwhile, the first limiting surface 201 is in abutting engagement with the frame 402 of the display screen 4, so that the limiting device is double-positioned.
According to an embodiment of the present utility model, on the other hand, there is also provided an instrument panel assembly structure, which includes an instrument panel 6, a display screen 4, at least one of the above-mentioned limiting devices, and a decoration 5, wherein the instrument panel 6 has an installation position, the display screen 4 is disposed at the installation position, the display screen 4 includes a screen 401 and a frame 402, the screen 401 is connected with the instrument panel 6 through the frame 402, the decoration 5 is connected with the instrument panel 6, the decoration 5 is in abutting fit with the frame 402 through the limiting device, and an edge of the decoration 5 is in clearance fit with the screen 401.
The instrument board assembly structure in the form can ensure that the corresponding parts have reliable and consistent intervals, and improves the structural reliability and the appearance effect after the structure assembly.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2, 6 and 10, a fixing structure 4022 is provided on a frame 402 of the display panel 4, through which fastening members such as screws are inserted, and the display panel 4 is connected to the instrument panel 6 by the fastening members such as screws.
In some embodiments of the present application, the instrument panel 6 has a first connection port 601, and the limiting device is connected to the first connection port 601 through a connection structure thereof, and the instrument panel 6 in this form can be effectively adapted to the display screen 4 inconvenient for providing the connection port, and the limiting device can be directly mounted to the instrument panel 6 through a connection structure thereof.
As shown in fig. 10, for example, the structure of the instrument panel 6 of the present embodiment corresponds to the structure of fig. 5 to 9, in which the frame 402 of the display screen 4 surrounds the edge of the screen 401 and forms a frame, and the display screen 4 of this form is inconvenient to provide a connection port for cooperation with the connection structure of the limiting device, and can promote the convenience of assembly.
In some embodiments of the present application, the frame 402 of the display screen 4 has the second connection port 4021, the limiting device is connected with the second connection port 4021 through a connection structure thereof, and the frame 402 in this form can be directly connected with the connection structure of the limiting device, so that no connection port is required to be opened on the instrument panel 6, and the structure is simple and reliable.
The structure of the frame 402 of the display screen 4 of this embodiment corresponds to the structure shown in fig. 1 to 4, in which the frame 402 of the display screen 4 does not surround the edge of the screen 401 to form a borderless structure, and the frame 402 of the display screen 4 in this form is convenient for providing a connection port for matching with the connection structure of the limiting device, so that the convenience of assembly can be improved.
Note that, the second connection port 4021 may be provided on the frame 402 of the display screen 4 with a frame, and is not limited to the display screen 4 without a frame.
According to still another aspect of the present utility model, there is also provided a vehicle including the above-described restraining device, or the above-described instrument panel assembly structure.
