The air conditioner can further comprise a panel, wherein a panel air return opening and a panel air outlet are formed in the panel, the second air outlet is communicated with the panel air outlet, and cold air after heat exchange with the evaporator in the refrigeration shell is blown out from the air outlet, the second air outlet and the panel air outlet into a kitchen environment in sequence. The panel can shield the refrigerating device and the radiating device so as to improve the decorative effect of the air conditioner. Fig. 1 to 6 show a preferred embodiment of the refrigerating range hood of the present utility model. The refrigeration range hood comprises a range hood device, a refrigeration device and a heat dissipation device 3. The fume exhaust device comprises a blower system 15, a fume collecting hood 1 and a shell 16 connected to the top of the fume collecting hood 1, wherein the blower system 15 is arranged in the shell 16, the blower system 15 is generally a centrifugal blower for exhausting fume, and the sucked fume can be exhausted from a fume outlet 14 at the top. The fume collecting hood 1 is provided with a fume inlet 13, for example, the fume collecting hood 1 of a conventional top-suction type fume extractor is provided with the fume inlet 13 at the bottom, and the fume collecting hood 1 of a near-suction type fume extractor is provided with the fume inlet 13 at the front side wall. The smoke collecting hood 1 of the refrigeration range hood of the embodiment adopts a smoke collecting hood structure similar to that of a near-suction range hood, and is specifically described below.
The refrigerating device and the radiating device form an air conditioner internal unit device for realizing the refrigerating function of the refrigerating range hood. The refrigerating device comprises a refrigerating module 17, the refrigerating module 17 can be positioned on the right (left) side of the refrigerating range hood, and generally comprises a compressor, a condenser and an evaporator, wherein the compressor, the condenser and the evaporator are communicated through refrigerant pipelines, and the working principle of the refrigerating module is the same as that of the existing air conditioner and is not repeated here. The refrigeration device has a cool air outlet passage 18, and the evaporator is typically disposed in the cool air outlet passage 18. The heat dissipating device 3 is typically a heat dissipating fan, which is located at the top of the refrigerating range hood, and is used for dissipating heat emitted by the condenser.
The bottom of the fume collecting hood 1 is also provided with an oil cup 4 which extends left and right and is used for containing oil which drips from the fume collecting hood 1.
The front side wall of the hood 1 of the range hood device comprises a vertically extending vertical wall 11 and an inclined wall 12 extending obliquely rearward and downward from the bottom of the vertical wall 11. The vertical wall 11 has a relatively short vertical dimension, and is provided with a range hood control key operation area 114 for controlling functions of the range hood by a user, wherein the range hood control key operation area 114 can be a touch key area or a mechanical key area. The inclined wall 12 is relatively large in size and is provided with a flue gas inlet 13. In order to improve the smoke gathering effect and reduce the escape of the smoke, the smoke collecting hood 1 is further provided with a smoke baffle 19 which can rotate relative to the main body of the smoke collecting hood 1, and in general, the smoke baffle 19 is connected to the smoke collecting hood 1 through a hinge, extends along the left-right direction relative to the rotating axis of the smoke collecting hood 1, and can open and close the smoke inlet 13 in the rotating process. The rotation connection mechanism and the working process of the smoke baffle 19 are all of the prior art, and are not described herein.
The vertical wall 11 of the fume collecting hood 1 of the embodiment is also provided with a cold air outlet 112, and the cold air outlet 112 is communicated with the cold air outlet channel 18 of the refrigerating device in a direction and is used for discharging cold air into the air outlet. Considering that the height position of the vertical wall 11 of the fume collecting hood 1 (generally about 1.5 to 1.65m from the ground) is relatively suitable, the air is discharged forwards from the cold air outlet 112 at the height position, so that a user can directly feel the cold air effect during cooking operation, and the use experience of the user is improved.
In order to ensure that the cool air has a sufficient air outlet range in the left-right direction, the cool air outlet 112 on the vertical wall 11 of the fume collecting hood 1 of the present embodiment is a strip-shaped opening extending in the left-right direction, wherein the cool air outlet 112 is located above the control key operation area 114 of the fume extractor.
Referring to fig. 1, an air conditioning control switch button 114 is further disposed on the front side of the fume collecting hood 1 and located below the cold air outlet 1, and the air conditioning control switch button 114 is disposed adjacent to the operation area 114 of the control button of the fume exhauster. The air conditioner control switch button 114 is electrically connected with a control system of the range hood and is used for controlling the on/off of the air conditioner indoor unit.
The cold air outlet 112 of the fume collecting hood 1 is also provided with a wind shield 2 which can move relative to the main body of the fume collecting hood 1, and the wind shield 2 is a strip-shaped plate which extends leftwards and rightwards corresponding to the strip-shaped cold air outlet 112, and the wind shield 2 has an open state for opening the cold air outlet 112 and a closed state for shielding the cold air outlet 112 along with the change of the position of the wind shield 2 relative to the main body of the fume collecting hood 1. The wind deflector 2 has a left-right dimension greater than that of the cool air outlet 112, which is substantially identical to that of the hood 1.
The wind deflector 2 of the present embodiment is slidably provided on the main body of the hood 1 so as to be movable up and down with respect to the main body of the hood 1. In particular, fig. 5 shows the structure of the rear face of the wind deflector 2 of the present embodiment, the rear face of the wind deflector 2 is connected to the main body of the fume collecting hood 1 through a vertically extending slide rail assembly 20, thereby ensuring the stability of the upward and downward movement of the wind deflector 2,
The up-and-down movement of the wind deflector 2 is driven by a driving device, specifically, the driving device comprises a driving motor (not shown) and a gear rack transmission assembly, the gear rack transmission assembly comprises a transmission rack 22 vertically arranged on the back surface of the wind deflector 2 and a gear 23 meshed with the transmission rack 22, and the gear 23 is in transmission connection with an output shaft of the driving motor. When the driving motor rotates forward and backward, power is transmitted to the rack through the gear 23, so that the wind deflector 2 is driven to move upwards or downwards. Specifically, the cool air outlet 112 of the present embodiment is located above the display screen 111. The wind deflector 2 moves upward to open the cool air outlet 112, and moves downward to close the cool air outlet 112.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the front side of the fume collecting hood 1 is further provided with an air conditioner control key operation area 113 electrically connected with a control system of the range hood in a region adjacent to the cool air outlet 112, and specifically, as shown in fig. 2, the air conditioner control key operation area 113 is located at the right side of the cool air outlet 112. In the state that the wind shield 2 closes the cold air outlet 112, the wind shield 2 shields the front side of the air conditioner control key operation area 113 at the same time, so that the cold air outlet 112 and the air conditioner control key operation area 113 are invisible on the front side, and the overall attractiveness of the range hood is improved. When the refrigerating function of the refrigerating range hood is started, the wind shield 2 moves upwards under the drive of the driving device to open the cold air outlet 112, in this state, the wind shield 2 is positioned above the cold air outlet 112, and the air conditioner control key operation area 113 is also exposed, so that the air conditioner function can be conveniently adjusted by a user.
Referring to fig. 6, in order to limit the limit position of the up-and-down movement of the wind deflector 2, the rear face of the wind deflector 2, adjacent to its lower edge, is also provided with a rearwardly extending stop. In the process of upwards moving the wind deflector 2 to open the cold air outlet 112, the limiting column 21 can be in limiting fit with a corresponding limiting structure on the main body of the fume collecting hood 1 in the up-down direction, so that the wind deflector 2 is prevented from upwards moving excessively.
In order to achieve the purpose of automatically opening and closing the cold air outlet 112 along with the state of the range hood, the driving motor of the embodiment is electrically connected with the control system of the range hood, and the control system controls the driving device to drive the wind shield 2 to move so as to open or close the cold air outlet 112 according to the state signal of the range hood (for example, whether the range hood is in a cooking state or not, or a temperature signal lamp for identifying a kitchen environment temperature sensor is correspondingly arranged on the range hood).
In a state that the wind deflector 2 is in the cold air outlet 112 opening state, the front wall surface of the wind deflector 2 is flush with the front wall surface of the main body part of the vertical wall 11 of the fume collecting hood 1, so that the front side wall of the fume collecting hood 1 can be more coordinated, and the attractiveness is improved.
When the refrigerating function of the refrigerating range hood is not started, the wind shield 2 can shield the cold air outlet 112 on the fume collecting hood 1, so that the front side appearance of the fume collecting hood 1 is more coordinated and consistent, and the attractiveness is ensured. When the refrigerating function of the refrigerating range hood is started, the wind shield 2 can deviate from the cold air outlet 112 on the fume collecting hood 1, and the cold air outlet 112 is opened, because the cold air outlet 112 is arranged on the front side of the fume collecting hood 1, the height position (generally about 1.5 m-1.65 m from the ground) of the cold air outlet 112 is relatively suitable, and a user can directly feel the cold air effect during cooking operation, so that the use experience of the user is improved.
