In the process of moving and unloading the unloading chute 24, the dust-proof belt 3 always bypasses the unloading chute 24 through the upper carrier roller 31, the dust-proof belt 3 always covers the upper part of the storage bin 9 through the lower compression roller 32, and the dust cover 33 always covers between the unloading chute 24 and the storage bin 9, so that the condition of dust overflow is reduced.
