The housing 201 has an opening K, where the position of the opening K is opposite to the position of the light emitting unit 2031, and the light guide 204 is located in the opening K and fixedly connected to a sidewall of the opening K. The light emitted from the light emitting unit 2031 passes through the light guide 204 and exits. The light guide 204 is used for homogenizing or displaying patterns of the light emitted from the light emitting unit 2031.
Alternatively, the light guide 204 may be designed to have different transmittance according to the needs of different users, so that the effect of the light emitted from the light guide 204 is different. Or the light guide 204 may be designed to have different patterns according to the needs of different users, so that the light rays exiting from the light guide 204 exhibit a pattern-like effect.
In summary, the embodiment of the application provides a display device, which includes a lighting apparatus, and a light bar assembly in the lighting apparatus includes a light emitting unit, where the light emitting unit may be used to emit light. Therefore, the display device can emit light besides being used for displaying images, the flexibility of the display device is improved, and the display requirements of different users can be met. And, because the light device is independent of the display panel, the frame width of the display panel is not influenced, and the narrow-frame product is convenient to realize.
Referring to fig. 2, the light bar assembly 203 further includes a connection terminal 2032. The connection terminal 2032 may be connected to the light emitting unit 2031, and the connection terminal 2032 may be used to supply a signal from the drive system 30 to the light emitting unit 2031, thereby realizing light emission of the light emitting unit 2031.
Alternatively, the light bar assembly 203 may include a plurality of light emitting units 2031, and each light emitting unit 2031 of the plurality of light emitting units 2031 is capable of emitting a plurality of different colors of light. The display device that can be thus be capable of emitting light of a plurality of different colors, the display device 100 is more flexible.
Referring to fig. 3, the light guide 204 includes a first portion 2041 and a second portion 2042 which are integrally formed, wherein an orthographic projection of the second portion 2042 on the first portion 2041 is located in the first portion 2041, and the second portion 2042 is located in the opening K and fixedly connected with a side wall of the opening K. The fixed connection of the light guide 204 and the housing 201 is achieved by fixedly connecting the second portion 2042 with the side wall of the opening K.
Optionally, the width of the first portion 2041 is greater than the width of the opening K, and the first portion 2041 is located in the first accommodating space 201 a. Referring to fig. 1 and 3, the cross-section of the light guide 204 may have a T-shape. The light guide 204 may be a strip light guide. For example, the first portion 2041 and the second portion 2042 of the light guide 204 are each a strip-shaped portion.
The length of the first portion 2041 may refer to a dimension of the first portion 2041 along the extending direction of the light guide 204, and the width of the first portion 2041 may refer to a dimension of the first portion 2041 along a direction perpendicular to the extending direction of the light guide 204 and perpendicular to the non-display side of the display panel 10.
By making the width of the first portion 2041 of the light guide 204 greater than the width of the opening K, the light guide 204 can be prevented from falling off from the position of the opening K, so that the light emitted by the light emitting unit 2031 can be emitted after passing through the light guide 204. In addition, the light guide 204 may be engaged in the opening K and fixed by liquid glue.
In an embodiment of the present application, referring to fig. 2, the connection terminal 2032 includes a connection port (not shown in the drawings) corresponding to the light emitting unit 2031, and the light bar assembly 203 further includes a connection trace (not shown in the drawings) corresponding to the light emitting unit 2031 and a bar-shaped support 2033. One end of the connection trace is connected to the light emitting unit 2031, and the other end is connected to a corresponding connection port. The light emitting unit 2031 and the connection wiring are both located on one side of the support 2033, and the other side of the support 2033 is connected to the light bar fixing member 202.
Alternatively, in the case where the light bar assembly 203 includes a plurality of light emitting units 2031, the light bar assembly 203 may include a plurality of connection wirings corresponding to the plurality of light emitting units 2031, and one end of each connection wiring is connected to the corresponding light emitting unit 2031.
Alternatively, the light bar assembly 203 includes a plurality of light emitting unit groups Z disposed at intervals, each of the plurality of light emitting unit groups Z including a target number of light emitting units 2031. The light bar assembly 203 includes a multiple of the target number of light emitting units 2031. That is, in the case where the light bar assembly 203 includes a plurality of light emitting units 2031, the plurality of light emitting units 2031 may constitute a plurality of light emitting unit groups Z arranged at intervals. Wherein one light emitting unit group Z may be constituted by a target number of light emitting units 2031. The number of light emitting units 2031 included in the light bar assembly 203 (i.e., the number of light emitting units 2031 included in the plurality of light emitting unit groups Z) may be a multiple of the target number.
By way of example, assuming a target value of 6, each light unit group Z includes 6 light units 2031, and the light bar assembly 203 may include an integer multiple of 6 light units 2031. For example, it may be 10 times, and the light bar assembly 203 includes 60 light emitting units 2031. Of course, the target number may also be other integer values, such as 3,4,5,6,7,8, etc., and the specific value of the target number is not specifically limited in the embodiment of the present application.
Wherein, the orthographic projection of one side of the target light emitting unit group Z far from the connection terminal on the support 2033 is located in the support 2033, and the distance between the orthographic projection of one side of the target light emitting unit group Z far from the connection terminal on the support 2033 and the side wall of the support 2033 far from the connection terminal is smaller than the interval. The target light emitting unit group Z is one of the plurality of light emitting unit groups Z that is farthest from the connection terminal.
Alternatively, the light bar assembly 203 may be cut from a light bar web. The light bar coil may include a plurality of light emitting unit groups Z. In forming the light bar assembly 203, a cut may be made along the interval between two adjacent light emitting unit groups Z in the light bar web. The light bar assembly 203 thus obtained after cutting can be made to include a plurality of light emitting unit groups Z. The light bar assembly 203 may include fewer or equal numbers of light emitting unit groups Z than the light bar coil.
In an embodiment of the present application, referring to fig. 1, a housing 201 includes a first housing portion 2011, a second housing portion 2012, and a third housing portion 2013. The first housing portion 2011 is located on the non-display side of the display panel 10. Referring to fig. 4, the second housing portion 2012 includes a first sub-portion 20121, a second sub-portion 20122, and a third sub-portion 20123 of unitary construction. The first sub-portion 20121 is connected to a side of the first housing portion 2011 remote from the display panel 10, and the second sub-portion 20122 intersects the non-display side. The orthographic projection of the second sub-portion 20122 on the first housing portion 2011 is located at an edge region of the first housing portion 2011, the second sub-portion 20122 having an opening K. At least part of the orthographic projection of the third sub-portion 20123 onto the first housing portion 2011 is located outside the first housing portion 2011. The third housing part 2013 is connected to the first housing part 2011 and the second housing part 2012. That is, the case 201 may be an assembly having a receiving space formed by connecting a plurality of parts to each other.
The edge region of the first housing part 2011 may refer to a region of the first housing part 2011 near the edge. Alternatively, one of the edges of the edge region may be the bottom edge of the first housing part 2011.
Referring to fig. 5, the light bar fixture 202 is located on a side of the second housing portion 2012 remote from the display panel 10. The light bar fixture 202 includes a first fixture portion 2021, a second fixture portion 2022, and a third fixture portion 2023.
The first fixing portion 2021, the second fixing portion 2022, and the third fixing portion 2023 are connected in a zigzag shape. The first end of the first fixing portion 2021 is fixedly connected to the first sub-portion 20121, the second end of the first fixing portion 2021 is connected to the first end of the second fixing portion 2022, the second end of the second fixing portion 2022 is connected to the third fixing portion 2023, and the third fixing portion 2023 is fixedly connected to the third sub-portion 20123.
The second fixing portion 2022 and the second sub-portion 20122 have a gap therebetween, which constitutes a second accommodation space M. That is, the light bar fixture 202 and the light bar assembly 203 are both located between the second fixture portion 2022 and the second sub-portion 20122.
In the embodiment of the present application, since the opening K is designed to place the light guide 204, and the opening K is designed on the second sub-portion 20122 in the second housing portion 2012 of the housing 201, the device strength of the second sub-portion 20122 may be affected, which may affect the product yield. Thus, to avoid the opening K from having a large impact on the device strength of the second sub-portion 20122, the length of the opening K may be designed to be shorter.
Alternatively, the opening K may be a bar-shaped opening, and the length of the opening K in the target direction is less than 1/3 of the length of the housing 201 in the target direction. The target direction may be the extending direction of the opening K, or since the opening K is used to provide the light guide 204, the target direction may also be the extending direction of the light guide 204. In the embodiment shown in fig. 1, the light bar assembly 203 is adhered to the light bar fixing member 202 by glue, and both ends of the light bar fixing member 202 are fixedly connected to the housing 201 by screws, respectively. Illustratively, the light bar fixture 202 is fixedly coupled at both ends to the first and third sub-portions 20121, 20123, respectively, of the second housing portion 2012 of the housing 201. In addition, the second housing part 2012 of the housing 201 and the first housing part 2011 may be fixedly connected by screws.
In an embodiment of the present application, referring to fig. 6 and 7, the second housing portion 2012 further includes a fourth sub-portion 20124 and a fifth sub-portion 20125. Wherein the fourth subsection 20124 is positioned opposite the second subsection 20122 and the fourth subsection 20124 is connected to the first subsection 20121. The fifth subsection 20125 is positioned opposite the first subsection 20121 and the fifth subsection 20125 is connected to the third subsection 20123 and the third subsection 20123. The first sub-portion 20121, the second sub-portion 20122, the fifth sub-portion 20125, and the fourth sub-portion 20124 constitute a third accommodation space 2012a.
Since the second housing part 2012 constitutes the third accommodation space 2012a, in order to enable the connection of the second housing part 2012 with the first housing part 2011, a via 20125a needs to be provided on the fifth sub-part 20125. The via 20125a may be used for a connector to pass through, the connector connecting the first sub-portion 20121 and the first housing portion 2011 through the via 20125a.
Illustratively, the first housing portion 2011 and the first sub-portion 20121 of the second housing portion 2012 have connection holes. When the second housing part 2012 and the first housing part 2011 are mounted, the connection piece is passed through the via 20125a on the fifth sub-part 20125 and connected to the connection hole of the first housing part 2011 after passing through the connection hole on the first sub-part 20121, i.e. the connection of the first sub-part 20121 of the second housing part 2012 and the first housing part 2011 is achieved. That is, the via 20125a on the fifth sub-portion 20125 may facilitate clearance when the connector connects the first sub-portion 20121 and the first housing portion 2011.
Referring to fig. 6, the light bar fixture 202 is positioned in the third receiving space 2012 a. The light bar fixture 202 includes a first fixture portion 2021, a second fixture portion 2022, and a third fixture portion 2023. Referring to fig. 8, the first fixing portion 2021, the second fixing portion 2022, and the third fixing portion 2023 are connected in a U shape, a first end of the first fixing portion 2021 is fixedly connected to the first sub-portion 20121, a second end of the first fixing portion 2021 is connected to a first end of the second fixing portion 2022, and a second end of the second fixing portion 2022 is connected to the third fixing portion 2023.
Wherein a gap is provided between the second fixing portion 2022 and the second sub-portion 20122, and the gap between the second fixing portion 2022 and the second sub-portion 20122 constitutes a second accommodation space M. One end of the first fixing portion 2021 away from the second fixing portion 2022 is in contact with the light guide 204, and one end of the third fixing portion 2023 away from the second fixing portion 2022 is in contact with the light guide 204.
For example, the fourth sub-portion 20124 of the second housing portion 2012 may have a through hole 20124a thereon, and the fixing member passes through the through hole 20124a and abuts against one side of the second fixing portion 2022 of the light bar fixing member 202, so that the first fixing portion 2021 and the third fixing portion 2023 of the light bar fixing member 202 are in contact with the light guide member 204, thereby fixing the positions of the light bar fixing member 202 and the light guide member 204. That is, the first fixation portion 2021 and the first sub-portion 20121 of the light bar fixation member 202 may be fixed in position relative to each other, and the third fixation portion 2023 and the third sub-portion 20123 may be fixed in position relative to each other.
Since the opening K is designed to place the light guide 204, and the opening K is designed on the second sub-portion 20122 in the second housing portion 2012 of the housing 201, the device strength of the second sub-portion 20122 may be affected, which may affect the product yield. Further, since the second housing portion 2012 of the housing 201 in the solution of the embodiment of the present application can improve the device strength of the second housing portion 2012 by designing the fourth sub-portion 20124 and the fifth sub-portion 20125, the strength effect of the opening K design on the second housing portion 2012 can be reduced.
Thus, the length of the opening K in the target direction may be greater than or equal to 1/3 of the length of the housing 201 in the target direction. The target direction may be the extending direction of the opening K or the extending direction of the light guide 204. In addition, the length of the light guide 204 is less than or equal to the length of the opening K, so that the second portion 2042 of the light guide 204 can be disposed in the opening K. Of course, in the embodiment shown in fig. 6, the length of the opening K along the target direction may also be smaller than the length of the housing 201 along the target direction, which is not limited by the embodiment of the present application.
It should be noted that, since the first sub-portion 20121, the second sub-portion 20122, the fourth sub-portion 20124 and the fifth sub-portion 20125 of the second housing portion 2012 of the housing 201 form a closed third receiving space 2012a, the light bar fixture 202 and the light bar assembly 203 may be inserted from a side of the third receiving space 2012a when the light bar fixture 202 and the light bar assembly 203 are assembled to the third receiving space 2012 a.
For example, the first sub-portion 20121 and the first housing portion 2011 are connected after the connecting member (which may be a screw) passes through the through hole 20125a on the fifth sub-portion 20125 of the second housing portion 2012, and then the light guide 204 is inserted from the side of the third accommodating space 2012a, and the second portion 2042 of the light guide 204 is placed in the opening K of the second sub-portion 20122. The light bar fixture 202 is then pressed against the light guide 204 after the light bar fixture 202 and the light bar assembly 203 are inserted from the side of the third receiving space 2012a, through the fixture (which may be a screw) through the via 20125a in the fourth sub-portion 20124 of the second housing portion 2012.
In an embodiment of the present application, it can be seen from fig. 1 and 6 that the cross-section of the second housing portion 2012 is identical everywhere (i.e. of equal cross-section). The second housing portion 2012 may be prepared using a mold. Alternatively, the second housing portion 2012 shown in fig. 6 may be prepared using a mold, and if it is desired to obtain the second housing portion 2012 shown in fig. 1, the fourth and fifth sub-portions 20124 and 20125 may be cut directly by cutting. Thus, two different molds may not be required to separately prepare the two second housing portions 2012, thereby allowing different solutions to be implemented at less expense and low cost compatibility.
