The application provides a cabinet body, which is used for skillfully solving the multiple problems of rainwater prevention, wind sand prevention, mosquito prevention and ventilation and heat dissipation which are difficult to be compatible with the traditional products in severe environments such as desert gobi and the like, and the wind sand can be automatically discharged out of the cabinet body by means of the shape of the sand prevention piece which corresponds to each ventilation hole group, and the remarkable rainwater prevention, wind sand prevention and mosquito prevention effects are realized by means of the waterproof cover and the insect prevention net, so that the invasion of sand dust, rainwater and mosquito can be almost completely prevented.

As shown in fig. 4, the cabinet body disclosed in the embodiment of the application comprises side wall boards 100 which are side walls of the cabinet body, wherein one or more side wall boards 100 are provided with a plurality of groups of air holes 101 which are arranged along a second direction (Y direction in fig. 4), each group of air holes 101 comprises a plurality of air holes which are arranged at intervals along a first direction (X direction in fig. 4), each group of air holes 101 comprises a plurality of air holes, the air holes penetrate through the side wall boards 100 and are used for communicating the interior and the exterior of the cabinet body at the side wall boards 100, so that ventilation effect is realized, hot air in the cabinet body and cold air outside can alternately flow, the heat dissipation function of the cabinet body is realized, the air holes 101 are arranged in a plurality of ways, the side wall boards 100 are distributed with a plurality of air holes, the heat dissipation effect of the cabinet body is guaranteed, one side wall boards 100 facing the interior of the cabinet body are provided with a plurality of sand prevention pieces which extend along the first direction, the sand prevention pieces are arranged at intervals along the second direction, the sand prevention pieces correspond to the air holes 101, and the sand prevention pieces are used for blocking the sand prevention pieces from entering the interior of the cabinet body, and each sand prevention piece corresponds to the air holes 101.

Specifically, when the cabinet works, after the air with sand and dust outside the cabinet enters the sand prevention area from the air holes, the air can firstly contact with the first sand prevention strip 201, the second sand prevention strip 202 or the third sand prevention strip 203 in the sand prevention area to rebound to change the direction, and then flows at the ventilation gaps which can circulate after the direction is changed for a plurality of times

Further, as shown in fig. 1, in order to prevent insects from entering the inside of the cabinet body to affect each electrical component, an insect-proof net 302 is further provided between the two supporting strips 301, and the insect-proof net 302 is located at one side of the sand-proof piece away from the side wall plate 100, the insect-proof net 302 is used for isolating the insects, after the insects enter the inside of the side wall plate 100 through the ventilation holes and pass through the ventilation gaps between the first sand-proof strip 201 and the side wall plate 100, the insects are blocked by the insect-proof net 302 and cannot move to the inside of the cabinet body, so that the insects cannot contact with the electrical components in the cabinet body, the insect-proof function is realized, meanwhile, when air enters the inside of the cabinet body, some light sand may remain in the air, and the insect-proof net 302 can filter out some sand, further enhancing the sand-proof effect of the cabinet body, and because of the small amount of sand, frequent cleaning of the insect-proof net 302 is not needed, and the ventilation effect at the insect-proof net 302 can be ensured, only when the electrical equipment is required to be cleaned in daily maintenance

Further, as shown in fig. 1, in order to facilitate the cleaning and maintenance of the insect-proof net 302, the insect-proof net 302 is slidably disposed between two supporting strips 301, and a supporting frame 303 for supporting the insect-proof net 302 is sleeved around the insect-proof net 302;
meanwhile, in order to bear the insect-preventing net 302, the insect-preventing net 302 is ensured to be erected between two supporting strips 301, and a pocket plate 304 is arranged on one side of the supporting strips away from the side wall plate, so that the supporting strips 301 and the pocket plate 304 can form a sliding groove for sliding a supporting frame 303 for lifting the insect-preventing net 302.

Further, as shown in fig. 2, in order to support and limit the positions of the support frame 303 and the insect-proof net 302, a support sheet 305 for supporting the support frame 303 is provided at the lower end of the pocket plate 304, and when the support frame 303 slides to contact with the support sheet 305 and is supported by the support sheet 305, the position of the insect-proof net 302 is just aligned with each of the air-ventilation sand-proof pieces, thereby ensuring the isolation effect of the insect-proof net 302.
Further, in order to facilitate cleaning of the sand control area formed by the first sand control strip 201, the second sand control strip 202 and the third sand control strip 203 of the sand control piece during maintenance and cleaning, sand is prevented from accumulating at the position of the non-ventilation hole in the sand control area, and the supporting strip 301 is connected with the side wall plate 100 of the cabinet body through the bolts 306, so that the supporting strip 301 can be detached;

As shown in fig. 3 and 4, further, in order to prevent rainwater from entering the ventilation holes, the cabinet side wall plate 100 is provided with a waterproof cover 102 at each position of the ventilation holes, and the waterproof cover 102 is disposed at one side of the cabinet side wall plate 100 away from the sand prevention member, and the waterproof cover 102 covers the ventilation holes, so that when raining, rainwater falls onto the waterproof cover 102 without falling directly into the ventilation holes.
Further, in order to prevent rainwater from flowing into the ventilation holes, the waterproof cover 102 is provided in an arc shape, and the waterproof cover 102 extends downward to guide rainwater to flow downward and leave the ventilation holes, thereby ensuring the rainwater-proof effect.
Aiming at severe environments such as desert gobi and the like, the application skillfully solves the multiple problems of rainwater prevention, wind sand prevention, mosquito prevention and ventilation and heat dissipation which are difficult to be compatible with the traditional products, the wind sand can be automatically discharged out of the cabinet body by arranging the sand prevention piece corresponding to each air hole group and carefully designing the shape of the sand prevention piece, the remarkable rainwater prevention, wind sand prevention and mosquito prevention effects are realized by arranging the waterproof cover 102 and the insect prevention net 302, the invasion of sand dust, rainwater and mosquito can be almost completely prevented, the design innovation not only fully protects the safe and stable operation of electrical equipment in the cabinet body, effectively prolongs the service life, and greatly reduces the complexity and inconvenience of manually cleaning the interior of the cabinet body.
