The air return louver 1 is provided with a fixing component 3 for fixing the air return louver 1 at the ventilation opening 21.
The vent 21 is fixedly connected with two mounting frames 22, the mounting frames 22 are arranged along the edge of the vent 21, and the mounting frames 22 correspond to the air return louvers 1 one by one. The air return shutter 1 is arranged in the mounting frame 22, two sliding grooves 11 are formed in the air return shutter 1, the sliding grooves 11 are respectively arranged on two sides of the air return shutter 1, and the sliding grooves 11 are communicated with the end faces of the air return shutter 1.
Referring to fig. 3, 4 and 5, the fixing assembly 3 includes a plugging rod 31 slidably connected in the chute 11, a dial block 32 is fixedly connected to the plugging rod 31, the dial block 32 is disposed outside the chute 11, and a plugging slot 221 for plugging the plugging rod 31 is formed in the mounting frame 22, and the plugging slots 221 are in one-to-one correspondence with the plugging rods 31. An elastic piece 33 for keeping the inserting connection rod 31 inserted in the inserting groove 221 is arranged in the air return shutter 1.
In the present embodiment, the elastic member 33 is provided as a spring fixedly connected between the insertion rod 31 and the bottom of the chute 11, and the insertion rod 31 is kept in a state of being abutted in the insertion groove 221 under abutment of the spring.
By pulling the pulling block 32, the spring can be compressed, and the inserting rod 31 is separated from the inserting groove 221, so that the fixing of the air return shutter 1 on the mounting frame 22 is canceled.
The vent 21 is internally provided with a filter assembly 4 for filtering air, the filter assembly 4 comprises two filter plates 41, the two filter plates 41 are respectively and fixedly connected to the two return air louvers 1, and the two filter plates 41 are arranged between the two return air louvers 1.
Whereby air flowing through the return air louvers 1 can be purified by the filter sheet 41 from the air flowing through the vent 21.
The cleaning groove 23 is formed in the bottom of the ventilation opening 21, the cleaning groove 23 is formed in the width direction of the house body 2, the dust hopper 6 is placed in the cleaning groove 23, and the dust hopper 6 is formed in the opening direction of the cleaning groove 23.
The dust blocked by the filter plate 41 may mostly fall in the dust hopper 6 and the dust settled in the cleaning tank 23 may be collected intensively by the dust hopper 6 in the cleaning tank 23.
Referring to fig. 1 and 6, a plurality of blower filter units 5 are installed at the upper end of the house body 2, and the blower filter units 5 are communicated with the inside of the house body 2. The upper portion of the fan filter unit 5 is provided with a protection net cover 7, the protection net cover 7 is arranged into a cuboid shape, the fan filter unit 5 is arranged in the protection net cover 7, and the protection net cover 7 is provided with a positioning assembly 8 for fixing the protection net cover 7 on the upper portion of the house body 2.
The positioning assembly 8 comprises four locking bolts 81 which are in threaded connection with the bottom of the protection net cover 7, the four locking bolts 81 are respectively positioned at four corners of the protection net cover 7, and the rod parts of the locking bolts 81 penetrate through the protection net cover 7 and are in threaded connection with the top of the house body 2.
Therefore, the locking bolt 81 can be rotated, the rod part of the locking bolt 81 is separated from the house body 2, and the protection net cover 7 is detached from the upper part of the house body 2.
The embodiment of the application has the implementation principle that the inside of the house body 2 can be ventilated and cleaned from top to bottom through a plurality of fan filter units 5, and then air flow is discharged out of the house body 2 through the lower return air louver 1, so that the air purification circulation in the house body 2 is completed.
