Abstract
一种适用于腹部外科手术的“胆、肠内引流三通管”，能将胆汁从胆道直接引入肠道，代替了通常将胆汁从体内引出体外的“T”形胆道引流管。同时，通过内导管既可做胆道造影，又能滴入要素饮食。这样不但可以方便病人，有利于病人手术后的身体恢复。而且对难以切除的胰头癌、胆管癌患者可替代内引流手术，改善症状，延长生命。
Description
本发明属于腹部外科手术器械。
在本发明以前，胆囊、胆道疾病和胰腺癌、胆管癌手术、通常需要切开胆道探查，然后放入一根“T”引流管，见图1，该“T”形引流管由“胆道管”a和“体外管”b所组成，两者互相垂直。施行手术时，将“胆道管”放入胆道，“体外管”引出体外，接上一个瓶子胆汁从胆道通过“T”形引流管流入瓶中。这样，病人既要损失大量胆汁，行动又不方便。对于难以切除的胰头癌、胆管癌病人则要施行内引流手术，对病人损伤大。
从“T”引流管的“体外管”管壁上引出一根与之相通且垂直于“T”型平面的导管，见图2中C所示，和“T”引流管组成“胆、肠内引流三通管，见图2。
“胆、肠内引流三通管”，它的一端，即“T”形引流管的“胆道管”放入胆道，叫“胆管端”，见图2中a所示；另一端，即“T”形引流管的“体外管”放入肠道，叫“肠管端”，见图2中b所示；剩下的一端引出体外，叫“腹壁端”，见图2中C所示，平时夹闭，用时开放，“胆、肠内引流三通管”含有内导管，见图2中d所示。通过内导管，既可以做胆道造影，又可以向肠内滴入要素饮食。使用“胆、肠内引流三通管”后，胆汁可以直接从胆道流入肠道，病人胆汁不会流失，更不要挂瓶子，特别是对于胰头癌、胆管癌患者可以替代内引流手术，达到改善症状，减轻黄疸，延长生命的目的。
Claims (2)
1、一种用于腹部外科手术的“胆、肠内引流三通管”、包括互相垂直成“T”型的“胆道管”a和“体外管”b.其特征在于在“T”型的“体外管”上垂直于“T”型平面连接一根管C、a、b、c三管内相通。
2、按照权利要求1所述的“胆、肠内引流三通管”，其特征是含有内导管。
