Description
The invention relates to a process for the economical and gentle sanitation and germ inhibition of materials and organic products used in the production of active substances, in the sanitation of foods or in waste water / waste products or industrial materials or in the germination of plant products or in the the killing of animal systems can be used.
Fields of application of the invention are the biotechnological and pharmaceutical industries, municipal hygiene, the food industry, agriculture and forestry, as well as companies that produce synthesis products.
The Hygierisierung or sterilization by ionizing radiation has been described versatile (DD-WP 142058, DD-WP153892, DD-WP 242636). Despite the many advantages that the radiation application brings in the aforementioned patent examples, the necessary radiation dose in a reasonable time unit is still very high and thus this way of industrial use too expensive, so that an introduction or application of radiation methods currently only some technologies can be realized.
It is the object of the invention to achieve an economical and gentle sanitation or sterilization or germination inhibition multivalent in the most diverse materials and products or in many areas of application.
The invention has for its object to develop a method to sanitize or sterilize with ionizing radiation at low to very low radiation doses, such as enzymes or antigen preparations, while preserving the specific activity, in the sterilization / germ reduction of food Inactivate corresponding foreign germs while largely preserving the nutritional value and the organoleptic properties to meet in the sanitation of wastewater / Abprodukten multivalent all germ groups or in other industrial application, for example in the form of clogged abrasives or films to inactivate the existing or developing germs or to inhibit their reproductive capacity.
According to the invention the object is achieved in that before or directly in the vOrstufe or the later main stage for radiation-chemical reactions under the influence of ionizing radiation added chemical compounds having biocidal / biostatic effect or produced by going in the process in front of chemical reactions, namely based on the chemical compounds or the effective element in concentrations below 150 g / kg or g / l and in chemical reactions below the Na> hweisgrenze.
Surprisingly, it has been found that the radiation doses thereby reduced to 5% to 95% of the otherwise required dose for inactivation / sterilization / Auskeimungshemmi.'ngen and thus the possible toxicological concerns in the range of 1OkGy from both the radiation and the respective chemicals can be eliminated.
Parainfluenza viruses of type 3 are propagated on permanent monkey kidney cells. The virus-containing supernatant of the cell culture is mixed with a zwittarionic detergent (0.025% Empig '; i bl · Endki.n * eniration) k-jrz before irradiation. By gamma rays (cobalt-60: 2,5kGyk) the viruses are inactivated. The haagagg! Jtinalions Tito; (with 0.5% guinea pig erythrocytes), which before the irradiation is 1:32, remains unchanged.

120%.The enzyme activities after irradiation are in the range of 100 bir. 120%.
Non-sterile and not surface-treated «! Scopyrol microplates are briefly fumigated with HCHO and immediately packed in polyethylene bags. The packaged test plates are exposed to cobalt 60 gamma rays (3 kGy). This sterility is achieved. At the same time, the binding capacity for antigens, antibodies and other reagents on the plates is increased.
Candida utiüs (feed yeast), bred on molasses basis (sugar beet) and present in thick pulpy form, has been due to unfavorable breeding or environmental conditions with 3 · 10 6 Salmonella a germs / ml - detectable-infected in culture media as living germs. The product is dickbreiige inch argen as follows irradiated (max 20 0 C.): ELT-1,55kGy: 1.3 x Salrnonel a nuclei / ml 4kGy (5 hours before the addition of 0.5 g of sulfur dioxide / l): Salmonella Germs are no longer detectable.
Goldbroiler (Hähnchen) — mit Salmonelia-Keimen kontaminiert— werden in einer Lösung (0,25g Benzoesäure/I) getaucht, anschließend sofort in Polyethylen-Tüten eingeschweißt und mit 3kGy bestrahlt (Kobalt-60,120C).Broiler Gold (chicken) - are kontaminiert- with Salmonelia nuclei immersed in a solution (0.25 g of benzoic acid / I), then immediately sealed in polyethylene bags and with 3kGy irradiated (Cobalt 60.12 0 C).
Ergebnis: Keine lebenden Keime mehr nachweisbar.Result: No more living germs detectable.
Comparisons: control (without irradiation) and treated with 3kGy (without additive): live germs detectable.
(Kobalt-60):Sewage sludge with microbial flora (in concentrated form with> 10 9 germs / ml) is irradiated! (Cobalt-60):
8kGy: Keimzahlreduzierung um 10Vml 4kGy (+ 0,2% Chlorkalk kurz vorder Bestrahlung): Kein Keimwachstum.8kGy: Germ count reduction by 10Vml 4kGy (+ 0.2% chlorinated lime just before irradiation): No germ growth.
Germinating potato tubers are briefly sprayed (0.75 g sulfur dioxide / l). With this treatment, 10 to 12Gy is enough to prevent germination.
To pool water is added continuously chloramine (below 0.25% final concentration). Irradiation (cobalt-60: daowar output / h 3 to O, 5 kGy, initially higher, then declining) prevents germ multiplication. The same effect is achieved with other strongly under-dosed disinfectants.
Grinding and cooling emulsions (for example for the manufacture of machine parts) are added dropwise (cobalt 60: 1 to eqGy) and simultaneously HCHO (in a final concentration up to 1: 1000). This prevents germ multiplication.
Inactivation of Maui and Jaw Disease Viruses: A virus suspension is centrifuged at 10,000 g for about 25 min. The supernatant is recovered and treated with 1: 8000 HCHO. The irradiation takes place with 8 kGy (cobalt-60), whereby the viruses are inactivated. Further processing to an MKS adsorbate vaccine can be connected.

A mixture of Klebsiella pneumoniae, Haemophilus influenzae, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Escheyichia coli as well as a current strain of Streptococcus and a Diplococcus pneumoniae stamin will be equal to a concentration between 1-2 χ 10 a to 1-2 x 10 10 germs / ml - Sharing mixed - brought. This mixture is mixed with HCHO (1: 12000K). - HCHO is below the Nachwois border. - Then irradiate: a) with Cobalt-60 (9kGy) or b) with microwaves under cooling (12s, 2450MHz, 1,5kW power output). There is inactivation. Either before or after inactivation, the membrane antigens can still be cleaved - depending on the application. This can also be done by enzymes. The mixture obtained can be administered both in the form of aerosol or as a liquid or lyophilisate or in enteric-coated form against the triggering of acute and chronic infections of the respiratory tract.
