- • Eine weitere vorteilhafte Ausgestaltung der Erfindung sieht eine kamerabasierte Verkehrszeichenerkennungsfunktion vor, wobei die Erkennungsfunktion ein Verkehrzeichen erkennt, das auf einen Zebrastreifen hinweist.
- • Eine positive Ausgestaltung der Erfindung sieht vor, dass das Fahrzeug mit einer elektronischen Karte ausgestattet ist. Die elektronische Karte enthält die Position von Zebrastreifen, die Position des Fahrzeugs wird vorzugsweise mit einem Navigationsgerät z. B. einem GPS Empfänger bestimmt.
- • Insbesondere wird die Information über einen Zebrastreifen in Fahrtrichtung von vorausfahrenden Fahrzeugen durch Car-to-Car Kommunikation übertragen.
