Abstract
System for patient-bound storage and for automatic, patient-bound filling of solid, single dose oral medication, in particular tablets, capsules, pills or drops, from original medication blisters associated with particular patients (blister blisters, preferably original blister packs filled by the manufacturer) in at least one of the same patient associated container with in each case at least one tablet compartment for receiving the medication of the respective patient for a certain intake time. Systems are known which are based on the storage of loose drugs, which therefore previously deblistered, d. H. were removed from their blister to be loosely stored in bulk and fed to the system, where they are preferably welded into plastic bags. To increase drug safety, in the system of the present invention, the single mediman doses are removed in real time from the original blister and filled into the corresponding bulge of a patient blister. The detour via a collecting container and the mixing of different batch numbers are thereby avoided, the annoying Entblistern deleted.
Description
The invention relates to a system for patient-bound storage and for automatic, patient-bound filling of solid, single-dose oral medication doses, especially tablets, capsules, pills or drops, from each patient specific originated drug blisters (Quellblister, preferably those filled by the manufacturer Original blister packs) in at least one of the same patient associated container with at least one tablet compartment for receiving the medication of each patient for a certain period and / or time. Preferably, each patient container comprises tablet compartments for 4 times (morning, noon, evening, night) on 7 days of the week.
Systems are known which are mainly used in large pharmacies and blister centers and are based on the storage of loose drugs, which therefore previously deblistered, d. H. from their blister to be stored in larger numbers, ideally separated by batch numbers. Due to patient-specific information, these loosely stored individual drug doses are then filled manually or automatically into patient-bound containers. These containers can z. B. be real-time welded plastic bag or special patient blister.
A major disadvantage of these known methods is the mixing of the single drug doses of different original blisters, in the worst case (and more common than usual in current practice) even different batch numbers and / or manufacturing data or locations and blending in the patient blister different medicines in common subjects. Another problem is that in the known machines, all drugs run through the same handling systems, which accumulate drug dusts, which can ultimately lead to unwanted and sometimes dangerous contamination of subsequent medications. The effects of such drug interference on the patient's organism are both unpredictable and unpredictable and therefore unacceptable under today's safety aspects. Furthermore, it is difficult, if not practical, for the medical pharmacist, if at all practicable, to store the medication packages to be reimbursed by the social funds, which normally contain several blisters of a drug, sorted strictly according to patient assignment as soon as they have started but are not yet used up.
”Tablette” jede Art von fester, oral einzunehmender Medikamenten-Einzeldosis meint, also insbesondere Tabletten, Pillen, Kapseln, Drops, etc.It should be noted that the terms "single drug dose" or "tablet" used in this specification mean any type of solid, single dose oral medication to be taken orally, ie in particular tablets, pills, capsules, drops, etc.
-
1 -1a -1b - Carrier for the original blisters A frame or frame on which the blister (4a .4b .4c .4d .4e .4f .4g , ...) preferred original expressing packages of the pharmaceutical industry) are permanently attached until the consumption of the respective drug. -
2 - Patient-bound storage container (2 ), preferably an individualized patient blister with 7 × 4 partial blisters for 4 different administration times in 7 days. Each sub-blister comprises several single-dose containers (2a ). -
3 - removal and filling device, which with for example with a plunger (3a ) the single dose of medication from its original container (4a .4b , ...) takes them directly into the patient container (2 ) or first by means of a transport container (3c ) to the patient container (2 ) and filled there.
