Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein elektrisches Antriebssystem für Transportwagen, insbesondere Einkaufswagen für den Lebensmittelhandel, Last-Einkaufswagen für Möbel- und Baumärkte, sowie Koffertransportwagen an Flughäfen und Bahnhöfen. Gemeinsam ist diesen Transportwagen, dass sie mindestens drei Räder aufweisen, wobei im Sinne dieser Erfindung die hinteren, dem Nutzer nahen Räder, die durch Nabenmotoren elektrisch angetriebenen Räder sind. Erfindungsgemäß besteht die elektrische Antriebseinheit aus den mit Nabenmotor ausgerüsteten Antriebsrädern, einem (im Transportwagenrahmen integriertem) Akkumulator, einer elektrischen Zentraleinheit mit Prozessor und Controller, sowie einer Steuereinheit in Form zweier komplementärer Handgriffe mit der Funktion von Potentiometern.The invention relates to an electric drive system for transport vehicles, especially shopping trolleys for the food trade, load trolleys for furniture and hardware stores, as well as suitcase trolleys at airports and railway stations. Elektrisch betriebener Einkaufswagen im Lebensmitteleinzelhandel in Form eines Rohrrahmens mit Drahtgitterkorb in verschiedenen Größen, vierrädrig, in Verbindung mit einer Antriebseinheit, bestehend aus zwei unabhängigen Antriebsrädern mit synchron arbeitenden Nabenmotoren, einer Energieversorgung über Akkumulatoren, einer Elektronikeinheit, sowie zweier komplementär wirkender Handgriffe als Controller mit Potentiometer-Funktion und der dazu gehörenden Kabelverbindung aller Komponenten. Die Elektroeinheit empfängt vom Controller einstell- und veränderbare Steuersignale und leitet sie entsprechend an die Antriebsräder weiter, sodass das Antriebsmoment der elektrischen Nabenmotoren in den Antriebsrädern steuer- und stufenlos bis zu einem definierten Maximum regelbar ist.
