Abstract

The invention is a transport option for containers for drinks and food, which can be provided quickly and protects the foodstuffs from the outside temperature during transport. The process of unfolding, inserting the vessels and closing the carrying device should take 10-30 seconds. The invention is very inexpensive and also biodegradable, so that it can be left to the end customer as part of the purchase of food. The body of the support frame is made from at least two blanks which are connected to one another in the course of production. The blanks are folded accordingly using a coordinated fold. For easy mass transport to and for storage at the provider, the carrying frame can be folded into a flat package.

Description

The invention is a transport option for containers for drinks and food, which can be provided quickly and protects the foodstuffs from the outside temperature during transport. The process of unfolding, inserting the vessels and closing the carrying device should take 10-30 seconds. The invention is very inexpensive and also biodegradable, so that it can be left to the end customer as part of the food purchase.

The main idea behind the invention is the quick and easy handling of the provision and the subsequent transfer of a carrying frame for the food dispenser (provider) to the end user (customer). In this case, no unnecessary, even complex, folding processes and / or adjustments to the openings in the receptacle should be necessary in order to be able to stow any receptacle that is on offer from the provider to the customer in the carrying frame. Since hot beverages / meals can cool down in the winter due to the weather, and cold beverages / meals can heat up in the course of transport during the summer, this invention is intended to provide an immediately available transport option for protecting the own temperature of the beverages and meals. So cold / hot drinks such as lemonade, tea and coffee in a mug as well as cold / hot meals such as ice cream, diced fruit or soups can be transported from the above. Reasons to be protected from temperature changes inexpensively. Furthermore, the carrying frame should be suitable for transport in a vehicle without the carrying frame having to be held / stabilized in the hand (e.g. easy to park in the footwell). This means that delivery service providers could also use the carrying frame for delivery (comparable to the well-known pizza box). Last but not least, the carrying frame should be conveniently used for the customer to transport the food like a bag and, if necessary, it can also be placed at any time.

The carrying frame ( 07 ) should be made from corrugated cardboard or cardboard from an ecological point of view, but it can also be made from other materials. The body of the support frame is made from at least two blanks which are connected to one another in the course of production. The blanks are folded accordingly using a coordinated fold. For easy mass transport to and for storage at the provider, the carrying frame can be folded into a flat package ( 01 ).

The base of the support frame forms at least one receptacle folded to form a single-sided cuboid ( 17th ). There are receiving openings (O) for vessels in the top of the vessel holder. These openings each have support lugs so that they can be transported safely in the carrying frame even with varying container sizes. These support lugs are flexible due to a scratch on the upper side along the imaginary circle of the opening (O), so the user does not have to make any changes to the carrying frame, even with varying container sizes. A number of support lugs (currently 7) are provided for each opening in order to ensure easy and fluid insertion of the vessels in large sizes and sufficient stability in small sizes in the same carrying frame.

The outer jacket ( 13 ) of the support frame is formed by a folded cuboid. The blank is folded in five parts so that the top of the cuboid housing is formed from two folding surfaces (A & E) lying one above the other ( 06 ). This increases the stability of the support frame accordingly. In order to provide a carrying frame for the end user for one-handed transport, the carrying frame comprises two opposite carrying handles (P) ( 16 ), which are attached to the outer jacket. As with a regular handbag, these handles meet in the middle above the top of the carrying frame to enable one-handed transport. The handles can be made from glued paper strips inexpensively and environmentally friendly.

The vascular intake ( 17th ) with the outer jacket ( 13 ) glued over two surfaces (K on B and N on C). This ensures that when the folded support frame is unfolded, the cup holder automatically aligns stably at the desired angle ( 03 ). Immediate use is possible in the vertical erection of the side wall (B) ( 04 ). The inserted vessels are stabilized by the stabilizing lugs of the openings (O) for holding the vessels and held in place. The bottom of the vessel sits on the bottom-forming part of the receptacle (N) ( 17th ).

To ensure that beverages and food are protected from strong temperature changes, a foldable temperature protection can be used for cold drinks in summer and for hot drinks in winter ( 18th ) made of corrugated cardboard or cardboard after inserting the tubes and before closing the carrying frame ( 05 ). This temperature protection is manufactured as a single cut and has a kink flaze that is adapted to the respective size of the fully unfolded support frame. No further gluing or stapling is necessary. After inserting the tubes into the opening (O), the temperature protection is used from above ( 04 ). The second side wall (D) is then brought into a vertical position, cover 1 (A) is closed and coupled with that of the side wall (D) ( 05 ). Then cover 2 (E) is closed and coupled with cover 1 (A) (FITG. 06). The carrying frame is now ready for transport ( 07 ).

Contact with the side support walls (B & D) of the outer jacket and the upper area of the vessels should be avoided during transport ( 08 ). It is therefore an essential part of the invention that a clinging of the vessel to the side walls is excluded. The possible stabilizing effect does not justify the risk of unintentional detachment of the vessel lid due to shaking or moving the carrying frame during transportation.

A folding container made of paper or light cardboard for additional utensils can be integrated into the carrying frame to enable the customer to be able to serve the groceries even after the supplier has left the store. Conceivable utensils would include condensed milk / sugar / sweetener / stirrers for coffee, or tablespoons / salt / pepper for soups. Depending on the container sizes used by the provider, a folding container (R) ( 09 ) between the openings (O) of the receptacles (L) ( 10th ), or a folding container (Q) ( 11 ) are attached to a side wall (B or D) of the outer jacket ( 12th ). Both variants can also be installed on a single support frame.

The graphic representations 01-20 are created according to the specifications of a "4-drink cup" version of the carrying device. However, if soup bowls or ice cream cups are to be used, the proportion can be adjusted in accordance with customer requirements in the production process. The number of vessels that can be placed in the carrying device can also be varied as desired during manufacture. Therefore variations of 1/2/3/4/6/8 seats are possible. Thus, if more than one vessel receptacle is used, the side wall (K) of the first vessel receptacle is glued to the side wall (B) of the outer jacket and the side wall (K) of the second vessel receptacle is glued to the side wall (M) of the first vessel receptacle. The examples of the “2-drink cup” version with a receptacle with two openings (O) ( 21 ) and "6-drink cup" version with two receptacles with three openings each (O) ( 22 ).
