Diese ermöglichen eine leichte Herstellung des Implantats, ein leichtes Einsetzen in das Trommelfell und ein ebenfalls leichtes Entfernen aus dem Trommelfell, ohne dass eine weitere Operation erforderlich wird. Durch die besondere konstruktive Ausgestaltung des Trommelfellimplantates bzw. dessen geometrische Konfiguration werden die Therapiequalität verbessert und eine hohe Patientensicherheit durch die besondere, atraumatische Geometrie die Resorption bei gleichzeitiger Erhöhung der Funktionalität erreicht.To achieve this object, the invention provides that the tube is provided between the at least one end-side flange and the opposite end of the passage opening with a plurality of further outer flanges.
