In Anbetracht der gesamten vorgenannten Offenbarung umfasst die vorliegende Erfindung ferner die im Folgenden nummerierten Ausführungsformen:

1. Serviettenhalter in Form einer Doppelklammer (1, 2) mit jeweils zwei Schenkeln (3, 5 und 3, 4), wobei eine Klammer (1) zur Aufnahme einer Serviettenkante dient, während mit der anderen Klammer (2) die Befestigung an einem Bekleidungsstück vornehmbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Klammern (1, 2) einen gemeinsamen mittleren Schenkel (3) aufweisen oder der mittlere Schenkel aus zwei aufeinanderliegenden Schenkeln der beiden Klammern gebildet ist; der erste zweite Schenkel (5) der Klammer (2) zur Befestigung an der Bekleidung gegenüber dem mittleren Schenkel (3) auf einer Seite schwenkbar und federbelastet um eine Querachse (6) angeordnet ist, wobei die Querachse (6) den zweiten Schenkel (5) in einen Klemmabschnitt (8) und einen Drückabschnitt (9) unterteilt; und der zweite zweite Schenkel (4) der Klammer (1) zur Aufnahme der Serviettenkante als Federzunge auf der anderen Seite des mittleren Schenkels (3) in nur einem geringen Abstand zu diesem angeordnet ist oder direkt auf diesem aufliegt.Der Serviettenhalter nach Ausführungsform 1 kann wahlweise auch eine Öse/ Öffnung umfassen, um den Serviettenhalter bspw. an einem Schlüsselbund oder anderweitig lösbar zu befestigen. 2. Serviettenhalter nach Ausführungsform 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei dem mittleren Schenkel (3), der aus zwei aufeinanderliegenden Schenkeln besteht, die aufeinanderliegenden Schenkel um eine Achse (7) gegeneinander verdrehbar sind.
3. Serviettenhalter nach Ausführungsform 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Öffnungen der Klammern (1, 2) gleichgerichtet sind, wenn nur ein gemeinsamer mittlerer Schenkel (3) vorhanden ist oder wenn die beiden Schenkel, die den mittleren Schenkel (3) bilden, fest miteinander verbunden sind.
4. Serviettenhalter nach einer der Ausführungsformen 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zweite zweite Schenkel (4) der Klammer (1) zur Aufnahme der Serviettenkante eine punktuelle oder linienförmige Klemmkraft auf die in der Klammer (1) befindliche Serviette ausübt.
5. Serviettenhalter nach einer der Ausführungsformen 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zweite zweite Schenkel (4) und/oder der Klemmabschnitt (8) des ersten zweiten Schenkels (5) wellenförmig oder zick-zack-förmig ausgebildet ist oder in Richtung des mittleren Schenkels (3) ausgerichtete Noppen, Beulen und/oder erhöhte Streifen aufweist.
6. Serviettenhalter nach einer der Ausführungsformen 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zweite zweite Schenkel (4) der Klammer (1) zur Aufnahme der Serviette endseitig mit dem mittleren Schenkel (3) verbunden ist und in diesem Bereich auf dem Schenkel (4) eine Fingerauflage (10) angeordnet ist.
7. Serviettenhalter nach Ausführungsform 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Fingerauflage (10) als Werbeträger nutzbar ist. Im Rahmen der Erfindung kann in anderweitigen Ausführungsformen eine jede geeignete Fläche des Serviettenhalters als Werbefläche/ Werbeträger verwendet werden.
