Abstract

Bag arrangement (1) for receiving excrement, in particular dog excrement, wherein the bag arrangement has a bag (2) with an internal volume (I) which is suitable for receiving the excrement and wherein the bag (2) can be turned inside out such that an internal surface of the bag (2) is an external surface of the bag (2) in an inside-out state and wherein, in an inside-out state of the bag (2), a human hand can be inserted at least partially into the bag (2) in order to receive the excrement, characterized in that at least one care cloth (4) is arranged within the internal volume.

Description

The present invention relates to a bag arrangement for collecting excrement, and in particular dog excrement. Such bags or sacks are known from the prior art. Recently, it has become mandatory in more and more cities to dispose of the excrement of pets, particularly dogs. For this purpose, bags are known from the prior art which are turned inside out by a user so that they can collect and dispose of the excrement by hand (while still separated from the excrement by the wall of the bag) (by further turning the bag inside out, causing the excrement to be inside the bag).

Furthermore, it is known from the prior art to use wet wipes or grooming wipes to clean the anus of a pet. Therefore, dog owners often carry grooming wipes with them to clean their pets. However, this can sometimes be quite time-consuming. It is also necessary to carry both the aforementioned bags and a supply of grooming wipes.

The present invention is therefore based on the object of facilitating the activities of cleaning the animal and collecting excrement. This is achieved according to the invention by the subject matter of the independent patent claims. Advantageous embodiments and further developments are the subject matter of the subclaims.

A bag arrangement according to the invention for receiving excrement, in particular dog excrement, comprises a bag having an internal volume suitable for receiving the excrement, wherein the bag is invertible such that an inner surface of the bag in an inverted state is at least partially and/or at least temporarily an outer surface of the bag and wherein in an inverted state of the bag a human hand can be inserted at least partially into the bag in order to receive the excrement.

Preferably, in this inverted state, it is possible for a user (protected from the excrement by the wall of the bag) to grasp the excrement in order to convey it into the inner volume of the bag by further inverting the bag.

According to the invention, at least one care element and in particular a care cloth is arranged and preferably incorporated within the inner volume (in particular in a non-inverted state).

The invention is described with reference to dogs, but would also be suitable for other animals which can be kept in particular as pets, such as cats, monkeys, pigs or horses.

The bag is preferably made of a waterproof material. The bag is preferably made of a vapor- and/or gas-tight material. The bag is particularly preferably made of a plastic material. In a further preferred embodiment, the bag is made of a film, in particular a plastic film.

The grooming element or wipe used is intended for cleaning the anus of the animal in question, but can also be used for other parts of the animal's body, such as watery eyes. When using the wipe, the user first turns the pouch inside out, thus placing the wipe on the outside. They can then clean the animal with their hand inserted into the inverted pouch using the wipe that is now on the outside, while preferably avoiding contact with the animal.

After cleaning the animal, the user can, as in the state of the art, collect the excrement and turn the bag inside out again.

Preferably, the (maximum) internal volume of the bag is greater than 200 ml, preferably greater than 500 ml, preferably greater than 800 ml. In a further preferred embodiment, the internal volume of the bag is less than 20 l, preferably less than 10 l, preferably less than 5 l, preferably less than 3 l.

In a further advantageous embodiment, the care cloth is attached at least partially to an inner wall of the bag. This way, the care cloth is fixed to the outer surface of the bag after the inversion process. This allows for targeted cleaning of the respective pet.

In a preferred embodiment, the care cloth and/or the care element is incorporated into the bag.

In a further advantageous embodiment, the care element and in particular the care cloth is glued to a wall of the bag. In this way, the care cloth is fixed to the side wall of the bag and the user can clean the animal without touching the care cloth itself. However, it is also conceivable that the care cloth is attached to the bag and/or the wall in another way, such as by welding.

The bond between the bag wall and the wipe can be complete, but it is also conceivable that the wipe is only bonded to the wall at certain points or in sections. For example, there could be a point-by-point bond at the corners or a strip-by-strip bond along the edges or across the entire surface of the wipe.

In a further preferred embodiment, the bag is made of a biodegradable material. This facilitates disposal of the bag assembly, particularly with the excrement contained therein after use.

In a further advantageous embodiment, the care cloth is made of a biodegradable material. This facilitates the disposal of the bag assembly.

In the further preferred embodiment, the adhesive for attaching the care print to a bag is made of or consists of a biodegradable material.

In this way, disposal of the bag assembly can be facilitated. Preferably, the bag is made of a material selected from a group of materials including PBAT (polybutyrate adipate terephthalate), corn starch, edible oil, PLA (polylactides), and/or cassava root.

In another preferred embodiment, the care cloth is made of a material selected from a group of materials containing plant fibers. In another preferred embodiment, the care cloth is made of a textile material and/or a nonwoven.

In another preferred embodiment, the care cloth has a multi-layered construction. It is conceivable that the surface of the care cloth that rests against a wall of the bag is designed differently than the surface of the care cloth that is used for cleaning the animal.

Preferably, the care wipe exhibits greater extensibility than the bag. Preferably, the care wipe is made of a material that exhibits greater extensibility than the material of the bag. This preferably ensures that the care wipe does not detach from the bag when the bag is turned inside out.

The care wipe is preferably provided with and/or mixed with a substance. This substance is preferably selected from a group of substances that includes water, glycerin, tocopheryl acetate (provitamin E), Aloe barbadensis leaf extract (aloe vera), Hamamelis virginiana extract (Which Hazel/Witch Hazel), polysorbate 20, benzalkonium chloride, citric acid, mixtures of several of these substances, and the like.

In a further preferred embodiment, the adhesive is made of a material selected from a group of materials including water-based adhesives.

In a further preferred embodiment, the bag, in one state, particularly in a finished state, has a first wall and a second wall, wherein the second wall runs parallel to the first wall and both walls are flat. This state is, in particular, a state in which no hand has yet been inserted into the bag and in which the bag has a minimal internal volume. In particular, in this state, the two walls lie flat against one another.

Preferably, the bag arrangement can be spread out flat on a flat surface.

Preferably, the first wall and the second wall of the bag are connected to one another via at least two folds. These two folds are particularly preferably parallel to one another. Preferably, the fold(s) extend in a longitudinal direction of the bag. Preferably, the first wall and the second wall have the same area.

Preferably, however, the bag is formed in one piece and preferably comprises a film-like material throughout. Particularly preferably, one wall merges into the other wall via said at least two folds. The walls are preferably transparent, at least in sections and preferably completely.

In a preferred embodiment, at least one wall is provided with an imprint. This imprint may, for example, be a manufacturer's name or instructions for use.

Particularly preferably, at least three, and preferably exactly three, folds are provided between the walls. Preferably, two of these folds run parallel to each other, and the third fold runs perpendicular to the first two folds.

The walls with these folds preferably form the inner volume of the bag. The inner volume of the bag is preferably variable, in particular by moving or bending the walls relative to one another.

In a further preferred embodiment, the interior volume is closed except for an upper opening through which a hand can be inserted into the bag. The bag is preferably designed to be watertight.

In a preferred embodiment, the bag is made of starch and in particular of corn starch.

Particularly preferably, the bag has a rectangular cross-section in one state (and in particular in a flat spread-out state), wherein said folds form three walls and the bag is open at a remaining edge or margin.

In a further advantageous embodiment, the bag has a uniform wall thickness. Particularly preferably, the wall thickness is between 0.1 mm and 5 mm, preferably between 0.2 mm and 4 mm, and preferably between 0.3 mm and 3 mm.

Preferably, the care cloth extends in a longitudinal direction and in a width direction perpendicular to this longitudinal direction. The longitudinal direction is understood to be the longer direction.

Particularly preferably, the longitudinal direction of the care wipe runs parallel to the width direction of the bag. Particularly preferably, the width direction of the care wipe runs parallel to the longitudinal direction of the bag.

Preferably, the care cloth has a widthwise length greater than 5 cm, preferably greater than 7 cm, particularly preferably greater than 9 cm, and particularly preferably greater than 11 cm. Preferably, the care cloth has a widthwise length less than 40 cm, preferably less than 35 cm, particularly preferably less than 30 cm, and particularly preferably less than 25 cm.

Preferably, the care cloth has a length in the longitudinal direction that is greater than 6 cm, preferably greater than 8 cm, particularly preferably greater than 10 cm, and particularly preferably greater than 14 cm. Preferably, the care cloth has a length in the longitudinal direction that is less than 40 cm, preferably less than 30 cm, particularly preferably less than 25 cm, and particularly preferably less than 20 cm.

In a further preferred embodiment, the care element, and in particular the care cloth, is also flexible. The care cloth preferably has a thickness greater than 0.1 mm, preferably greater than 0.2 mm, and preferably greater than 0.3 mm. The care cloth preferably has a thickness less than 3.0 mm, preferably less than 2.5 mm, preferably less than 2.0 mm, and preferably less than 1.5 mm.

In a further preferred embodiment, the care wipe is arranged entirely on one of the walls of the bag. Preferably, the care wipe extends beyond the wall of the bag on which it is arranged.

It is particularly preferred that the wipe does not extend over any of the bag's walls. This makes handling easier when opening and closing the bag.

In a further preferred embodiment, the surface area of the care cloth is smaller than the surface area of the wall on which it is arranged. Particularly preferably, the surface area of the care cloth is smaller than 90% of the surface area of the wall on which it is arranged, preferably smaller than 80%, preferably smaller than 70%, and preferably smaller than 60%.

Particularly preferably, the area of the care cloth is greater than 10% of the area of the walls on which it is arranged, preferably greater than 20%, preferably greater than 30% and preferably greater than 40%.

These dimensions have proven to be particularly advantageous in order to achieve a secure adhesion of the care pressure to the wall and, on the other hand, to improve the handling during use.

Particularly preferably, the care wipe is provided with at least one substance, in particular a flowable substance. Particularly preferably, the substance is a substance selected from a group of substances that include cleaning agents, in particular skin-compatible cleaning agents, sterilization agents, tel, in particular skin-compatible sterilizing agents, fragrances and the like.

In a further preferred embodiment, the bag has four edges and is open at exactly one of these four edges.

In a further preferred embodiment, the bag extends (in an unfolded state) in a longitudinal direction and in a width direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction.

Particularly preferably, the bag has an extension in the longitudinal direction of at least 7 cm, preferably of at least 10 cm, preferably of at least 15 cm, preferably of at least 20 cm, preferably of at least 25 cm and particularly preferably of at least 30 cm.

In a further complicated embodiment, the bag has a length in the longitudinal direction of at most 50 cm, preferably at most 45 cm, preferably at most 40 cm, and particularly preferably at most 35 cm.

In a further preferred embodiment, the bag has an extension in the width direction of at least 5 cm, preferably of at least 7 cm, preferably of at least 10 cm and particularly preferably of at least 15 cm and particularly preferably of at least 20 cm.

In a further preferred embodiment, the bag has an extension in the width direction of at most 40 cm, preferably of at most 30 cm and particularly preferably of at most 25 cm.

These measurements have proven particularly suitable for applying to the volumes of excrement of different dogs.

The present invention is further directed to a storage arrangement comprising a plurality of bag arrangements of the type described above, wherein the individual bag arrangements are preferably arranged detachably on one another.

The bag assembly is preferably packaged as a roll. For example, it is possible for the individual bags to be connected to one another along their broad sides. In a preferred embodiment, this roll has a roll core onto which the bag assemblies are rolled. This roll core is preferably made of paper or cardboard.

Particularly preferably, the individual bag arrangements are connected to one another via predetermined tear points so that they can be separated from one another at these tear points.

Particularly preferably, the bag arrangements are each connected to one another via a side edge of the bags.

Particularly preferably, the bags in the bag arrangement are folded at least once, preferably at least twice, and rolled up in this manner. Particularly preferably, these folds each run parallel to the longitudinal direction of the individual bag arrangements. In this way, the length of said roll can be kept comparatively short because the bags can be unfolded after unrolling.

Preferably, the care wipe arranged in the respective bag is also folded and/or foldable. However, the care wipe preferably does not contribute to the cohesion of consecutive bags.

In a further preferred embodiment, the storage arrangement comprises at least five, preferably at least seven, and preferably at least ten bag arrangements. In a further advantageous embodiment, the storage arrangement comprises at most 50, preferably at most 40, and preferably at most 35 bag arrangements.

In a further preferred embodiment, the care wipe is arranged within the bag in a lower region, i.e. a lower region which is closer to the lower folding point than to the opening arranged at the top.

Particularly preferably, the care cloth is arranged in a lower half and preferably in a lower third of the bag arrangement.
