Durch den Gegenstand der Erfindung wird eine einfache und dauerhafte Befestigung der Angel an den Hefthälften von Messern, Gabeln o. dgl. ermöglicht, und zwar dadurch, daß die mit einem Vorsprung versehene Angel von entsprechend ausgesparten Hefthälften umschlossen wird. Es ist zwar schon bekannt, am Angelende einen Vorsprung vorzusehen, welcher in entsprechende Aussparungen der Hefthälften hineingreift, oder auch in der Angel einen Ausschnitt vorzusehen , der durch einen entsprechenden Vorsprung am Heft ausgefüllt wird.
