Krankenbett nach Anspruch 1, bei dem das Seitenteil (4) einen oberen, gegenüber einem unteren verschwenkbaren Teil aufweist, der oberseitig von einem Querholm begrenzt ist, der aus einem Profilrohr besteht und endseitig an je einem Tragholm (8) befestigt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Aufnahmeteil (5) in seiner Querschnittskontur etwa dem Querholm (7) entspricht und in den Querholm (7) eingesteckt ist und andererseits mit einem das obere Teil des Seitenteiles (4) seitlich begrenzenden Tragholm (8) verbunden ist. 8.
