Description

Device for lubricating the joints of bucket chains for excavators u. In the case of the joints of bucket chains for excavators and the like, the simple lubrication is essential Not to be used with oil through lubrication holes, as the oil runs out very quickly runs out of the joint and dirt and sand through the lubrication holes to the bearing points which, in conjunction with the oil, has an abrasive effect and is great Causes wear on the joints. Even those with link chains of another type, z. B. for Link belts, usual lubrication by means of grease, which is drilled through the bolt is led to the storage areas, is not applicable for bucket chains, because the holes in the hinge pin would result in an impermissible weakening of the same and in the bolts made of particularly hard building material can hardly be carried out. aside from that is because of the guide rails the arrangement of lubricating devices on the bolt heads not possible. So one has so far on the lubrication of the joints of the bucket chains dispensed with and wear and tear by using the hardest building materials for the bolts and tries to keep rifles within tolerable limits. Through the establishment after The object of the invention is the lubrication of the joints of bucket chains. The device is intended for grease lubrication and is characterized in that in the holes of the Dickschake for the bearing bushes of the hinge pin an annular groove is recessed, the one from the approaches of the shaft outside of the Dickschake arranged lubricating device outgoing channel with a hook end facing Opening of the bearing bush connects.

In the drawing, the invention is shown in one embodiment a Dickschake depicted.

Fig. I shows the Dickschake in side view; Fig. A is a plan view, partly in a horizontal section to Fig. I; Fig. 3 shows the bearing bush in side view, and Fig. Q. is a plan view of the side of the bearing bush facing the hook end. the bearing bushing f and passes through it to the bearing surfaces of the bearing bushing f and the hinge pin h. Grease escaping roughly along the side of the bolt h or through the gaps in the bearing bushing f is used to lubricate the adjacent side surfaces of the thick joint a and the thin joint i and prevents impurities from penetrating the joint. Thus, the device according to the invention achieves an easy running of the bucket chain and a substantial reduction in the wear of the chain links.
