In einer bevorzugten Ausgestaltung des erfindungsgemäßen Schuhs ist das Fersenformteil lösbar am Schuh befestigbar. Dabei kann das Fersenformteil beim Einführen des Fußes auto¬ matisch am Schuh befestigt werden.
