Modern clothing has high functionality and have to be fashionably chic at the same time. Clothing such as Suits, jackets or pants are worn by business people, that represent a company in a representative manner. These representative Garments are manufactured in a complex manner. A common one Jacket shows z. B. diverse between the lining and the outer fabric Fixing inserts, which are usually even multi-layered and the jacket, especially in the shoulder, chest and Give the waist part a relatively stiff smooth shape, all the more so to lie wrinkle-free on the chest when worn.
Fixing inserts are various types of adhesive interlining Kind with a textile fabric, e.g. B. the outer fabric, with thermoplastic adhesive by action of temperature, pressure and time are permanently connected.
As an adhesive, thermally activated adhesives, such as. B. Hot melt adhesive, heat seal adhesive, heat sealant, adhesive powder, Hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive, textile hot melt adhesive, thermoplastic adhesive etc. used.
If an insert and an outer fabric are heat sealed together, this is called "fixation". Will be another one Glued inlay on it, this is called "double fixation" designated. Such laminates have the desired inherent rigidity on.
Washing machine-resistant suits and jackets are known are available on the market in particular in the USA. These suits However, jackets and jackets do not have an adhesive connection or the like fixation insert connected to the outer fabric of the jacket on. Accordingly, the jacket throws waves when worn and folds that give the desired visual impression of a smooth Significantly affect the shoulder and chest area.
In Scandinavia there are jackets that are equipped with fixation inserts and are sold as machine-washable jackets become. However, it has been shown that the fixing inserts after a few washes detach from the outer fabric so that it Wrinkles. The function of the fixation inserts is therefore eliminated after just a few washes.
Known fixing inserts have a viscose component (cellulose) that swells during washing and loses its tear resistance. When drying, the fixing insert shrinks and warps the outer fabric, causing it to wrinkle. Repeated washing Such a jacket is affected by the influence of water and the mechanical stress when walking in the washing drum Fixation insert after just a few washes of the outer fabric dissolved and broken down into its components.
Diese Einlagestoffe dienen zur Herstellung von Bekleidungsstücken mit einem erhöhten Tragkonfort, da sie bei den durch die vom Benutzer ausgeübten Bewegungen entsprechend nachgeben.EP 080 946 B1 is a knitted interlining fabric for stiffening or reinforcement of front parts of clothing, such as B. jackets, coats and the like, known, the one has some elasticity. These interlinings are used for Manufacture of clothing with increased comfort, since they are caused by the movements made by the user give in accordingly.
The invention has for its object a garment to create that, at least in some areas, by means of a fixing insert reinforced and still washed in a washing machine can be.
The task is done through an item of clothing with the characteristics
of
The article of clothing according to the invention, such as. B. a suit, a Jacket or pants, has an outer fabric and a fixing insert on, which is connected to the outer fabric. The outer fabric is from a washing machine resistant material, such as. B. polyester and / or new wool. The fixing insert is there Made of an elastic material made of synthetic fibers is.
Because the fixing insert is made of a material made of synthetic fibers it does not swell up during washing and does not lose their tear resistance. The elasticity of the fixing insert allows when washing with water, that the garment in the Washing drum can be tumbled. By the action of the water and the folds and wrinkles when walking in the Washing drums generate considerable tension locally in the fabric. The elastic design of the fixing insert ensures that the connections between the outer fabric and the Fixing insert, which is usually arranged by distributed Glue points are executed, not these tensile stresses be subjected, at least the voltage peaks considerably can be reduced. This will result in washing in the washing machine not the connection between the fixation insert and the Outer fabric loosened. It has been shown that an inventive Garment can often be washed without being here the fixing insert detaches from the outer fabric and without it Function of the reinforcement or reinforcement of the outer fabric to lose.
The fixing insert made of synthetic fiber swells does not open during washing and maintains its tear resistance.
In a preferred embodiment, the materials of the Outer fabric and the fixing insert matched so that they run in or out to the same extent during washing.
Another advantageous garment according to the invention has an elastic upper, which when washed in the Washing machine the occurring tensions in addition to the elastic Removing the fixing insert.

Waschen ein- bzw. auslaufen. The materials of the
In
A plack insert (Fig. 3) is on the
In the area of the
At the edge of the
Other components of the
The
The jacket according to the invention thus differs from known conventional jackets through the use of washable materials, especially synthetic fibers and new wool, and the use of at least one elastic, preferably bi-elastic Position, in the area of flat or elongated adhesive connections. Both are preferably glued together Layers made of an elastic material.
The jacket according to the invention can thus be simply washed in the washing machine can be cleaned, especially in Front part maintains the desired smooth shape because the Do not loosen or dissolve the fixation inserts. The invention The jacket is also suitable for a wet cleaning process. Because cleanings increasingly tough environmental regulations are imposed, replace such wet cleaning methods more and more the conventional dry cleaning processes using perchlorethylene.
The invention is not based on the embodiment described above limited. In particular, the training according to the invention a garment is not limited to jackets; rather, reinforcement or stiffening by means of fixing inserts, the flat with another layer, in particular an outer fabric, are glued, even with clothing be used that have a significantly larger washing requirement subject to and are usually machine washable and therefore have so far been designed without fixing inserts.
