Abstract
Bei einer computerisierten elektrohydraulischen Proportional-Steuervorrichtung für einen Hydromotor (H) für einen Masten (M) eines Krans oder einer Betonpumpe, sind zwischen einer Pumpe (4) und dem Hydromotor (H) Proportional-Steuerventile mit über durch verstellbare Steuerkanten variablen Ventil-Durchgängen (VA1, VA2, VZ1, VZ2) vorgesehen, deren Steuerkanten mechanisch entkoppelt sind, und ist eine Computersteuerung (CU) mit Drucksensoren (9, 10) und den Proportionalmagneten (13 bis 16) der Steuerventile verbunden. Für jede Arbeitsleitung (7, 8) ist zulaufseitig und ablaufseitig je ein 2/2-Wege-Proportional-Regelsitzventil mit variablen Zulauf- und Ablaufdurchgängen (DA, DZ) vorgesehen. Zwischen der Arbeitsleitung (7, 8) und dem Zulaufdurchgang (DZ) ist ein in Strömungsrichtung zum Zulaufdurchgang leckagefrei sperrendes Rückschlagventil (19, 19') angeordnet. Bei nicht bestromten Proportionalmagneten hält das zulaufseitige Ventil eine leckagefreie Zulauf-Absperrstellung und das ablaufseitige Ventil eine leckagefreie Ablauf-Absperrstellung. Jedes Ventil besitzt eine über den Proportionalmagneten gegen Federkraft aktivierbare Druckvorsteuerung (17), mit der ein individueller, durch den Vorsteuerdruck in einem anderen Ventil nicht beeinflussbarer Vorsteuerdruck einstellbar ist. Between the working line (7, 8) and the inlet passage (DZ) a non-leakage check valve (19, 19 ') is arranged in the flow direction to the inlet passage. When the proportional solenoids are not energized, the inlet-side valve holds a leak-free inlet shut-off position and the outlet-side valve holds a leak-free outlet shut-off position. Each valve has a pressure pilot control (17) which can be activated against spring force by means of the proportional magnet and with which an individual pilot pressure which cannot be influenced by the pilot pressure in another valve can be set.
