Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a lubricating varnish based on polyimide. From the document US 5,141,656 are methods of coating surfaces, in particular of machine parts with a resin-bound Lubricant coating known. It is on the abrasive cleaned Surface of the machine parts applied a resin-bound lubricant and cured, so that it comes to a cross-linking of the resin. suitable Resins are phenolic resins, epoxy resins, polyimide resins, polyamide-imide resins, Polyesters, acrylates, polyphenylenes, ethylenes, propylenes or Be polymethylpentenes. As suitable solid lubricants are Fluoropolymers such as polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) fluorinated Ethylene-propylene copolymer, perfluorinated alkoxy resins, polyvinylidene fluorides, Polychlorotrifluoroethylene, ethylene chlorotrifluoroethylene copolymer and Polyvinyl fluorides and tungsten disulfides, molybdenum disulfides and titanium disulfide specified.
The invention has the object of providing a lubricating varnish based on polyimide specify, compared to known from the prior art bonded coatings already without a content of solid lubricants a friction-reducing Shows and compared to the solvent-based anti-friction coatings has economic and environmental benefits.
According to the invention the object is achieved by a lubricating varnish based on polyimide dissolved, the at least one Polyimidprepolymerharz in aqueous dispersion contains. Surprisingly, it has been shown that even a lubricating varnish on the specified base even without the addition of solid lubricants Has lubricating properties. Preferably, the lubricious varnish contains polyimide prepolymer resins based on bismaleimide resins having a melting point in the Range of 70 to 130 ° C and an average molecular weight in the range of 1000 - 7000 g / mol. Particularly preferred are those used as Polyimidprepolymerharze Bismaleimide resins having a melting point in a range of 90 to 110 ° C and an average molecular weight of 3000 to 5000 g / mol. Farther preference is given to bonded coatings based on the mass of the Polyimidprepolymerharzes up to 4 parts by weight of at least one Solid lubricants such as molybdenum disulfide, graphite, polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) per part by weight of polyimide prepolymer resin. Particularly preferred is a Coating varnish in which the weight ratio of polyimide prepolymer resin to Solid lubricant in the range of 9 to 1 to 1 to 4, preferably 5 to 1 to 1 to 1 lies. The lubricating varnish according to the invention can also contain auxiliaries such as Wetting agents, thickeners, preservatives, adhesion promoters, defoamers contain. The proportion of water in the inventive Coating dispersion is 40 to 80 parts by weight. The use of the Gleitlackes invention is carried out in such a way that it on a Subject applied the water removed and the resulting varnish layer is cured by exposure to temperature at least 150 ° C. The nature of Application does not matter, i.e., it can be the usual application methods like dipping, painting, spraying.
The invention ultimately also relates to objects with the Coated coating according to the invention are coated.
The invention is based on an embodiment and by comparison with commercially available solventborne bonded coats.
