Claims (14)
- Cartouche d'insertion sanitaire (101, 104, 107, 110, 112) avec un boîtier de cartouche (2), qui peut être insérée dans une conduite d'eau ou la sortie d'eau d'un robinet d'évacuation sanitaire et qui possède au moins une alimentation d'eau (3) et au moins une évacuation d'eau (4), laquelle cartouche d'insertion est montée à partir d'au moins deux éléments (5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10) voisins qui sont placés les uns contre les autres et/ou sont reliés entre eux et qui sont sécurisés dans leur position relative les uns par rapport aux autres dans la direction circonférentielle au moyen d'un dispositif anti-rotation (1), l'au moins un premier élément et l'au moins un deuxième élément voisin comportant sur leurs faces frontales voisines l'une de l'autre chacun des dentures frontales (11, 15) engrenées entre elles axialement en guise de dispositif anti-rotation (1) et au moins un de ces éléments voisins étant configuré comme une pièce d'insertion (7, 8) insérable dans le boîtier de cartouche, caractérisée en ce que sur la périphérie interne de boîtier du boîtier de cartouche (2) est prévu un épaulement annulaire (26) qui sert de butée coulissante lors de l'insertion de l'au moins un élément configuré comme une pièce d'insertion (7, 8) dans l'espace intérieur de boîtier du boîtier de cartouche (2), et que sur l'épaulement annulaire (26) fait saillie au moins un ergot (14) dont l'axe est orienté parallèlement à l'axe longitudinal du boîtier et qui fait saillie dans un fond de dent (13) entre deux dents (12) voisines de la denture frontale (11) prévue sur une bague extérieure (16) d'une pièce d'insertion (8) voisine, et que sur la périphérie extérieure de l'au moins un premier élément configuré comme une pièce d'insertion et/ou de l'au moins un deuxième élément voisin de la cartouche d'insertion est prévue la bague extérieure périphérique (16) qui porte sur au moins une de ses faces frontales la ou une première ou deuxième denture frontale (11, 15) des dentures frontales (11, 15) engrenées entre elles.
- Cartouche d'insertion sanitaire (101, 104, 107, 110, 112) selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les dents (12) d'une première denture frontale (11) des dentures frontales engrenées entre elles (11, 15) prévue sur l'au moins un premier élément pénètrent dans les fonds de dent (13) d'une deuxième denture frontale des dentures frontales engrenées entre elles (11, 15) disposée sur l'au moins un deuxième élément voisin de la cartouche d'insertion.
- Cartouche d'insertion sanitaire selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que les dents (12) de la ou d'une denture frontale (11 ; 15) des dentures frontales engrenées entre elles (11, 15) prévue sur l'au moins un premier élément et/ou sur l'au moins un deuxième élément voisin se dressent axialement de l'intérieur vers l'extérieur et/ou les fonds de dent (13) s'enfoncent radialement de l'intérieur vers l'extérieur.
- Cartouche d'insertion sanitaire selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que sur l'au moins un premier élément configuré comme une pièce d'insertion est prévu un embout d'axe central dont l'axe est orienté parallèlement à l'axe longitudinal du boîtier et qui porte frontalement la ou une première denture frontale des dentures frontales engrenées entre elles (11, 15), et que l'au moins un ergot, un profil antagoniste ou la ou une deuxième denture frontale des dentures frontales engrenées entre elles (11, 15) est prévu sur la face frontale voisine de l'au moins un deuxième élément voisin.
- Cartouche d'insertion sanitaire (101, 104, 107, 110, 112) selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l'au moins un deuxième élément de la cartouche d'insertion est configuré comme un élément de boîtier (5, 6 ; 9, 10) du boîtier de cartouche, et que l'au moins un ergot, un profil antagoniste ou la deuxième denture frontale est prévu sur un bord frontal de cet élément de boîtier orienté vers l'espace intérieur de boîtier.
- Cartouche d'insertion sanitaire (101, 104, 107, 110, 112) selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l'au moins ergot (14) est configuré en forme de tenon et est arrondi ou anguleux à son extrémité libre.
- Cartouche d'insertion sanitaire (101, 104, 107, 110, 112) selon une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce que le boîtier de cartouche (2) a au moins un orifice de boîtier du côté afflux en guise d'admission d'eau, et que l'au moins un orifice de boîtier peut être obturé au moyen d'un deuxième élément, lequel deuxième élément est configuré comme un disperseur de jet (19) avec des orifices de disperseur (20), lequel disperseur de jet (19) peut être encliqueté sur le pourtour intérieur de boîtier du boîtier de cartouche (2) et en particulier encliqueté de façon détachable.
- Cartouche d'insertion sanitaire (101, 104, 107, 110, 112) selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce que sur le disperseur de jet (19) fait saillie au moins un ergot (14) dont l'axe est orienté parallèlement à l'axe longitudinal du boîtier, lequel (14) interagit avec une denture frontale (11) située sur le bord frontal voisin de la bague extérieure (16) d'un deuxième élément voisin configuré comme une pièce d'insertion (7).
- Cartouche d'insertion sanitaire (101, 104, 107, 110, 112) selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la bague extérieure (16) d'au moins une des pièces d'insertion (7, 8) est guidée de façon coulissante le long du pourtour intérieur de boîtier dans le boîtier de cartouche (2).
- Cartouche d'insertion sanitaire (101, 104, 107, 110, 115) selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que cette cartouche d'insertion sanitaire est configurée comme un régulateur de jet ou contient un régulateur de jet.
- Cartouche d'insertion sanitaire (101, 104, 107, 110, 112) selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que parmi les au moins deux éléments voisins (5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10) de cette cartouche d'insertion (101, 104, 107, 110, 112), au moins un premier élément comporte sur la face frontale orientée vers l'au moins un deuxième élément voisin une denture frontale (11) du dispositif anti-rotation (1) à action axiale, laquelle (11) a des dents (12), et que- au moins une des dents (12) pénètre dans un logement (27) prévu sur l'au moins un deuxième élément voisin.
- Cartouche d'insertion sanitaire (101, 104, 107, 110, 115) selon la revendication 11, caractérisée en ce que le logement (27) est configuré comme un renfoncement.
- Cartouche d'insertion sanitaire (101, 104, 107, 110, 112) selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que parmi les au moins deux éléments voisins (5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10) de cette cartouche d'insertion (101, 104, 107, 110, 112), au moins un premier élément comporte sur la face frontale orientée vers l'au moins un deuxième élément voisin une denture frontale (11) du dispositif anti-rotation (1) à action axiale, laquelle (11) a des dents (12), et que dans au moins un fond de dent (13) entre des dents (12) voisines de cette denture (11) pénètre un ergot du dispositif anti-rotation (1) prévu sur la face frontale voisine de l'au moins un deuxième élément voisin et orienté dans la direction longitudinale du boîtier.
- Cartouche d'insertion sanitaire (101, 104, 107, 110, 112) selon une des revendications 12 à 13, caractérisée en ce que les dents (12) prévues sur l'au moins un premier élément sont disposées de sorte à s'étendre axialement par rapport à l'axe longitudinal du boîtier et/ou que plusieurs ergots espacés les uns des autres dans la direction périphérique sont prévus sur la face frontale voisine de l'au moins un deuxième élément.
