DE ESTA BIBLIOTECA SE CLONA UN ADN COMPLEMENTARIO QUE CODIFICA TCF-II A LO LARGO DE TODA SU LONGITUD UTILIZANDO UNA SONDA DE OLIGONUCLEOTIDO SINTETICA QUE CODIFICA UN AMINOACIDO TERMINAL N, Y SE DETERMINA TODA LA SECUENCIA BASE DEL ADN COMPLEMENTARIO.
