Abstract

The device has a two-component frame which consists of a flat, transparent cap (5) and a transparent cover panel (7) which is located below it, between which cap (5) and cover panel (7) an information panel (6) through which a light can be shone is inserted. The cap (5) has a peripheral collar by means of which a cavity for the reception of the information panel (6) is provided and into which a raised part of the cover panel (7) engages for the purpose of holding the information panel (6). The cover panel (7) is locked with a cover (4) and clamped onto the base (1) of the device bearing the small lamp (2) with the intermediate securing of a cover frame (3). The cover (4) is penetrated by a protruding part of the cap (5) which is clamped in between the cover (4) and the cover panel (7). Small lamellas of film with a wide variety of information in the form of lettering or a figure serve in particular as information panels (6).
