Abstract

The telephone handset sealing method has two blocks of waterproof tissue mounted in the handset during assembly by soldering or sticking them. The seals are mounted facing the ear piece and microphone preventing peripheral outlets. The handset can be a wired type network or a wireless unit. The ear pieces have a synthetic or natural fibre inserted during manufacture and sealing the unit.

La présente invention concerne un dispositif destiné à éviter les incidents rencontrés avec les combinés téléphoniques (avec ou sans fil) mais aussi avec les téléphones reliés directement aux réseaux hertziens. Ces objets sont sujets à différentes agressions lors de leur utilisation, à savoir ; salissures, aspersions, immersions, chocs, chutes, écrasements ; ce qui provoque rapidement une mise hors d'usage de ces appareils et donc gène l'utilisateur. De plus, ces appareils ne permettent pas un nettoyage aisé car ils ne sont pas conçus pour résister aux agents de nettoyage (pénétration de liquide par les orifices). Le dispositif selon l'invention consiste à utiliser un tissu (tissé ou non tissé) réalisé à partir de fibres synthétiques ou naturelles et doté de propriétés imperméables, par exemple : couche barrière permettant le passage det molécules de gaz et ne laissant pas traverser l'eau et déposée par enduction, collée ou colaminée sur le tissu. Les propriétés de ce tissu serviront à imperméabiliser les transducteurs électroacoustiques (microphone et écouteur) tout en permettant une transmission des ondes acoustiques au travers de cette paroi poreuse avec le minimum de déformation et d'atténuation du signal ce qui serait incompatible avec une utilisation normale de l'appareil. Pour une utilisation optimale de l'invention, l'ensemble du combiné devra être étanche (y compris au niveau de la connexion électrique avec la base dans le cas d'appareils filaires). La résistance aux chocs et autres actions mécaniques est obtenue par une coque réalisée en matériau souple ou semi-rigide. Claims
