Abstract

La présente demande concerne un nouveau polymorphe du composé 6-oxo-6,7,8,9,10,11-hexahydrocyclohepta[c]chromen-3-yl sulfamate (composé 1) de structure : appelé alternativement composé 1 de forme III, son utilisation comme principe actif, et plus particulièrement comme principe actif pour le traitement de certains cancers ainsi que la préparation de cette nouvelle forme polymorphique, par exemple en passant par un autre polymorphe appelé composé 1 de forme II.The present application relates to a new polymorph of the compound 6-oxo-6,7,8,9,10,11-hexahydrocyclohepta [c] chromen-3-yl sulfamate (compound 1) of structure: alternatively called compound 1 of form III, its use as an active principle, and more particularly as an active principle for the treatment of certain cancers as well as the preparation of this new polymorphic form, for example via another polymorph called compound 1 of form II.
