Abstract
L'invention concerne un faisceau d'échange de chaleur pour échangeur de chaleur, notamment radiateur de refroidissement de véhicule automobile, et un échangeur comprenant un tel faisceau. Ledit faisceau (3) comprend une pluralité de tubes (5) et d'intercalaires (13) d'échange thermique reliés, aux tubes (5), les tubes (5) étant configurés pour être raccordés de façon fixe et étanche, par leurs extrémités (5a), à des collecteurs (7) d'un fluide de refroidissement circulant à travers les tubes (5), les tubes (5) comportant au moins un canal (5e) de circulation du fluide de refroidissement. Selon l'invention, lesdits tubes (5) présentent une zone dite de transition T située à proximité de l'une de leurs extrémités (5a), ladite zone de transition T étant munie d'une densité d'intercalaire réduite, ledit canal (5e) comprenant au moins un élément (15), apte à renforcer la capacité du tube à supporter une surpression interne dans ladite zone de transition T.The invention relates to a heat exchange bundle for a heat exchanger, in particular a motor vehicle cooling radiator, and an exchanger comprising such a bundle.
