Abstract
The device has two identical boxes symmetrically connected with each other by a cable or a chain (7), and guided by cogwheels fixed on a flagstone and a platform. Each box includes a container (10) and a ballast (11) jointly held by a rigid cage (1). A water-tight, flexible and inflatable envelope (2) is placed in the cage. The envelope communicates and receives compressed air to increase a volume of the envelope and to receive an Archimedes push effect used by a drive of a rotor to produce electricity. Another envelope connected to the former envelope is combined to form a closed-loop.
