Abstract

L’invention concerne un four (1) comprenant une enveloppe métallique (2) comportant une base (3), une voûte (4) et une paroi périphérique (5) verticale pour délimiter une enceinte de cuisson dans laquelle sont agencées une chambre de combustion (6) et une plaque de cuisson (7), la paroi périphérique (5) étant pourvue d’une première ouverture (8) pour accéder à un espace de cuisson (9a) et d’une seconde ouverture (10) associée à une porte (10a) pour accéder à la chambre de combustion (6), la voûte (4) comportant une ouverture d’évacuation (11) associée à une cheminée (12) pour évacuer les fumées, caractérisé en ce que la chambre de combustion (6) est disposée au niveau de la base (3) et vers un côté de l’enceinte de cuisson, la première ouverture (8) étant située à l’opposé de la chambre de combustion (6), la plaque de cuisson (7) étant disposée dans le prolongement de la chambre de combustion (6) à un niveau intermédiaire entre la base (3) et la voûte (4) de manière à délimiter l’espace de cuisson (9a) et une chambre de chauffe (9b), et la chambre de combustion (6) étant ouverte pour communiquer avec l’espace de cuisson (9a) et avec la chambre de chauffe (9b).
