Driving-chains with separate joint pins.- The webs of reinforcing-links in chains of the silent type are slotted at b so as to leave curved or arch-shaped portions c, whereby the elasticity of the linksis improved. Such reinforcing links may be used in chains having segmental liners as described in Specifications 11,002/04, 11,003/04, and 26,805/10.
