Abstract

249,995. Morgan, A. G. March 9, 1925. Leggings. - A legging loose on the leg is supported by means of a separate garter F which may be attached to the leggings by tags E and press studs E<1>. The legging is provided at its base with a spring clip C and at its top with a series of fastenings D on overlapping parts of the legging. The garter may be provided with a series of press fastening elements for attachment to the top of the legging and may be of elastic material. The legging or the supporting tag of the garter may be provided with a series of fastening elements for adjusting the height at which the legging is worn on the leg. An auxiliary knee protector may be provided above the legging which protector is also attached to the garter and is fastened at the back of the leg by press fastenings.
