Claims (14)

1. Postupak za izradu probijenih listova poklopaca za kontejnere, kao što su kontejneri od poliestera (PET), od lista, gdje navedeni list sadrži transparentni list (4) osnove od poliestera (PET), sloj poliolefina i PET sloj, gdje navedeni postupak podrazumijeva izvođenje postupka koekstrudiranja i sadrži korak probijanja lista poklopca iz lista, naznačen time, što je list (2) izrađen prevlačenjem transparentnog lista (4) osnove od poliestera dodatnim slojem (5) koji se nanosi preko transparentnog lista (4) osnove od poliestera (PET) postupkom koekstrudiranja sloja (5a) poliolefina i PET sloja u obliku PET sloja (5b) za zavarivanje od amorfnog poliestera kako bi se oblikovao list (2), gdje se postupak koekstrudiranja sloja (5a) poliolefina i PET sloja (5b) za zavarivanje preko lista (4) osnove od poliestera (PET) vrši na takav način da je sloj (5a) poliolefina postavljen između transparentnog lista (4) osnove od poliestera (PET) i PET sloja (5b) za zavarivanje.
2. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time, što je sloj (5a) poliolefina polietilenski (PE) sloj, poželjno u obliku homopolimera ili kopolimera PE.
3. Postupak prema zahtjevu 2, naznačen time, što je sloj (5a) poliolefina kopolimer polietilena (PE), kao što je na primjer akrilni PE polimer ili etilen vinil acetat (EVA) koji sadrži PE ili njegove mješavine.
4. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 3, naznačen time, što je sloj (6) osnove nanijet na transparentni list (4) osnove od poliestera (PET) prije nanošenja koekstrudiranog sloja (5a) poliolefina i PET sloja (5b) za zavarivanje.
5. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 4, naznačen time, što se list poklopca zavaren za kontejner (1), gdje navedeni PET sloj (5b) za zavarivanje prijanja za kontejner (1).
6. Postupak prema zahtjevu 5, naznačen time, što se list (2) probijanjem formira u svoj konačan oblik poklopca prije zavarivanja za kontejner (1).
7. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 6, naznačen time, što je PET listu (4) osnove dana debljina od između 23 i 50 µm, i time da je koekstrudiranom sloju (5) dana količina od između 8 i 20 g/m2, što odgovara debljini od između 9 i 22 µm.
8. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 7, naznačen time, što se postupak ekstrudiranja osnovnog PET sloja (4) vrši neposredno prije prevlačenja sa slojem (5) formiranim postupkom koekstrudiranja sa slojem poliolefina (5a) i PET slojem (5b) za zavarivanje.
9. Probijanjem formirani list poklopca za kontejnere, koji sadrži transparentan list (4) osnove od poliestera (PET), gdje je navedeni probijeni list poklopca dobiven postupkom koekstrudiranja, naznačen time, što je transparentni list (4) osnove od poliestera (PET) prevučen dodatnim slojem (5) preko transparentnog lista (4) od poliestera (PET) u obliku sloja (5a) poliolefina i PET sloja u obliku PET sloja (5b) za zavarivanje od amorfnog poliestera, koji su formirani postupkom koekstrudiranja na listu (4) osnove od poliestera kako bi se oblikovao list (2), gdje je navedeni sloj (5a) poliolefina izveden između transparentnog lista (4) osnove od poliestera (PET) i sloja (5b) PET za zavarivanje.
10. List poklopca prema zahtjevu 9, naznačen time, što je sloj (5a) poliolefina polietilenski sloj (PE), poželjno u obliku homopolimera ili kopolimera PE, gdje se kopolimer bira iz grupe koja sadrži akrilne PE polimere ili etilen vinil acetat (EVA) koji sadrži PE ili njegove mješavine.
11. List poklopca prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 9 do 10, naznačen time, što je sloj (6) podloge prisutan između PET lista (4) osnove i sloja (5a) poliolefina.
12. List poklopca prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 9 do 11, naznačen time, što je PET sloj (5b) za zavarivanje izrađen od PETG.
13. List poklopca prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 9 do 12, naznačen time, što je list (2) transparentan.
14. List poklopca prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 9 do 13, naznačen time, što PET list (4) osnove posjeduje debljinu od između 23 i 50 µm, i što koekstrudirani sloj (5) posjeduje debljinu od između 7 i 25 g/m2, što odgovara debljini od između 7 i 22 µm.
