Description

The invention relates to a combined multi-seater sofa according to the introductory part of patent claim 1.

Known pull-out mechanisms for such combined multi-seater sofas, either have a large overall width, or cannot be made without resting on the floor.

That is why it is not possible to install it in corner units (corners in the apartment) without changing the dimensions.

The task of the invention is to create a simple pull-out system for the combined multi-seater sofa, which will enable simple installation with a small overall width, taking into account sufficient width for sitting.

This task is solved, according to the invention, by the indicative features of the patent claim.

The following dependent requirements contain construction properties that represent suitable development solutions for the given task.

The combined multi-seater sofa according to the invention is equipped in its three-part design with a pull-out system that is easy to assemble, can be produced cheaply, is easy to handle and reliable in operation, and which also works with furniture construction that is close to the floor, and that is away from floor, enables simple installation with a small total width without changing the dimensions, taking care to ensure sufficient width of the seat.

Existing corner sofas can be easily equipped with this new pull-out system, whereby a small overall width is achieved with sufficient seat width.

This pull-out system has extremely simple functional components in the form of slats, wheels, grooves, stops and hooks for lifting and locking, and at the same time it enables optimal pulling out and limiting pulling out, as well as optimal pulling-in performance.

This combined multi-seater sofa can be equipped with or without armrests.

The next advantage of the invention consists in the construction of the multi-seater sofa, which is moved away from the floor, where the legs are divided into stationary legs and legs with wheels, whereby these legs in the retracted position form one unit. The multi-seater sofa is essentially made of wood, that is, wooden material, which means that it is suitable for the surrounding environment and cheap, and it is also suitable for possible recycling.

The pull-out system can be completely made of metal (square tubes), whereby the metal frames are equipped with elastic wooden slats, strips, padded elements or a network of steel springs.

One example of the embodiment of the invention with variants will be explained in more detail with reference to the drawings, whereby:

- Pictures 1 and 2 show one combined multi-seater sofa lying on the floor, in the folded position as a couch (picture 1), and in the extended position as a sleeping sofa (picture 2);

- Pictures 3 and 4 show one combined multi-seater sofa that is off the floor, in the folded position as a couch (picture 3), and in the extended position as a sleeping sofa (picture 4);

The combined multi-seater sofa has a multi-part base, which includes a headboard (1), a middle part (2) and a base (3), on which cushions (4, 5, 6) are placed, forming a sitting surface with armrests and a lying surface .

The headboard (1) is made, conveniently, of a bed box (1) with a fixed vertical back plate (7), the middle part (2) is made of a frame (2) with a lattice of slats, and the base is made of a pull-out trolley (3) in the form of a crate. In the folded position of the multi-seater sofa, the frame (2) with the slatted grid rests on the bed box (1), and the pull-out trolley (3) covers the middle part (2) and the bed box (1) from the top and from the outside, so that all three parts (1, 2, 3) of the base pushed into each other and over each other.

The middle part (2) limits the extended position of the bed by means of stops (9, 11, 12, 14) which work together with the bed box (1) and with the pull-out trolley (3).

A bed box (1) with a back plate (7), a frame (2) with a slatted grid and a pull-out trolley (3) form a pull-out base made of wood, wood material or metal.

The headboard (1) has on both sides one side part (8) - a side plate - with an upper sliding edge (8a), which extends along the length of the side plate, and on the front end there is one wheel (9) on the outside for locking. The side part (8) is made from the front walls of the bed box (1) in the version in the form of a bed box.

The middle part (2), in the shape of a frame, rests on both sliding edges (8a) of the side parts and from the outside it encompasses the side part (8) with one side slat (10) for guidance that extends across the entire width of the middle part.

Each of the side slats (10) for guiding has at the end towards the headboard a hooked part (11) as an element for lifting and locking, which works together with the wheel (9) for locking on the side of the headboard when pulling out and retracting.

The middle part (2) moves with one side wheel (12) placed at the end facing the base along the internal grooves (13) for guiding in the base (3).

The guide grooves (13) on the base (3) each have a limiter (14) that works together with the wheel (12) of the middle part (2), which limits the extended position (extraction amount) of the middle part and the base (2, 3) in in relation to the headboard (1), as well as one lock (15) which, in the folded position of the seat, works together with the side wheel (9) to lock it on the headboard, thus preventing unwanted extraction or unintentional sliding of the footboard (3).

The frame (2) with a grid of slats consists of two longitudinal slats (2a) spanning the length of the seat, two slats (2b) spanning the width of the seat, and elastic wooden slats (2c) attached between the longitudinal slats (2a), the lateral guide slats (10) attached to the slats (2b) and extending downwards over them. The frame (2) with the slatted grid is movably supported by the side slats (2b) on the sliding edge (8a) of the side part, whereby the guiding side slats (10) extend at the sliding edges (8a) downwards and outwards over the side parts (8).

Both side slats (10) for guiding their hooked parts (11) at one of their ends extend over the frame (2) with a grid of slats in the direction of the headboard (1), while their other end is moved backwards in relation to the end of the frame (2 ) with a slatted grid turned towards the base, where one wheel (12) is rotatably mounted on each side of the frame (2) with a slatted grid.

The lifting part (11) with locking hook has one downwardly directed hook arm (11a), which in the extended position of the slatted frame (2) engages over and behind the locking wheel (9), and one surface (11c ) guidance, which extends from the bottom to the top towards the arm (11a) of the hook, obliquely and/or arched, so that with the arm (11a) of the hook it forms an opening (11b) for raising and lowering the frame (2) with a grid of slats in in relation to the headboard (1).

Both wheels (9) for locking are placed on their side parts (8) shifted downwards in relation to the sliding edges (8a) of the side parts.

The limiter (14) of extraction in each of the grooves (13) for guiding in the base (3) is made by means of an insert (14) at the end of the groove next to the frame (2) with a grid of slats, and a stop (15) made of a wedge (15). for locking placed under the groove (12) in the second end region of the groove.

The headboard (1), in the shape of a bed box, has a frame (18) with a grid made of slats, which can be rotated in height in the joints (16) when the bed box is pulled out, and in the usable position rests on the supports (17) attached to the side parts (8) ). A rigid vertical rear panel (7) is placed on the bed box (1), tilted upwards and backwards, and on the side parts (8) there are supports (19) for armrests in the form of slats or similar, in the case of furniture with backrests ( 20) for hands.

In the version without armrests (20), the armrests (19) are removed, and the base (3) then has no notches (21) on the side walls (3a), which when inserted between the headboard (1) and the armrests (20) include supports (19) of the armrests.

Further, the headboard (1) can be made from one frame with legs, on which a rigid vertical back plate (7) is placed, both side parts (8), which are then made in the form of slats, and with armrest supports (19) or without them.

A wedge part (7a) can be placed on the back plate (7) at its upper end for the diagonal resting of the backrest cushion (6) which can rest freely on the seat cushions (4, 5). When using the combined element as a bed, the backrest cushion (6) forms a pillow for the head. The cushions (4, 5) are hingedly connected to each other (so that they can be rotated to and from each other) with a piece of cloth (28) that acts as a connector, or something similar. The base (3) in the form of a cart can be equipped with a frame with a grid of slats or a plate (3b) on which the pillow rests, as well as with notches (21) that include supports (19) of the armrest, or without them.

The side parts (3a) of the base (3) which have notches (21) are reinforced under the notches (21) by the entire width of the side part with one metal profile (22), such as a U-profile (Figure 4).

The headboard (1) according to pictures 1 and 2 is made so that it rests on the floor.

The combined multi-seater sofa rests on multi-part, especially two-part legs (according to pictures 3 and 4), where fixed legs (23, 24) are placed on the headboard (1) and on the armrests (20), and on the pull-out base ( 31) legs (25, 26) with wheels, whereby in the retracted position the legs are pulled together, next to each other and/or placed one behind the other, legs with wheels and stationary legs (23/25, 24/26) form a set of legs.

In the retracted position of the multi-seater sofa, the front legs (25) with wheels, viewed in the direction of retraction, are located next to or in front of the rear fixed legs (23), and the rear legs (26) with base wheels (3) are located in front of or next to the front fixed legs ( 24) headboard (1), where the front unit (24, 26) of stationary legs and legs with wheels is covered from the front and from the sides with one decorative profile (27), placed on legs (26) with wheels, which is made in the form of a corner or U-profile (picture 4).

In the retracted position of the multi-seater sofa, the central frame (2) with a lattice of slats rests on the sliding edges (8a) of the headboard (1), and the base (3) is pulled over the headboard (1) and the middle part (2) placed on it, while where the side parts (3a) include on the outside the side slats (10) for guiding from the middle part (2) and the side parts (8) of the headboard (1), and when the armrests (20) are placed between them and headboards (1).

When pulling out, the trolley-shaped base (3) will be pulled by its guide grooves (13) from the middle part (2), thereby pulling the middle part (2) until the insert (14) rests behind the wheel (12), and the hook (11) does not lock over the locking wheel (9).

The frame (2) with a grid made of slats slides along the sliding edges (8a) of the side parts, whereby the side slats (10) for guidance ensure lateral guidance by pressing on the side parts (8) from the outside.

In the variant of the multi-seater sofa according to figures 7 and 8, the same reference numbers will be used for the same components, where the headboard (1) and the footboard (3) are made of one base each made of square metal tubes, while the middle part is made of a frame from square metal pipes.

The pedestal-shaped headboard (1) has on both sides one lateral U-shaped console (30), raised from the floor, which forms stationary legs (31), and which has two parallel, one above the other placed surfaces (32, 33) for the movement of the middle part (2) and the base (3).

The plinth-shaped base (3) has on both sides one C-shaped side console (34) with an opening towards the headboard (1), resting on legs (25, 26) with wheels, with a C-profiled upper rail (35). for guidance.

The middle part (2) in the form of a frame has on both side tubes (36) of the frame at the end towards the headboard one wheel (37) that rests on the surface (32) for the movement of the side console (30) of the headboard, and on the side of the base a wheel ( 38) which moves in the guide rail (35) on the base.

On the side consoles (30) of the headboard (1) in the extreme corners, viewed in the direction (A) of the middle section's retraction, one corner support (43) is attached for attaching the armrest and the back panel, which at the same time forms a stop for the middle section's retraction (2). In the C-profiled rail (35) for guiding on the base, at the end facing the middle part (2), an insert (44) is placed as an extension stop for the wheel (38) of the middle part (2).

The headboard (1) is made with one fold-up frame (45) with a grid made of slats, and can be equipped with a basket (46) placed below it. The middle part (2) is made of a frame with a lattice of slats, and the base (3) also has a frame (47) with a lattice of slats.

What is important about this combined multi-seater sofa is that the middle part (2) and the base (3) are connected to each other and to the headboard (1) with limited movement, and that the middle part (2) rests on or between the side parts (8a) ) of the headboard (1) and inside the side parts (3a) of the footboard can be retracted and pulled out, as well as that the footboard (3) can be pulled in and out over the middle part and the headboard (1).

In the design according to Figures 7 and 8, in the retracted position, the middle part (2) is located between the side consoles (30) of the headboard (1), while its wheel (37) is in front of the support (43), and the base (3) is outside around of the headboard (1) and the middle part (2) and rests on the headboard (1) with its base.

To make the bed, the base (3) and the middle part (2) are pulled out from the headboard (1), and in doing so, the middle part (2) moves with its side wheels (37) along the movement surface (32) up to the recess (32a) for guidance into which they fall, and the base (3) moves with its C-profiled guide rail (35) from the wheel (38) until it rests with the insert (44) on the wheel (38), after which all three components (1 , 2, 3) pulled out from each other and locked together.
