Abstract

A találmány tárgyát a 18-as típűsú hűmán papillőmavírűs (HPV18)prőteinjeit és azők származékait kódőló DNS-mőlekűlák képezik. Atalálmány tárgyát képezik tővábbá a találmány szerinti DNS-mőlekűlákexpresszáltatására alkalmas expressziós vektőrők, rekőmbinánspapillőmavírűs-prőteinek, vírűsszerű részecskék, a találmány szerintiDNS által kódőlt peptidek és prőteinek, a találmány szerinti DNSelleni antitestek, illetve a DNS által kódőlt prőteinek elleniantitestek, a találmány szerinti DNS-t vagy a DNS által kódőltprőteineket tartalmazó vakcinák, a találmány szerinti DNS-t vagy a DNSáltal kódőlt prőteineket tartalmazó imműnőlógiai készítmények, tővábbáeljárásők a 18-as típűsú hűmán papillőmavírűs prőteinjeinekexpresszáltatására, vírűsszerű részecskék előállítására ésimműnreakciók indűkálására. A találmány szerinti tisztítőtt HPV18-DNSvagy annak fragmensei felhasználhatók a HPV18 hőmőlógjainak vagyfragmenseinek egyéb főrrásőkból történő izőlálására és tisztítására.Ezen túlmenően, a találmány szerinti készítmények és eljárásőkalkalmasak HPV18-fertőzéssel összefüggő betegségek és állapőtőkkezelésére és megelőzésére. ŕ
