Claims

1. Device (10) for protecting the mouth and/or nose of a person during a sneeze, characterized in that it comprises:

- a flexible support (11), formed by at least one sheet or sheet and configured as an insert, fixed on a part (A) of a sleeve of a garment worn by a person;

- a flexible absorbent medium (12), formed by at least one sheet or sheet, which ? configured as a disposable absorbent pad, superimposed at least partially with respect to said flexible support (11), presenting an external surface (12.1) facing the outside of said sleeve and removably retained with respect to said flexible support (11);

- means for retaining (13), in a removable manner, of said flexible absorbent means (12) with respect to said flexible support (11), wherein said retaining means (13) are configured to leave at least part of said surface free outside (12.1) of said flexible absorbent means (12), which corresponds to the mouth and/or nose of the person wearing said item of clothing, when said part (A) of said sleeve is brought by the same person to the mouth and/or to the nose, to protect bystanders during a sneeze.

2. Protection device (10) according to claim 1, wherein said flexible support (11) is configured as an insert fixed, in a removable, respectively immovable way, on said internal part (A) of said sleeve, in the area corresponding to the elbow.

3. A protection device according to claim 1, wherein said flexible support is configured as a cuff shown on the said sleeve and fixed near? of the free terminal edge of said sleeve.

4. Protection device (10) according to claim 1, 2 and/or 3, wherein said flexible support (11) comprises at least one sheet of fabric in at least one washable, sanitizable and/or sterilizable fibre, shaped to adapt to said part (A) of the sleeve of a garment worn by a person.

5. Protective device according to claim 1, 2 and/or 3, wherein said flexible support comprises at least one sheet of plastic material, shaped to adapt to said part of the sleeve of a garment worn by a person.

6. Protection device (10) according to one or more? of the preceding claims, wherein said flexible absorbent means (12), configured as a disposable absorbent pad, is made as a disposable handkerchief in cellulose.

Protection device (10) according to one or more? of the preceding claims, wherein said flexible absorbent means (12) and said flexible support (11) are quadrangular in shape, and said flexible support (11) is made dimensionally more? large size of said flexible absorbent medium (12) and provides a continuous free perimeter area, like a frame enveloping said absorbent medium (12).

Protection device (10) according to one or more? of the preceding claims, wherein said means (13) for retaining, in a removable manner, said flexible absorbent means (12) with respect to said flexible support (11) are made as through loops, by means of a plurality of tapes (13.1) fixed to said flexible support (11) and which hold said flexible absorbent means (12) and through which said flexible absorbent means (12) can be put on and taken off.

9. Protection device (10) according to one or more? of the preceding claims, comprising a manual tweezer configured to grasp said flexible absorbent means (12), once used, remove it with respect to said retaining means (13) and throw it into a suitable container for safe disposal.
