US8905275B1 che presenta problematiche di usabilit? dato che il sistema ? arrotolato e stoccato in una tasca e per il suo utilizzo, deve prevedere tutte le fasi operative di estrazione, montaggio, utilizzo, smontaggio, confezionamento e stoccaggio; presenta problematiche di praticit? dato che dall'estrazione al suo uso occorre un notevole lasso di tempo; presenta problematiche di ingombro fisico dato che deve essere arrotolato e stoccato in una tasca o in uno zaino per il suo trasporto e di ingombro nell'uso dato che se ci si trova ad entrare in un rifugio o in un luogo chiuso tale sistema dovr? comunque essere smontato e riposto; ed in fine presenta problematiche di visibilit? dato che ? un sistema da indossare al di sopra dell'abbigliamento e quindi visibile il che comporta l'alterazione dell'estetica dell'abbigliamento indossato. Sono noti altri sistemi come il brevetto pub.no. US2018/0221752A1, per il trasporto esclusivamente della tavola da snowboard, che prevede il fissaggio di una maniglia tra gli attacchi dello snowboard e questo tipo di sistema genera problematiche di alterazione dell'attrezzatura dato che la maniglia, tra gli attacchi dello snowboard, potrebbe intralciare il corretto uso dell'attrezzatura modificandone peso, forma e prestazioni; presenta problematiche di ingombro nell'uso dato che non lascia le mani libere durante il trasporto dell'attrezzatura; presenta problematiche di visibilit? dato che il sistema ? visibile e potrebbe nascondere l'estetica dell'attrezzatura e di eventuali immagini decorative. Lo stesso discorso vale per il brevetto pub. no. US8979113B1 che prevede il fissaggio con delle viti di un sistema di fettuccia riavvolgibile che crea un supporto a spalla generando problematiche pi? impattanti di alterazione e visibilit?. Altri sistemi ancora prevedono doppie fasce e doppi ganci per il trasporto di tavole poggiandosi sull'intera schiena in senso orizzontale come il brevetto pub. no. - two or more opening means (7) of said overcoat (1) designed to facilitate the housing of said gripping means (6) inside said overcoat (1), and the release of said gripping means (6) from said overcoat (1) while connecting the gripping means (6) with said sports equipment, ensuring optimal transport of said sports equipment; And

- said harness (4) made up of said plurality? of fabric elements (4a) mutually connected to surround the shoulders and back of at least one user of said overcoat (1).

Overcoat (1) according to the preceding claim, characterized in that said gripping means (6) is equipped with a slot (6a) designed to facilitate the insertion of each of said two or more? flexible elements (5), and a curved portion (6b) equipped with a plurality? of toothed elements (6c) designed to facilitate anchoring and transport of said sports equipment.

4. Overcoat (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that said device (10) is placed on the outer surface of said overcoat (1) or on the outer surface of any other item of clothing, and includes:

- said two or more? flexible elements (5) equipped with a? extremity? superior connected with said element of said plurality? of fabric elements (4a) of said harness (4) by means of said connection means (11), and one end? lower connected to said gripping means (6), by means of said adjustment element (12);

- at least one closure means (2) arranged on said harness (4) to favor stability? and the wearability? of said device (10) on said overcoat (1) by said user.

5. Overcoat (1) according to the preceding claim, characterized in that each of said two or more? flexible elements (5) ? connected, by means of said connection means (11), to said harness (4) arranged on the external surface of said overcoat (1).
