In the following description, reference will mainly be made to the Italian public heritage. The purpose of the present invention is, therefore, to allow, in a technically reliable, versatile, fast, simple, and economic way, to enhance (at least) an asset, in particular a public asset and / or support the same purpose of enhancement and information. As part of the provisions of articles 6 and 7 of the Italian law 12.11.2011 n. 183 published in the ordinary Supplement to the Official Gazette of the Italian Republic no. 265 of 14 November 201 1.

Furthermore, the electronic platform according to the invention contributes to the identification of the best path for the enhancement of individual assets, favoring the meeting between supply and demand, and hosting a collection of all the expressions of interest from potential bidders (e.g. buyers, dealers , and conductors):

The electronic platform according to the invention includes a set of activities available to registered users, with controlled or moderate registration, in which only people affiliated with that interest could be admitted, as in a club. Preferably, there are two types of registration: a free one, which allows only the display of the list of goods; and a paid one, which allows access to more detailed information and the possibility to download documentation.
