Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.体外循環回路内の処理すべき血液が、半透膜によって血液チャンバと透析液 チャンバとに仕切られたダイアライザの血液チャンバ内に導入される一方で、透 析液回路内の透析液がダイアライザの透析液チャンバ内を通り抜けて行く体外循 環血液処理を行っている最中に再循環を測定するための方法であって、 血液側の物理的又は化学的特性値を変化させるために、透析液回路内の透析液 の物理的又は化学的特性値をダイアライザの上流で一定時間だけ変化させるか、 或いはダイアライザの血液チャンバ内を流れる血液流量又はダイアライザの透析 液チャンバ内を流れる透析液流量を一定時間だけ変化させるステップ及び 血液側の物理的又は化学的特性値の変化に起因する、ダイアライザ下流の透析 液の物理的又は化学的特性値の変化を測定し、そしてダイアライザ下流の透析液 の物理的又は化学的特性値の変化の経時的推移から再循環を測定するステップを 含む方法。 2.前記透析液の物理的又は化学的特性値が透析液のイオン濃度であることを特 徴とする特許請求の範囲第1項記載の方法。 3.前記透析液のイオン濃度を測定するために、透析液の導電度を測定すること を特徴とする特許請求の範囲第2項記載の方法。 4.前記ダイアライザ下流の透析液の物理的又は化学的特性値の変化の経時的推 移を表している関数を保存し、そして保存した測定値から再循環にとって特徴的 な数値を求め、そしてこの求めた数値を、再循環を測定するために、検定試験を 実施した際に得られた値と比較することを特徴とする特許請求の範囲第1〜第3 項のいずれか1項記載の方法。 5.前記体外循環回路(7)内の処理すべき血液が、半透膜(8a)によって血液チャ ンバ(10)と透析液チャンバ(9)とに仕切られたダイアライザ(8)の血液チャンバ(1 0)内に導入される一方で、透析液回路(11,14)内の透析液がダイアライザ(8) の透析液チャンバ(9)内を通り抜けて行き、そして体外血液循環(7)には血液ポン プ(25)が、透析液回路には透析液ポンプ(15)が挿入されている体外循環血液処理 装置と接続している、特許請求の範囲第1〜第4項のいずれか1項記載の方法を 実施に移すための装置であって、 血液側の物理的又は化学的特性値を変化へと導く、透析液の物理的又は化学的 特性値を一定時間だけ変化させるための、透析液回路(11,14)内のダイアライザ( 8)上流に配置した装置(22)、或いは血液ポンプ(25)の輸送率又は透析液ポンプ(1 5)の輸送率を一定時間だけ変化させるための装置(27)、及び 血液側の物理的又は化学的特性値の変化に起因するダイアライザ下流の透析液 の物理的又は化学的特性値の変化を測定するための、透析液回路内のダイアライ ザ(8)下流に配置した測定装置(17)、及び 測定装置(17)の測定値を保存するための記憶装置(18)、及び ダイアライザ(8)下流の透析液の物理的又は化学的特性値の変化の経時的推移 から再循環を測定するための演算解析装置(21)を備えた、前記方法を実施に移す ための装置。 6.前記透析液回路内のダイアライザ(8)上流の透析液の物理的又は化学的特性 値の変化を測定するための測定装置(13)が備わっていることを特徴とする特許請 求の範囲第5項記載の装置。 7.前記ダイアライザ(8)の下流乃至上流の透析液の物理的又は化学的特性値を 測定するための測定装置(17乃至13)が、物理的又は化学的特性値としての透析液 のイオン濃度又は温度を測定するための装置であることを特徴とする特許請求の 範囲第5項又は第6項記載の装置。 8.前記測定装置(17乃至13)が透析液のイオン濃度を測定するための導電度セン サー又は光学的センサー、或いは透析液の温度を測定するための温度センサー を具備していることを特徴とする特許請求の範囲第7項記載の装置。
