An electronic form providing system connected to a user terminal via a network, comprising: a database storing electronic forms corresponding to a plurality of types of documents; and an electronic form designated by the user in response to a user request. Transmitting means for acquiring from the database and transmitting to a user terminal via a network, wherein the electronic form performs a printing operation performed on the user terminal by a predetermined number of times determined based on a contract content of the user.
